I LOVE her! Tonight I went grocery shopping at our new go-to store: Natural Grocers. They allow the “medical exemption”. Tonight I told the wonderful clerk (very nice woman) why Natural Grocers is our new go to store and I was giving them our money and decided to tell her why. She was horrified and said their store policy would NEVER allow them to do such a thing. She then wanted to know what store – so I told her – the local Co-Operative – of which we have been owners and supporters of for well over a decade. She was horrified all over again and apologized for what she said was a traumatizing experience for the entire family. She reassured me they realize not all can wear a mask (my god – I still pause and reflect on the insanity of this all – that I even am HAVING these types of conversations!) – and would never intrude as to our personal health choices. Store policy. I have had several people tell me they cashed in their owner shares for similar reasons. The store is highly politicized right now. So….I am very happy to shop at Natural Grocers. Co-op – they are out thousands of dollars yearly from here on out.
Last night at the park, there was a masked couple who was walking our way. My girl and I were on our bikes and as we got closer, they literally stopped walking and backed away.

I wanted to say “you have your masks on – you’re safe!” Instead I giggled to myself. Not wearing a mask has a “parting of the red sea” effect.

i purged a lot last night….things that surprised me….but i went with it….played my guitar to help move the energy and find the words….about 2 hours and i felt centered again. my body in particular my g.i. body was more relaxed today.
a lot happened out in the world of politics and all that. overall i remained detached from it – but i did find some noteworthy happenings. it was no coincidence the parasites had their funeral spells (on almost every channel) – and another one?? now that documents have been released in the g. maxwell case, i would say look for more distractions and possible ff’s. tomorrow is the 31st. i ponder whether something energetically will begin to switch.

Thank you to Karsten for letting me know Terran had some good updates. Several people on twitter are talking about the Q post 529 from January 2018 that says “4-6% LOST FOREVER”….Q also says “Watch the water”….The speculation is – is this what Q spoke of? 4-6% of 7 billion is around 280B to 420B.
