I’ve been posting other people’s ascension symptom articles and thought I would write of my own experience.
To begin with, I came into this world with a feeling that I was here for something big and transformative. I began getting visions of what can only be called New Earth in my 20’s. In the early 2000’s I noticed articles on The Age of Aquarius would come my way. For some time, I kept waiting for something to happen to me. Around the year 2012 I got into Human Ascension and again, waiting for something to happen, noticed nothing so let it go a couple of years later. It wasn’t until very late 2015 I began to notice a shift within and thus started reading articles on Ascension, especially the symptoms. From what I read, a galactic wave of energy hit the planet, creating all sorts of symptoms in the human body. This was the first of 3 such waves, the second having arrived in March of this year and the third one, coming in the 3rd week of September. It is said this 3rd wave is going to be the strongest, with the initial “force” of it being felt by some already.
While I cannot prove any of this (although NASA has referred to them as ‘energy waves’), what I can go by is the sensations and feelings in my body. Here is what I have experienced, in no particular order:
Extreme fatigue followed by bursts of energy where I feel almost giddy.
Spaciness, feeling drugged at times.
Short term memory issues.
A sensation of losing “time”.
Unusual body aches and pains.
Muscle weakness.
Chronic sinusitis.
Scratchy throat.
Mixing up my words – at times being at a loss for a particular word.
A growing desire to use telepathy for communication.
Along those lines, a growing desire to use my Light body more and my physical body less.
Strong desire to be alone.
Being around others is at times unbearable as is being in any loud, bright or confined space(s).
Inability to listen to loud, jarring music.
Strong food cravings that last and go in waves – from craving root veggies (a first for me) to salads/greens to simply wanting fruit. While I still eat meat because my body needs the particular protein, I am finding the desire for it is slowly, overall, waning.
A desire to “go home”.
A near obsession with the Stars and Star Beings (think Richard Dreyfuss in Close Encounters).
Strong urge to downsize and simplify.
Need to be in nature as much as possible and walk barefoot on the ground.
Feelings of being completely in the moment, in the Now – that is becoming easier as well as a necessity.
Feeling time is speeding up (also known as The Great Void).
Very emotional with a strong need to purge. Revisiting old memories and experiences which many I thought I had already healed from.
Synchronicities.
Strong connection with The Flow.
Along those lines, having more moments where I feel lost, alone and cannot seem to feel Spirit/Source.
Feeling like I lack clear direction.
Goals I created/create go nowhere. It’s as though I am being stalemated.
Needing peace, quiet and extra sleep. And naps.
Insomnia.
Overall just weird sleep patterns. I go through periods where I need 10-12 hours a day plus a nap to getting by on 6-8 (often interrupted).
Advice?
Get as much sleep as you need. Rest when you can. Meditate. Do NOTHING. Stretch. Commune with nature. Ground yourself by walking barefoot on the Earth. Drink a lot of water – purified. Bless your food and drink. Heck, bless everything starting with yourself. Move slowly and deliberately.
Before heading out, especially if you are driving, get in the “now” and intend what you are doing and where you are going. Sometimes I feel I am walking between two worlds and feel quite “invisible” to the outside world so I literally say “I AM HERE” outloud when I drive, especially when I come to intersections or am pulling out of a parking space.
Pay attention to your body and give it attention. Pray. Listen to quiet, meditative music. I’ve found on my cable carrier, Comcast, an awesome station called “Soundscapes”. It plays new-age type music, much of it piano and I have it on daily, all day. Play. Engage in quiet, creative pursuits. Gentle exercise – walk. Yoga. Spend time alone.
Overall – love yourself. Nurture yourself. Treat yourself the way a mama cares for her newborn baby. Sounds extreme? Well look at this Ascension process the way that I do: you are literally birthing a whole new You. And this You needs Love In Action in much the same way as does that newborn baby.
I wrote this in July when we were on the 101 Highway going to Northern California. The traffic was practically stopped, and I could “feel” the aura of all the fires that were burning in that area of the state. I remember that I asked the Arcturians about the upcoming presidential votes, and wrote down their answer on the only paper I could find. I have not released it till now, well, you will know why when you read it…

As you know, the United States has always been a corporation and had never been a democracy. Before the people of the United States can change that situation, they will need to know about it. But, many of them do not want to know. They will stay in the 3D Matrix, which will gradually self-destruct.
The third dimension is actually a “booster rocket” for Gaia’s ascension. With every birth there is a death. The amniotic sac is alive while it nurtures the fetus, but dies so that the infant can live.
Just as some mother spiders give themselves over as food so their many baby spiders can survive; some members of the United States feel the need to “eat their mother land” so that they can survive. But they will NOT be allowed to “eat the planet.”
These people that the darkness has created can only destroy the matrix. The matrix is the like the “spider web,” which the dark ones perceive as their home. If a spider web were destroyed before the baby spiders were mature, these baby spiders would die.
In the same manner, if the matrix were destroyed, the un-awakened ones would not have an illusion of a reality in which they could learn about Earth’s cause and effect, and energy out is energy back operating system.
These un-awakened ones think they are ON the planet, but they are actually ON the matrix, which is the scaffolding for Earth. When Gaia is fully matured into fifth dimensional New Earth, the scaffolding will be taken down and the illusion of the third dimension will disappear.
Just as a dead person must eventually discover that he or she no longer has a physical body, those that can only perceive the 3D matrix will eventually realize that they no longer have a 3D Matrix.
Those who have only known “life on the Matrix” will discover they are no longer have a third dimensional Earth on which they can act out their wars, greed, fear and domination.
Because these lost ones could not progress at all during their incarnations/schools on planet Earth, and even went backwards, they will return to Source to be placed within the formless state of preparing for eventually being an individual human.
