“I don’t need chemo because I don’t have any more cancer in my body,” Nicholas Gundersen told reporters Monday. “It’s difficult because every time I get it, I always feel sick. And I don’t want to feel sick if I don’t have to feel sick.”
The teen’s cancer is said to be in remission, but his doctors at NYU Winthrop Hospital insist the boy needs 40 more months of chemotherapy. A spokesman for NYU Winthrop said previously, “Unless chemotherapy is continued, those [cancer] cells can once again multiply and the results are usually fatal.”

editor victoria’s comment ~ wow – this is a horrible law. anyone can report another who owns a gun using the guise of “they are a possible threat to themselves or another” – the police show up and confiscate the weapon. it can be a neighbor or former lover/friend who seeks revenge or who simply lacks the ability to be kind and thoughtful and instead “tattles” to the system.
Democrats love talking about “common sense gun laws” which are only common sense to them. To the rest of us, common sense doesn’t have anything to do with it. This is especially clear when we examine the gun control measures they constantly propose. These invariably have nothing to do with the crimes which supposedly trigger those proposals.
The Truth Behind The “Red Flag” Gun Law
One of their initiatives which has been gaining ground recently is the “red flag” law. As of this writing, 13 states have enacted this type of legislation. Additionally, another three have proposed laws in their state legislature. A dozen more states are considering enacting these laws, although there is no actual bill in the legislature. Red flag laws allow law enforcement to confiscate the guns of people who the courts deem to be a threat to themselves or society.
These initiatives have come from both parties. In addition, the NRA supports some red flag bills and opposes others based upon the specifics in each state. What support the NRA does offer to the law comes with a number of caveats designed to protect law-abiding gun owners.
But here’s the problem, there’s no due process involved in these red flag laws. A particular party does have to present specific cases before a judge before the police can take action. However, there is no opportunity for the accused to confront their accuser or make any sort of defense. Yet, this is one of the basic principles of American law that is completely missing from the picture.
The “Red Flag” Gun Law Destroys Second Amendment Rights
As the laws are written and in practice, the gun owner’s Second Amendment rights are stripped from them without proof. The legal principle of being innocent until proven guilty is thrown right out the window. In its place, the gun owner has to prove to the court that they deserve their constitutionally guaranteed right to keep and bear arms.
Thus far, there hasn’t been a test case that I’ve heard of in regard to red flag laws. Nevertheless, there have been other cases in which authorities have confiscated guns from people on court order or even because of police action. In every case I know of, the gun owner has spent more money on the legal battle than what the guns were worth. They’ve had to go through all of this trouble as they simply fight to get their guns back.
Today began after a long night. Anyone having the experience that your attempts at working with the energies to create what you wish aren’t working so well (yet)? I put up the energy grid of protection for us all. Intended certain sleep-time experiences.
Had a completely different experience that was not of my conscious choosing.
Woke up early to get necessary documents for a phone interview with a local agency for assistance paying the electric bill for the winter. Phone call came in and immediately the eligibility clerk is telling me we don’t meet the criteria for a phone interview. What? I did 2 weeks ago and wasn’t this the phone interview? It took me almost 10 days just to get through to make the appointment. I tell her this IS the phone interview. When did things suddenly change? She then had to speak with her supervisor and get back to me.
A couple of minutes later she phones and relays information that is NOT factual and I again reiterate my position – remind her it was she herself I originally spoke to and made the phone interview. Yes, she remembered. She said she was putting me on hold to go speak with her Supervisor again.
When my phone remained silent for too long, I looked down and see she had hung up. And she did not phone back.
So I called the agency – left 2 separate voice mail messages including one in her voice mail box.
Then interestingly enough, the latest power bill arrives that includes the threat of a shut-off notice.
You see, early this year our state decided to approve the installation of those smart meter’s (think CALI fires and DEW weapons). In three different phone calls with the utility company I opted out while also refusing to consent to paying for someone to come out and read the meter (never had to do that before – total power over tactic). In each conversation I was told I could be held liable for collection fees. Not ONCE was I told I could face a shut-off notice for failing to pay the non-standard (as they call it) meter reading fee.
So each monthsince August I have sent hand-written a letter to the utility company, telling them the reasons for the amount I am paying and again, reiterating my refusal to consent to paying the non-standard meter reading fee.
They think they can threaten us to shut off our electricity when I HAVE BEEN PAYING for our electrical use AND typical standard fees all along?
So we will now have to check into this from a legal perspective. We do have options and I am not letting myself freak out about this. But I am pissed off nonetheless. This isn’t right. Righteous anger is what I am experiencing. Threatening to shut off our power because I have refused to pay for their employee to come out and read our meter even though these same people have been performing the same activity for decades without charging us for it?
And now we have the local agency – after arranging for a phone interview to seek some $$ relief from winter hearing bills – telling me we don’t qualify for such an interview at this time? After originally telling me we do (and I have done this the last 3 years as well with them)….
This month has been hit after hit – simply put. First having to submit to the home owner in order to get a refrigerator by agreeing to a rent increase (in spite of that move by her being illegal and in violation of local and state rental law) – because she holds it over our head how generous she’s been by letting us live here this long….then to learn my mate’s health insurance premium jumps up while another source of income is going down. My mate had to go to urgent care last Friday – sprained wrist. Who knows how much that will cost. And he is beginning with a new doctor for what will likely be a year of specialist visits, scans and likely a surgery or two. This lingering cold virus – this manufactured (so obvious to me by now) virus that seems to have been sprayed throughout the nation as we are seeing the same symptoms throughout the country. And then there was having 2 officials from the school district show up on my front step asking me if we have a home-schooled child here. Someone around here reported me even though homeschooling is legal here – and in fact we have the most lenient of all home-schooled laws in the country. Concern she wasn’t registered. WTF?! I know the law. Nanny state combined with an over zealous, nosy bot who doesn’t care about this family. If he/she did, they would have walked over and asked “hey what do you need?” Instead they crossed a huge personal boundary and stuck their damn nose where it doesn’t belong.
Can’t we be KIND to one another? Supportive? Accepting of differing views and choices? Seriously – can’t we just be KIND to one another?
Any power over behavior is such an illusion in that it pulls us out of who we are – making us forget our Oneness.
NONE of us is above another. Not a damn one of us.
ALL are equally deserving of the most awesome beautiful creation here.
And yet the systems of enslavement keep on grinding away.

