Judicial Watch: Federal Court Orders Hillary Clinton to Answer Additional Email Questions Under Oath

 

NOVEMBER 15, 2018

(Washington, DC) –Judicial Watch announced today that U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ruled that within 30 days Hillary Clinton must answer under oath two additional questions about her controversial email system.

In 2016, Clinton was required to submit under oath written answers to Judicial Watch’s questions. Clinton objected to and refused to answer questions about the creation of her email system; her decision to use the system despite warnings from State Department cybersecurity officials; and the basis for her claim that the State Department had “90-95%” of her emails.

After a lengthy hearing yesterday Judge Sullivan ruled that Clinton must address two questions that she refused to answer under-oath.

  • Describe the creation of the clintonemail.com system, including who decided to create the system, the date it was decided to create the system, why it was created, who set it up, and when it became operational.
  • During your October 22, 2015 appearance before the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee on Benghazi, you testified that 90 to 95 percent of your emails “were in the State’s system” and “if they wanted to see them, they would certainly have been able to do so.” Identify the basis for this statement, including all facts on which you relied in support of the statement, how and when you became aware of these facts, and, if you were made aware of these facts by or through another person, identify the person who made you aware of these facts.

Judge Sullivan read his opinion from the bench, deciding that the question about the creation of the email system was within the scope of discovery. Judge Sullivan rejected Clinton’s assertion of attorney-client privilege on the question about the emails “in the State’s system.”

ok i am just going to put this out there to claim it as truth for my experience – and given i have spoken with many of you holding the same truth – let’s make it OK to talk about this and also know – the experience means we are POWERFUL beyond words.  energies changing, shifting are putting those beings who relish in dark behaviors into overdrive.  it is MY feel their master(s) are gone.  it is also my feel they are using others to attack.  and it is my feel – as it has been all along – just like the humans here on this planet who have engaged in the power over/enslavement horrors – they will continue their behaviors until the last possible moment (and that clock is about ready to stop).  the energy of this realm has allowed for that behavior – the power over (free will – anything goes).  these matrix slaves, so deep in programming, don’t want change – do not want their experience(s) of it over.

we ARE powerful.  i don’t know how to stop the attacks – i only know what i am doing about them and that is remaining neutral, focused – as much as i can – and remembering how protected i am (i came here with a posse – we all did) – how powerful – how necessary.  every dang one of us.

Trump Lays Groundwork To Ban Mandatory Vaccinations Across U.S.

President Trump has created a new division within the Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, with the express purpose of banning mandatory vaccinations across the country, and ensuring citizens have a right to choose their own healthcare.

With the establishment of the Conscience and Religious Freedom Division division on Thursday, Trump has laid the groundwork to dismantle each and every vaccine mandate across the country. Big Pharma’s choke-hold on the nation’s health has been released.

If you don’t think this new division at the Health and Human Services Office is a big deal, it’s time to think again.

The Conscience and Religious Freedom Division gives many different groups a big tent under which to fight for our constitutional rights. Christians and libertarians, as well as freethinkers and people of other religious faiths, have a common interest in fighting against Big Pharma’s corrupt health establishment.

Today’s Reflections ~ 11/14/18

 

the past couple of days i have had the insight appear that we don’t really select our parents.  not in the way that is a Fully Conscious/Fully Free choice.  we are more or less given a few options and told to pick one.

i have spent the past 2 decades coming to peace with my own parents. seeing them for who they am.  and trying to feel “ok” about the concept that i picked them for a reason.  they taught me x y z.

nonsense.

listening to my heart ~ would i select them again today?

NO.

not to be cruel or unloving – but i would never put myself into a family in which i did not align.

if i had had the full freedom to not only choose to come here – but also in choosing my parents – i would have selected two people with whom i aligned with energetically.  spiritually.  mentally.  emotionally.  i would have selected people who truly gave me the feeling of “home”.  and indeed i would have selected parents who would have been supportive of Who I Am.

i am not into pain or suffering or struggle.

i AM “into” freedom.  creating.  connecting.  all in a truly supportive environment.

and i do not know what that experience is like – certainly not from the perspective of this life.  i know i have had it – i KNOW it – and i LONG for it as i do most if not all of you do as well.

so yet another cookie crumb i munched on.  and it feels like a match (meaning truth).

in the meantime….my thoughts have been on california and the attacks going on there.  this is full on war.  it is horrifying.  these people are being killed – driven from their homes.  lots of theories as to why – but the how – is not open for debate.  ample evidence shows DEW weapons being used.

which then leads me to wonder – where is the good military to stop this?  i have tried to have some conversation over this – many tell me to trust the plan.  in a nutshell – shut up with your questioning and get in line with the rest of the cult followers.

it isn’t that i don’t have any faith in such a plan – team q – the alliance – i do.  but that doesn’t mean i BLINDLY FOLLOW.  and being this is also MY experience – i get to question those who are claimed to be doing the work for us all.

more red pills needing to be taken by these “DO NOT QUESTION THE PLAN” folks.

then i have the thought that i want to walk away from it all.  go in hiding somewhere.  away from all of this shit show drama.  live in peace. clean air. next to the ocean.  small community – cheap(er) living. ignorance?  maybe. but given my awakening has been 25 years plus in the making and i am weary and quite lonely and patience is becoming more the norm than the exception – i am ready for something new and better.  if it must happen here – so be it.  i welcome a new creation – a wonderful new experience.

yes.  that is a good place to end this peace.  (i meant to type “piece” but i typed it that way so i am leaving it as such)

Trump planning to fire DHS Secretary and John Kelly ally Kirstjen Nielsen

Update (11:30 am ET): That didn’t take long.

Hours after the Washington Post published a report claiming that DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen’s job was in jeopardy, WSJ is reporting that Trump has decided to fire Nielsen, who succeeded John Kelly as head of DHS when he took the chief of staff job.

Apparently, all of Kelly’s lobbying on her behalf failed to convince Trump to keep her on.

In a slightly more surprising development, Trump has also decided to remove John Bolton’s top deputy, Mira Ricardel, over an unspecified dispute with the first lady.

Right now, the only thing stopping Trump from firing Nielsen is that he doesn’t have a candidate lined up to replace her, per WSJ. Trump is also aware that his decision might lead John Kelly to quit. According to the report, Trump is discussing a replacement for Kelly, who has so far survived several rounds of rumors about his impending dismissal from the administration, only to hang on every time.

The president has decided to replace Ms. Nielsen, but hasn’t finalized the timing, White House officials said, in part because there isn’t an obvious candidate to replace her, officials said. Changes are also being contemplated for the National Security Council.