Our experiment to see if a reality, based on separation and individuation, could create evolution into a higher dimensional experience. The “experiment” has revealed that only a small percentage of those who logged in to that reality are able to evolve into a sentient being based on unconditional love.
Gaia took on too many laggards. The laggards are those who failed, even after multiple chances, to become a higher-dimensional, sentient being and reconnect to their Multidimensional SELF.
Gaia will need to release these lost ones, laggards, if she is to ascend. In other words, just as the baby spiders eat their mother, the laggards will eat/destroy their mother planet. It has been proved that war does NOT assist evolution enough to make the horrible destruction and hate worthwhile.
Therefore, war is not a viable option to assist the release of the lost ones. Just as the “baby spiders,” need to eat their mother to survive, many of these lost ones believe they must “eat the planet” to survive.
These lost ones are not able to realize that if they harm their planet, they simultaneously harm their own self and the future of humanity. They are thinking in an instinctual manner. like the “baby spiders,” in order to survive at all cost.
Just as bees, and other beings, are choosing to leave 3D Earth and not return, so are many humans. The 3D school is closing. Those who have expanded their consciousness into the fifth dimension will continue to deeply commune with Gaia, as well as their Galactic Family.
These volunteers to assist Gaia took third dimensional bodies to assist physical Earth with Her return Home. Eventually, the third dimension will become “the shaft of the wheat.” Just as when the shaft of the wheat falls away, and the life force of the wheat is revealed.
Within each of you is your fifth-dimensional Lightbody that your physical form has been surrounding. As your attachment to the physical world is released, the fifth-dimensional Lightbody will slowly, or quickly, replace the physical form.
Each fifth dimensional Lightbody will have the choice to return to the higher dimensions or to populate one of the many fifth dimension worlds that couldnot be perceived via their former third dimensional perceptions.
Your physical form was much like a personal starship, which was grounded on Earth. While you were still wearing your higher dimensional form of the HERE and NOW, your perceptions were much like multidimensional windows through which you could perceive the higher fourth dimension, fifth dimensions and beyond.
However, over the many eons of wearing an earth vessel, the illusions, polarity and pain, closed the higher dimensional “windows” and only the third/fourth dimensional windows into reality remained functional.
Without the perceptions of the higher worlds, you forgot about them. Then, Gaia became much like a “prison planet” in which there was mostly pain and suffering with no means of escape.
Therefore, higher dimensional beings took third/fourth dimensional incarnations in order to tell the truth of hope, God, and redemption. These “higher beings in human clothing” gathered followers around them, trained them, and then ascended to return to their higher dimensional homes.
Unfortunately, without their Guru leader, many of the followers fell into forgetfulness and soon return to their “spider nature” of eat or be eaten. Fortunately, a few remembered the truth and called home to the higher dimensions for assistance.
Now, you are at the “crest of the Wave.” Therefore, you can try to catch the wave and have an exciting ride back to the shores of your higher dimensional self. Or, you can dive under the wave and hope that you can catch the next wave.
We want you to know that there is such a thing as “the last wave.” This Last Wave is coming soon to your timeline. Will you choose to catch this wave, or will you choose to dive under the wave in hopes that another opportunity will arise.
We are HERE NOW to warn you that Gaia is choosing to catch that wave of ascension.
Some humans found their inner truth and will lovingly assist with Gaia’s move into the fifth dimension, but other humans have decided to “wait this out and get back to it at a later time.” However, that “later” time will not occur because “time” is closing.
The bus into the fifth dimension is arriving, but it is on its last run into the third dimension. Every person who catches that bus has volunteered to take different components of Gaia’s 3D essence with him or her.
Then, when that last bus drives away, all of Gaia’s third dimension essence will be gone and the third dimension will become a ghost town.
“Wait,” we hear the lost ones say, “How much time do we have?”
“Time is an illusion of the third/fourth dimension,” we respond.
“Does that mean we have to leave Earth?” we hear them say,
“NO,” we say in response, “That means that you have to LEAVE TIME.”
“The 3D/4D Matrix is based on time. Thus, reality based on time takes time to change. However, the time to change is NOW. Right NOW, the third/fourth, time/space paradigm is being replaced with the fifth dimensional paradigm of HERE / NOW.
“Those still addicted to time can only believe that it will take a great deal of time to change. On the other hand, more and more awakened ones are realizing that time, and thus space, are third dimensional illusions that are created and acted out by the inhabitants of that reality.
“Those who are prepared to perceive the new energy patterning of fifth dimensional reality, which is based on NOW, are increasingly feeling, hearing, and seeing a higher dimensional format of reality.
That reality is calling you NOW. If you do not act within the NOW of that call, you fall back into “waiting for the time in which you are ready.”
“But, how do I prepare for the NOW?” ask those still bound by time.
“There is no TIME or SPACE in which you can prepare to embrace the NOW of the fifth dimension.
All that you will DO to prepare for the NOW must be DONE NOW.
If you “take the time” to wait for the NOW, think about the NOW and even prepare for the NOW, that NOW will not occur because you will become lost in the time that you took to “prepare for the NOW.”
You cannot “prepare” for the fifth dimensional NOW, as it is not a place that you can visit when you have the “time to go there.” The fifth dimensional NOW is a “state of consciousness” that calibrated your perceptions to a reality that infinitely exists within the NOW of the ONE.
You are moving into a state of consciousness that is free of all third/fourth dimensional markers of time or space. In order to remember how to exist within that frequency of reality, you will need to release the 3D Operating System of “time” that has bound you to the third/fourth dimensions.
“How do I release an operating system that I didn’t even know I had?” we hear you ask.
“You must remember the YOU that you were before you became lost in the third/fourth dimension. That YOU is free of the time/space that limited your perceptions to the third/fourth dimensional time-bound realities,” we respond.
When you release the illusion, the truth will be revealed.
But how can you release an illusion that you always believed was the TRUTH?
