I just know as I sat down here in my comfy chair, I let out a deep sigh and am resisting the urge to change my jeans for yoga pants with my stretchy waistband. If only I weren’t so relaxed and comfy…….

I’m splurging on a live tree this year, so my girl doesn’t have to go through the process again of hauling out the artificial tree and having to cough and sneeze for the next two days as it airs out in the living room. That and it has lost branches and looks more like a charlie brown tree, only taller. Plus, a live tree smells so nice (no dust).

She thinks we’re getting a 6-footer. My budget is more likely to be a charlie brown size.
Will we have financial liberation – at least relief – before the next calendar holiday? I’m ready. Now is good.
