I am grateful to those who know how to simply hold space. This is such an important trait to build and use. The inner experience begins to shift once the person has felt heard and seen.
I saw someone today talk about how taking the deep breaths now is hard (referring to the outer and inner stress). I thought – exactly. It’s like I breath it out – but it fills right back up again. Which, let’s think about that for a second. It is the OUTER stress that creates the INNER stress. And those parts of us that are not at our immediate access – the subconscious – the nervous system – can be very difficult to truly shift and heal – especially when we remain in the same environment that caused the distress to begin with. And this pay and compete to live system that is crushing most of us while this awakening or whatever it really is now continues – it sucks. It sucks even when I do my woo woo. It sucks even when I go for my bike ride or my nature walk. That pressure is now always there – ever present – which I feel serves the purpose of EASILY letting it all go when the moment arrives when we are finally liberated of this horrid frequency prison.