How can you find the courage to remember that everything you ever experienced in any of your third dimensional realities was just an illusion?
To that question we respond, “When you enter the NOW of your fifth dimensional SELF you will leave time. Then the third dimensional time-bound act of ‘remembering’ will be replaced with the fifth dimensional NOW of KNOWING.”
We invite you to visit that NOW. You can stay as long as you please, or just take a quick peek into the “unknown” that you are NOW remembering. Fortunately, within a timeless reality there is no quick or slow, as there is NO time to measure those third dimensional concepts.
Once within the operating system of your fifth dimensional NOW, there is no “quick.” There is no “peek,” as there is not time to create those measurements of action or perception.

THE MASTER WILL ALSO TELL YOU THAT THIS PAIN AND SUFFERING IS ONLY TEMPORARY UNTIL YOU REACH A STATE OF INNER HEALING WHERE YOU HAVE TRANSCENDED IT ALL! THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET TO THIS TRANSCENDED STATE OF BEING IS TOTALLY UNDER YOUR CONTROL.
BEINGS THAT HAVE NOT REACHED THIS TRANSCENDED PHASE IN THEIR SOUL’S EVOLUTION ARE GOING THROUGH A LOT OF PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL PAIN RIGHT NOW AND OTHERS FEEL UNUSUALLY TIRED. SINCE HUMANITY IS TAKING SUCH A MAJOR STEP IN THEIR EVOLUTION IN CONSCIOUSNESS AND THEIR PHYSICAL BODIES, MANY MIGHT EXPERIENCE A TIME, WHERE THEY FEEL CHALLENGED AND PUSHED TO THEIR LIMITS.
THE LAST WAVE OF BEINGS TO ASCEND ARE STARTING TO SHIFT THEIR 3RD AND 4TH-DIMENSIONAL LIVING TO A 5TH-DIMENSIONAL FREQUENCY. THE EARTH ITSELF IS NOW VIBRATING IN THE 5TH DIMENSION (AS WELL AS MUCH FASTER) AND A LOT OF HUMANS HAVE ALREADY UPGRADED THEMSELVES TO THIS LEVEL AND TO HIGHER DIMENSIONS AS WELL, OR ARE DOING IT RIGHT NOW. NEW ENERGIES OF LOVE ARE ENTERING THE EARTH AND A NEW POTENTIAL FOR HUM-KIND HAS AWAKENED.
NEW LIGHT ENTERS THE MATRIX
THE NEW LIGHT FREQUENCIES THAT ARE COMING IN NEED NEW SPACE. THEREFORE, WE ARE GOING THROUGH A DEEP CLEANSING TO GET RID OF EVERYTHING OLD, RESTRICTIVE AND DENSE, THAT WE NO LONGER NEED.

The words you choose to use can literally change your brain.
Dr. Andrew Newberg, a neuroscientist at Thomas Jefferson University, and Mark Robert Waldman, a communications expert, collaborated on the book, “Words Can Change Your Brain.” In it, they write, “a single word has the power to influence the expression of genes that regulate physical and emotional stress.”
When we use words filled with positivity, like “love” and “peace”, we can alter how our brain functions by increasing cognitive reasoning and strengthening areas in our frontal lobes. Using positive words more often than negative ones can kick-start the motivational centers of the brain, propelling them into action.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, when we use negative words, we are preventing certain neuro-chemicals from being produced which contribute to stress management. Each and every one of us are initially hardwired to worry; it’s how our primal brain protects us from dangerous situations for survival.
So, when we allow negative words and concepts into our thoughts, we are increasing the activity in our brain’s fear center (the amygdala), and causing stress-producing hormones to flood our system. These hormones and neurotransmitters interrupt the logic and reasoning processes in the brain and inhibit normal functionality. Newberg and Waldman write, “Angry words send alarm messages through the brain, and they partially shut down the logic-and-reasoning centers located in the frontal lobes.”
An excerpt from their book tells us how using the *right* words can literally change our reality:
“By holding a positive and optimistic [word] in your mind, you stimulate frontal lobe activity. This area includes specific language centers that connect directly to the motor cortex responsible for moving you into action. And as our research has shown, the longer you concentrate on positive words, the more you begin to affect other areas of the brain.
Functions in the parietal lobe start to change, which changes your perception of yourself and the people you interact with. A positive view of yourself will bias you toward seeing the good in others, whereas a negative self-image will include you toward suspicion and doubt. Over time the structure of your thalamus will also change in response to your conscious words, thoughts, and feelings, and we believe that the thalamic changes affect the way in which you perceive reality.”
A study done by Positive Psychology further elaborates on the effects of using positive words. A group of adults aged 35-54 were given a nightly task of writing down three things that went well for them that day, including an explanation of why. The following three months showed their degrees of happiness continued to rise, and their feelings of depression continued to decline. By focusing and reflecting on positive ideas and emotions, we can improve our overall well-being and increase functionality of our brain.
What words do you choose to focus your energy on? If you notice your life isn’t exactly “peachy,” try carrying a journal with you to keep track of how often you use negative words. You may be surprised to find how simple the solution to a better life really is- change your words, change your life.
Editor’s note: I had a conversation with a friend today about this – saying that at one point in our evolution we had 12-strands of DNA – and had what would today be considered “super” powers. I intuitively know and feel in my body I have teleported, manifested physical objects with intention/correct vibrational frequency and other skills. And I have felt for some time these abilities are going to be increasing. Today, for example, while meditating in absolute quiet (child was outside with papa bear – smile) I began quietly chanting “I AM THAT I AM” – looking at my hands – when suddenly I saw the energy field or aura of my hands. A first. Only gonna increase and the abilities lie within each of us if we so know it and intend it.