The following is a conversation, via Skye, with the other part of me I refer to as “Nabrac”.
Denice is currently working full time so my access to Denice is limited and she has not been able to communicate with Nabrac since he decided to merge energies with me.
Skye, very much like Heather does, is able to see “higher dimensional” (faster vibration beings – doesn’t mean superior beings) when they visit her and she can talk to them. I have been showing up in two places a lot lately. Skye’s communications are less verbatim than Denice’s but also has other information unique to Skye’s abilities.
For those new to this blog who didn’t read the prior blog American Kabuki, the Galactics informed Heather, Skye and me in the Summer 2015 that according the records we created the planet earth. Other beings created other planets but this one was the one project we 3 did together. Probably the best crude explanation of this is what is referred to by some as the “The Builder Race”… we’d be the builders…. although I doubt our story is exactly like what they describe as the builder rae. I think Heather has always known this… for me I found in 2015, and think Skye found out about the same time I did.
Heather is Gaia/Tree of Life – created the animal and plant biology here,
Skye/Sophia – the atmosphere and energy systems of the Earth,
Terran – the geology of the planet.
Other beings added to the project as well.. certain forms of sea life and bird life.
There are billions of planets created by many beings. The Earth is just but one in a sea of life.

Terran: I’ve seen coming to the Earth in a shuttle 4000+ years ago with Thor and Sussanah [This was after the Draco destruction of the Plieades] but have no just before pre-birth memories.
Terran: I’ve been feeling very frustrated with limitations. I don’t want to get tired, or bear all the nonsense anymore. I’m growing weary of it.
Skye: I agree… I think we all feel like that. But I feel that we just have to let it all flow over us and not get embroiled/bogged down in it. I think we’re actually doing ok. I don’t think we should feel any responsibility to anyone….except ourselves

The energy is strong right now (still).. and yet it should have gotten easier for us recently in dealing with the strength of energy waves, as the planet is lighter now with less darkness.
I feel affected, but it’s not rough as id usually feel it, just need lots of quiet time. And to go slow, bc i do feel very charged with energy.
We are seeing/ experiencing more of the 5d frequencies on earth all of a sudden NOW, bc of the recent waves who created certain vibrational tipping points.
The body will need to adjust to this new level of light so it may kind of feel like we don’t know what to do with ourselves, that’s bc we are in a new Energetic on Earth, so just allow the confusion and be/ flow with it.. it will adjust. We are highly electrical and sensitive right now. Also, the bowels are in effect, as we are purging the old energetic wiring from the previous earth versions. It’s all interconnected as the previous versions interconnected with the wiring of our own systems (macro n micro)..
The fact that we reached this Vibrational Point on Earth, just astounds me. In all my years of tracking the Planetary Energy, it has never been like this. We made it happen!!!! Go slow, tread lightly for now, and love on ourselves bc we just Birthed new Versions of Earth. No one is going to thank us, lol so we must thank ourselves & take a few moments out of our day, to Celebrate.