Two nights ago, before I went to sleep, I asked the Creation to guide me to another important subject.The next morning, my father called me to say that scientists made strange discoveries regarding the human DNA.
Even though I usually ‘administrate’ this kind of information to my father ‘by force’, now he was the one updating me. Even so, I haven’t payed attention to this subject until later that evening.
To be honest, I was amazed to read that the modern medicine finally released to the press that the ‘first human with 3 DNA strands’ has been born. Of course, the case of little Alfie is the first one to be officially acknowledge by the medical community, but not the only one existent.
In fact, I’ve read years ago that independent doctors were already working with children who developed the third DNA strand. But are they different than the average human? I am absolutely delighted to inform you that they are very special and in fact all humans are mutating to a superior species, as we speak.

I. Alfie Clamp: The First Acknowledge Case by
the Modern Medicine of A Human With 3 DNA StrandsA two-year-old boy has become the only person in the world to be diagnosed with an extra strand in his DNA. Brave Alfie Clamp was born blind and with severe disabilities, which led doctors to carry out various tests.
They revealed his seventh chromosome has an extra strand of material which has never been documented anywhere in the world before. Doctors are baffled at his condition, which is so rare it does not have a name.
Medics also have no idea whether his condition will improve or reduce his life expectancy.
Alfie, from Nuneaton, Warks., can now see and he will have an operation this month to fix an intestinal problem caused by his condition. His parents Gemma and Richard Clamp only discovered something was wrong with their son after they first took him home.Within days, he was rushed back to hospital after he stopped breathing and his lips turned blue.
Then when he was six weeks old, doctors discovered he had a rare abnormality in his DNA. Mrs Clamp said: ‘When the doctors told us I was absolutely devastated. As a pregnant mum you spend nine months thinking about what it will be like when your baby takes their first step or claps their hands.
‘Having a boy like Alfie makes you appreciate the little things. He didn’t roll over until he was 18 months old, but we were so excited when he did.’

Since he was born, Alfie has been rushed to hospital six times – including twice just last month – when he stopped breathing. His parents even believed he was dying twice and were stunned when Alfie made a full recovery after spending time in hospital. Mr and Mrs Clamp, who also have 10-year-old daughter Georgia who is perfectly healthy, had their DNA tested but were not carriers of the faulty gene.
Mr Clamp said: ‘The doctors told us there is nothing we could have done to prevent it. I don’t think we’ll ever know why it happened. ‘I was holding him in my arms and I could see his eyes start to focus on me. It was a massive milestone for us because we didn’t know if that would ever happen.
‘We even took a photograph of the two of us sat there, looking at each other. Having Alfie has changed our lives – everything revolves around him. But he is such a happy boy and he has brought a lot of joy to our lives.
‘Whenever we go to hospital, all the doctors and nurses say what a pleasure it is to see Alfie.’

We are being changed physically from carbon-based beings with 2 strands of DNA into crystalline beings with 1,024 strands of DNA (eventually, in time), because only crystalline substances can exist on higher dimensional levels. But the immediate changes are from 2 to 3 DNA strands, and later into 12.
It is speculated that the human beings already had 12 DNA strands hundreds of thousands of years ago, but someone or something interfered in our evolution, downgrading us to only two. It is not just we humans who are changing, but all life forms on Earth are becoming crystalline.All the fish in the sea, the flowers and trees in your garden, the birds in the sky, even your pet dog or cat. Everything is changing. Nothing will die or be destroyed, for we are all moving together into A NEW STATE OF BEING. This new state of being requires therefore that we physically, mentally and emotionally let go of 3rd dimensional concepts.
Just as in death, the letting go is a major part of the change process, for one cannot take the old values and way of being into a new completely different afterlife. So the progression through changes compels us to let go of current relationships, jobs, careers, homes, possessions, and so on, if they are unable to support our new way of being.
Is it any wonder therefore, that there is a great deal of anxiety and fear being felt because these changes are already in progress, even though most people are not conscious of it. Also, the changes to our physiological makeup are currently speeding up and there are MANY TEMPORARY PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS that are occurring in our bodies as a consequence of this.Some of these are:
Flu-like symptoms – high temperatures, sweating, aching bones and joints etc, but which do not respond to antibiotics.
Migraine headaches – severe pain that is not relieved with pain killers.

Occasional runny nose – with sneezing which lasts 24 hours and is not a cold or hayfever.

To relieve muscle spasm take Valerian and try mud baths or a long, hot soak in a bath to which you add a cup of Epsom salts.Do this daily. Rocognise that even if you are having heart palpitations or breathing difficulties that it is the heart chakra or the throat chakra.that is unblocking and that the symptoms are temporary. You aren’t dying, just changing! However, don’t just take my word for it. Seek medical guidance if you are unsure. If you don’t know where to get Valerian or Fenugreek, try a health food store or better still, simply say the name in your head when you need relief.
All healing energies are transmitted via the sound of the name and are just as effective said in the mind or aloud, as in physically taking them. Try it and see. Ask your angel guides to help relieve any pain. They are just waiting to be asked ! Most symptoms seem to last a couple of weeks, then clear up. Some symptoms may recur from time to time. These changes are not necessarily being experienced by everyone concurrently. A very small percentage of adults have already completed the entire change into crystalline form and now embody 1,024 strands of DNA.
One report is of a woman who has grown 3 inches taller and a footsize larger. All children under the age of 7 have also now completed the change, or will shortly do so. Babies born in the past 2 years have all been born with the full set of DNA. Some people are only just starting to move through these changes, and many others have yet to start. The Spiritual ConnectionAs scientific research has now proven, our DNA, shown on this page in the familiar double helix configuration, holds the genetic codes for your physical and emotional evolution. Still to be discovered by science is the fact that your DNA has a much greater purpose than simply being a blueprint for your body.
The Genome Project decoded only approximately 3% of the total physical DNA. The remaining 97% was then termed “junk”, inferring it has no purpose. The truth is that the human body is extremely efficient and anything that is of no use becomes atrophied and is evolved out of existence within a few generations.
If 97% of our DNA is junk, why do we still have it?
That so-called “junk DNA” in your body contains all your history since you first incarnated onto this planet, many lifetimes ago. It’s where your akashic record, the record of your Soul, resides. Our DNA has been called a living library because of the wealth of information stored on it.
There are ten additional strands of DNA, or five double helix strands, which were disconnected or de-activated eons ago. Science has yet to discover these strands, although they have seen the shadows of them on their electronic microscopes. They call them “shadow DNA”.
With 12 Strands of DNA activated, you have access to ten times the information available from your DNA.
These additional strands encompass the following areas of your life:– Connection to God / Supreme Creator;

12 Strands of DNA – Our Spiritual Heritage

We also have a further ten energetic DNA strands which have been dormant within the Human Being for many centuries. These dormant strands of DNA have been discovered by scientists, who not knowing the function of these strands, have identified them as ‘junk’ DNA.
Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is a nucleic acid that contains all the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living things. The main role of DNA is the long-term storage of information. DNA is often compared to a set of blueprints since it contains the instructions needed to construct other components of cells.The DNA segments that carry genetic information are called genes, but other DNA sequences have structural purposes or are involved in regulating the use of genetic information.
Our DNA is therefore our personal blueprint and as such contains all our mental, physical, emotional and Spiritual information.
The original Human Being had 12 Strands of DNA actively working and maintaining the full function of the Human as a Spiritual Being. With our over preoccupation with left brained thinking and the closing down of our heart centers, these ‘extra’ DNA strands have been lost. The consequences of this loss are that we live in a spiritually deficient society and our intuitive and healing abilities have been hugely reduced. It has also resulted in us only accessing and using a very small part of our brains.
The human body is very valuable. It stores and holds a wealth of information, wisdom and knowledge on every aspect of ourselves, our world and all of life. Combinations of intelligence are stored within the Human and a great amount of data is stored inside the body. Inside our bodies are the formulas required to replicate other forms of intelligence throughout the Universe.
At conception, we receive, from our two different bloodlines (our parents) certain matched and paired recessive genes. These genes hold light codes that give us the highest opportunity for accessing and developing our Spiritual abilities and for healing the damaged and wounded aspects of our Soul.
At the same time these genes hold memories which have created blocks to our path to oneness and initiated our deep-rooted feelings of separation, separation from our true essence and our Creator. This memory of separation has forced us to created experiences and situations where we are given the opportunity to heal ourselves, our world and our separations.
As a Soul we carefully picked and chose our parents and their bloodlines in order to facilitate experiences and situations that will enable us to heal ourselves. We have therefore handpicked our own DNA structures and the possible opportunities to activate and awaken further strands of DNA.
The energy of our Earth is moving through major vibrational shifts and into higher levels of consciousness. As the Earth raises Her vibration, we as Human Beings are being given many opportunities to raise our vibration. This shift is being referred to as the Ascension and there are many people around the world who are experiencing confusion and chaos in their worlds. Yet in this seeming chaos and confusion lie great opportunities for us to grow, expand and evolve.
One of the most exciting aspects of our evolutionary process is the retooling of our DNA. Cosmic light encoded rays from our Creator have been coming into our Earth stimulating change and reordering our Human bodies. As the light encoded filaments are absorbed into our being our scattered DNA is being activated and reformed into new helixes or strands of DNA and being reordered into bundles.
As this rebundling and reordering progresses we create a more evolved nervous system that facilitates new information and data to move into our consciousness. Many of our dormant brain cells are being awoken and we are being able to access our full body potential. As our bodies fill with more light so our memories are opened and we evolve as our DNA evolves into conscious Multidimensional Beings.
Our 12 strands of DNA activate and connect to our 12 Chakra points, energy doorways through which we access our Spiritual heritage. The 12 strands of DNA serve as links through the 12 chakras to the energy web outside of our bodies. The 12 chakras act as energetic doorways into our body connecting us to the vital forces of existence. It is through opening and activating these portals of energy that we can begin to truly know ourselves.
As all 12 strands of DNA are now forming, whatever issues we have not dealt with and peacefully cleared in our personal history, will create chaos. Feelings and memories are emerging offering us an opportunity to experience the fabric of our being and revealing who we are through the events and beliefs that are intricately woven into us.
Our task is to awaken, activate and unite all 12 creating the spinning of the 12. This spinning of the 12 strands of DNA and 12 chakra points will draw to us energies that will intermingle and move throughout our beings activating and awakening the many different aspects of ourselves. This will trigger new versions, understandings and meanings to all the events in our lives and our world.
Our 12 chakras are collections of energy where events can emerge. They hold memory and identity and each corresponds to a strand of DNA. These 12 energy centers must be accessed from within where we can feel the data corresponding with and translating our experiences within the context of our minds.
By opening our hearts and minds all the answers to the great mysteries will be found within. We are required to step out of our current belief systems and to create new belief systems as the mind is structured to evolve and form our experiences based on what we command. Our mind is not our master; we are the masters of our own minds. The mind is but a tool to be used to create reality and nothing more.
By consciously working with the waves of energy and light moving into our Earth, we are able to realize and understand that the transformation of this planet is based upon the healing and power of our minds.
Activating the full 12 DNA strands will create a connection between our human genetic coding and give us access to all knowledge and wisdom. This is the awareness and understanding of who we truly are.
In activating all 12 strands of DNA we create an alignment within ourselves allowing us to gently shift into much higher vibrational levels and frequency of light, helping our ascension process by further awakening our human consciousness.
Conclusion:Our DNA is mutating, no doubt about it. The old human species is evolving at a very high rate. We are regaining the lost DNA strands and we will consciously reconnect to the source. Nothing can and nothing will stop this process, because the Creation will make it manifest.
Our mission is to accept the new energy that is being sent to us and help the Creation modify our physical bodies. Do not fight evolution! Accept and embrace it! We are shaping -as we speak- the new human race.
Editor’s note: If you read my daily notes piece tonight, you will see where I get messages in the shower. One of the messages I received tonight was “your next phase is not going to turn out the way you expect.” Then I heard I will be guided – no worries – just let it all flow. When I came across this article, with this title above, just a couple hours later, I knew this was Universal validation. You see I have been feeling quite stuck in a couple of areas in my life and have had these plans to turn it around. However, as I am beginning to feel, as painful as it is (it is a mourning process), it is imperative to let go of expectations, even hopes and dreams and plans and just BE. And yes, I know the pain of letting go of dreams, especially ones we have had for years if not decades. I know the frustration all to well of making plans to change this or that only to see affirmative results. Oh god do I know that frustration. I am experiencing all of this right now and the pain is very deep and very very real. However, there is a freedom in there with that pain. Perhaps my dreams aren’t big enough. Perhaps they are changing as I do. Perhaps my plans aren’t the only ones or the best ones for me. I don’t know the answer to this yet, just that I know life keeps saying to BE. In the Now. And let it all flow.
I am a reflection of all of your faces. I am a light that exists through space and time, not to be shackled, not to be corralled, and not to be pegged into any one spot. As I peer out through the clouds, I ask you to wink back at me as you see in fullness with eyes beyond the optic. The un-doing of you is what you have been born for. Allow this un-doing to be completed, as you are unraveled from the very epics of self that have so long been your truth. You will now experience new chapters with endings different than you ever imagined and ever pondered in the past.
I am where light bends. I have the ability to help you see around the next corner of your experience, the next corner of your thought, the next corner of your day. Look ahead – but not in a straightened fashion. For the world as you know it, bends to the left of itself. It is at that point of intersection that history may or may not repeat itself. It is at that bend in the refraction of life that you all sit. Perception influences all. If your perception shifts in accordance with your light encodings, with your heart-felt understanding and love, then your world cannot run astray. That is how and where you bend in space and time at this appropriate intersection. Truth only exists when it has a host. If you do not invite another’s truth into your den, it will have no place to slumber. Be aware; be very aware of the truths that you allow to spend the night in your heart.
Listen for the truths that speak to you that do not come from human lips. Listen as all life embeds itself within your cellular structure. Listen as light from the stars whispers to you in your sleep with words that you spoke hundreds of light years before. At this intersection of time and space the light bends.
The light that shines behind the light, peers out through its reflection, initiating to those who are willing to see, what is yet to come. The gifts unfold as mummified wrappings, layer by layer. What is seen is not real. What is real can only be felt with the senses and not seen as a solid object. Much moves about in your day that you bump elbows with, but know not that it exists. Much moves about in your heavens, but you see it not with the bold blue backdrop.
I am the essence that is known as the Great Attractor. I call back to myself, all that has been created. As Creation is pulled back into itself, it changes form over and over again until ultimately it is pure energy. This is the same ability that you hold inherently. As you call back to you all light and life, it changes form in accordance with your perceptions. Formlessness only requires form when it is needed. If your world feels as if is collapsing upon it self, know that the form is calling itself back home into formlessness. Do not hold on to what wishes to become light in your thinking, in your world, and in your expectations. [italics are mine to emphasize the importance of these words – very similar to what i wrote above]. I leave you with these thoughts.
Dolores Cannon’s career has spanned over 4 decades, during which time she has worked with thousands of clients in regressive hypnotherapy sessions. With over 17 published books on the subject, Dolores Cannon can easily be considered one of the world’s most sought after professionals in the field.
Popular subject matter touched upon in her numerous books includes: past lives, extra-terrestrials, life on other planets, energy healing, famous historic figures such as Nostradamus and Jesus, abductions, and more. According to Dolores, each book has the tendency to “bend the reader’s mind like a pretzel.”
One of her latest books, titled The Three Waves of Volunteers and The New Earth, is an ensemble of regressive hypnotherapy client sessions which narrates a “behind the scenes” look at Earth’s current paradigm shift. During the sessions, Dolores hypnotizes her clients, bringing them into the “super-conscious” brainwave state, one of the deepest trances one can experience. Dolores elaborated on her technique in an interview with The Edge:
“I developed my own technique down through the years. It’s not like any other hypnosis technique out there. We are able to contact what I call the greatest force there is, and it’s a source of all knowledge. I found the way to have it come through every single person that I work with, and I’ve worked with thousands of people.”
The results of her technique are astounding to say the least. Through the years Dolores began to notice a correlation among her client sessions, one that bridges the journey of the souls incarnating on the planet at this time.
“When you see thousands and thousands of clients, as I do as a therapist and a counselor, you begin to see a common thread going through many of the cases. Earlier on, it used to be that everybody would go back to a past life and I’d find some of the answers there, and then I’d explore the source of all knowledge to answer all of their questions and do the healing. Just in the last five years or so, I began to see clients who weren’t all going into a past life on Earth. I began to find they had never been on Earth before and that they had come here directly from God, from the Source, from other planets, other dimensions, where they were light beings. That’s the common thread that I have been finding, and that’s where I came up with the theory of the three waves of volunteers.”
Dolores’s theory proposes that a series of souls are traveling from other planets and dimensions to assist Earth at this time. Many of these souls, which are of a higher vibration than the resident Earth souls, are incarnating on the planet for the first time. She affirms that the souls that have spent many lifetimes reincarnating on Earth are stuck in a karmic cycle, repeating the same patterns of mistakes and lessons, which is ultimately leading to the destruction of the planet. Thus, there has been a calling for purer souls to come to Earth to cleanse and raise the planet’s vibration.
But now, inhabiting bodies, these people have no memory of why they came. “They come in and an amnesia descends on the person, losing the memory of why they are here. But this group has an energy that they have to project. It is a loving energy that will change the mindset here on Earth. It will change history, just them being here.”
Throughout her clients’ journeys, Dolores discovered that Earth is one of the densest planets in the entire universe. A soul that incarnates here is considered brave because life on Earth is a very challenging experience to come into, especially for souls coming from higher realms and planets of a higher vibration. Nevertheless, all of her clients have the same answer when asked about their reason for coming to Earth, they simply “heard the call.”
The Earth is going through a major transformation, one that Dolores’s clients state has never happened before. For the first time, an entire planet is shifting its vibration into a new dimensional frequency. Many souls or groups of souls have experienced a shift like this in the past (i.e. the Mayans), but never has an entire planet shifted at once.
Therefore, Dolores explains, the entire Universe has front row seats to one of the grandest shows ever seen. However, help is needed, because man has polluted the planet with a vibration so dense that it threatens the survival of the planet as a whole. Dolores reveals that if the planet blows itself up, it will reverberate throughout the universe affecting and disturbing all beings. Therefore, the call for help was made, and the souls quickly jumped on the wagon to assist.
The First Wave: Now in their late 40s to early 60s, these volunteers are disturbed by the violence, anger, and hate that they experience on Earth. They have had the hardest time adjusting to life as humans, and many of them try to commit suicide.
The Second Wave: Now in their late 20s and 30s, these volunteers are more comfortable in bodies and are said to be beacons or channels of energy who can affect others just by being near them. Their mission of simply sharing their energy with others means they don’t have to do anything but just be.
The Third Wave: The new children, many of whom are now teenagers, have all the knowledge needed to exist on the planet after the dimensional shift and transformation takes place. Their DNA is more advanced, and the greatest challenge they face is being misunderstood by humans as having a condition (ADHD) that needs to be medicated.
Interestingly, through her many client sessions Dolores has also written extensively on the lost civilization of Atlantis. She discovered that, like Atlantis, there have been numerous civilizations that have been destroyed in the past.
“Each time when people got to the point when they were using energy in the wrong way and couldn’t control it, they had to be stopped. And every time, everything would be reset on this planet. The civilization would go back to the primitive stages and start all over again. That’s why they don’t want to have it happen this time. They don’t want to start over with the planet and begin life for humanity one more time.
During a hypnotherapy session, a woman went back to Atlantis and was telling me the prime reason for Atlantis being destroyed. I was told that there were scientists at the time of Atlantis. There were others who were fooling around with what they called Dark Matter. I was told that this is the same thing scientists are doing now when they are fooling around with what we call Anti-Matter. They said we have to know this, because the scientists are doing the same thing now.
The Large Hadron Collider experiment in Switzerland is the same thing. They are messing around with Anti-Matter. The scientists who are now fooling around with the Collider experiment don’t have any idea what they are really doing, and it’s very dangerous.
If those experiments had continued at that time in Atlantis, it would have broken down the grid of the planet, causing an implosion of the Earth, and it would have reverberated to the point where it would have broken the grids down of the entire Universe. But they stopped it before it got to that point, but destruction took place.”
When asked about people’s criticism of her work, Dolores says she finds humor in people’s remarks stating she is a “great science fiction writer.”
“There’s no way on Earth I could make this stuff up. I have [17] books out there now, and all of it has come through the cases I have worked on with the average person just walking in off the street. I did not know these people until they came through the door of my office, from every walk of life you can imagine: CEOs of companies, professors of colleges, priests, shamans, and many ordinary people. I have not found anyone who has not had a past life. When I began writing The Convoluted Universe series, I wondered if anybody out there would be able to understand it, because I said that book is for people who want their minds bent like pretzels. People when they read it say, ‘I know this and I don’t know how I know it, but I know it and I know it’s true.’”
In the final segment of her interview with The Edge, Dolores was asked if there were any final thoughts she wanted to leave people with regarding the shift in consciousness.
“We are moving into a new frequency, a new dimension where it is going to be the New Earth, and it’s going to be extremely beautiful. They have described it in the books – the beautiful colors, that everything is total love.
We’re moving away from the negativity of the Old Earth, and it’s going to be a complete turnaround, beyond belief, and we’re all going there now. The New Earth is where it’s at. The Bible in the Book of Revelations talks about the New Heaven and the New Earth. That’s the same thing we’re having now. It’s just that St. John, when he had the vision on the Isle of Pathos, didn’t realize it was going to take another couple of thousand years before it was going to happen.
The most important thing is that we are living in the most important time in the history of the Universe, and it’s very important to be here now. There are thousands of souls who want to be here to experience this – even if they can just be here for a few hours. They say even if they’re born and die right away, they can say, ‘I was there when this occurred.’ This is how important this is to the entire Universe. So, you’re living in a very wonderful time that will never be repeated again.”

For the next several weeks that you have on your timeline on planet Earth, you are going to feel like there is a great deal of shifting going on all around you. You are going to see changes occur that you did not expect but that you welcome with open arms. There are going to be individuals who are going to play out massive themes for all of humanity, and they will do so on a very large scale.
So what will these changes mean for you as individuals? Well, you can do many different things. You can observe and decide that none of it matters. You can take on too much of the drama and make it about you. Or you can sit comfortably where you are, in your stable core, and offer love and compassion to all who are involved. We think you know which one we suggest you take on as a choice.
We are not here to tell you what to do, or how to live your lives, or how to respond to anything. But perhaps our message will inspire you to be more aware of the choices you are making, because we do suggest that you make conscious choices in regards to how you respond.
If you want to experience all of this with grace and even in a state of joy, you certainly can do so. You are under no obligation whatsoever to freak out just because others are freaking out.
You have all been anticipating changes for quite some time, changes that would be undeniable evidence of the shift. So you are prepared, but not everyone else is. And you get to decide what your role is going to be as it all plays out. You get to decide who you are in relationship to these worldwide changes.
And we know that you are beings of service, beings of love, and beings of compassion. And so we invite you to recognize those traits within yourselves and to seek out the stable core within yourselves so that you can be who you really are no matter what is going on in the world around you.

Editor’s note: As I have mentioned, I normally stay clear of channelings, especially posting them on this site. However, when something resonates with me as this piece does, I will share. I focus most on the message, less on the messenger. ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN THIS INNER SENSING OF BEING WAY, WAY, WAY, NOT IN THE SAME REALITY THAT I WAS A WEEK AGO , A MONTH AGO A YEAR AGO? THERE IS ALSO THIS FEELING OF STRANGENESS IN THE AIR, AND THE SOUND OF A LOUD QUIETNESS LIKE A SUPER CALM BEFORE A BREWING STORM!
WHEN I LOOK AROUND AT THE PHYSICAL WORLD I SEE A CLEAR INCREASING OF CHAOTIC PATTERNS IN EVERY AREA OF THE 3D MATRIX! IT IS PHYSICALLY OBSERVED (A 3-D SENSE) IN THE SKIES, IN THE WEATHER, IN SOCIAL UNREST, POLITICS, LARGE GOVERNMENTAL MANEUVERS AND CAN BE DETECTED BY SIMPLY WALKING OUTDOORS AND INTAKING THE ATMOSPHERE OF EVERY-DAY LIFE.
THERE IS AN EXTERNAL OBVIOUSNESS THAT 3D IS GETTING CRAZIER BY THE HOUR AND THAT EXTREME UPHEAVAL AND CHANGE IN ALL SYSTEMS IS UNDERWAY AND INCREASING ON A GLOBAL BASIS.
I REMIND MYSELF THAT THE EXTERNAL VIEW IS ONE THING NOT TO BE SO CONCERNED WITH AND THAT THE INNER IS WHAT IS SPEAKING MORE CLEAR AND TRUE.
IN THIS SEEING THROUGH A GLASS DARKLY, ONE ATTEMPTS TO SEE WHAT’S UP AND TRIES TO COME TO SOME RATIONAL CONCLUSION OF TRUE-NESS AND GET TO THE ACTUALITY OF IT ALL!

IMAGINE THE NEW 5D MATRIX AS ONE LARGE TECTONIC PLATE AND THE 3D AS ANOTHER SMALLER PLATE UNDER BUT LEANING AGAINST THE HEAVIER AND LARGER 5D ONE.
A HUGE SLIPPAGE HAS HAPPENED AND IS STILL HAPPENING, CREATING A FRACTURE AND EVER-WIDENING GAP BETWEEN THE TWO PLATES (DIMENSIONS). THE FORCE AND SHAKING FROM AS THE LARGE PLATE AS ITS INTENSE WEIGHT PUSHES DOWNWARD ON THE 3D PLATE. THIS INCREASING SLIPPAGE REPRESENTS THE OUTWARD CHAOS AND CHANGE THAT IS HAPPENING ON THE EARTH.
NOW VISUALIZE THIS SLIPPAGE AS AN INTER-DIMENSIONAL SLIPPAGE! HAVE YOU NOTICED HOW MANY EARTHLINGS ARE SPEAKING ABOUT THESE STRANGE TIME-LINE JUMPS, PARALLEL REALITIES, MANDELA EFFECTS, ETC?
UNITY IS ULTIMATELY WHERE WE ARE HEADED, BUT UNITY WITH WHO? ACCORDING TO UNIVERSAL LAW, TWO DIMENSIONS (OUT OF SYNC FREQUENCIES) HAVE NO THING TO DO WITH EACH OTHER AND THE TWO SHALL NEVER TWAIN. IS THIS CHAOS MANIFESTING BECAUSE THE TWO DIMENSIONS ARE COMBINING, OR IS IT HAPPENING BECAUSE THESE TWO REALITIES ARE BEING FORCED FURTHER AND FURTHER APART FOR GOOD? WE SAY THE LATTER!
THE GAP BETWEEN THESE TWO SEPARATE WORLDS WE EXIST IN IS NOT UNIFYING INTO ONE TIME-LINE, BUT FORCING APART WITH TREMENDOUS PRESSURE.
THERE ARE MANY SPIRITUAL WRITINGS THAT SAY THINGS LIKE, “THE WHEAT IS SEPARATED FROM THE CHAFF, AND THE LAMBS AND GOATS ARE PUT ON TWO DIFFERENT SIDES, AND ONE IS LEFT BEHIND AND ONE IS TAKEN,” AND SO ON!
IN SUMMARY , WE ARE SAYING THAT THE GAP BETWEEN THE LOW VIBRATION AND THE EXTREMELY HIGH VIBRATION IS GROWING TOO WIDE TO SUSTAIN FURTHER AND ONE DIMENSIONSIONAL REALITY HAS LITERALLY BROKEN AWAY FROM THE OTHER AS THE OLD FALLS AWAY AND GIVES WAY TO THE NEW!
IF WHAT WE ARE SAYING IS SO IT MEANS YOU MUST QUICKLY CHOOSE A SIDE! ARE YOU GOING TO KEEP HANGING ONTO THE OLD THING AS YOU CONTINUE TO ASCEND HAVING YOUR BEING STRETCHED TO THE LIMIT BY THE INCREDIBLE PULL OF THIS DIMENSIONAL SEPARATION, OR ARE YOU ABLE TO COMPLETELY RE-ALIGN YOURSELF WITH ONLY THE HIGHER VIBRATIONS IN SHORT ORDER?
