Arizona HB 2162 removes philosophical exemption entirely, leaving only medial exemption as a possibility

Arizona HB 2505 (pretty much entered as plan b if above bill is killed) would get rid of philosophical exemption and replace it with religious (which they can then require clergy member’s testimony of as “proof”)

Arizona SB 1201 would require all schools to share immunization data and rates on their websites for the public

Arizona HB 2352 would require charter and private schools to make their exemption rates public on their websites

Colorado delegates have mentioned an effort to remove exemptions in the press but no formal bill has been introduced yet

Connecticut HB 7005 would no longer allow school nurses to accept exemptions, instead requiring a clergy member to do so

Connecticut HB 5277 would allow for changes to be made to the requirements for temporary vaccination waivers. With no details specifying what those changes would be.

Florida HB 213/SB 354 mandates reporting and tracking of vaccines by government tracking system

Florida HB 245/SB 356 mandates HPV vaccine for schools

HF 272 ANd HF 100 would require school districts to conduct health and safety visits to the homes of children who are under private instruction on a quarterly basis; reinforces that private instruction students are vaccinated just like other school students

Iowa HSB 86/SSB 1084 would grant more tax breaks to pharmaceutical companies developing vaccines in the state of Iowa

would give the Cabinet for Health and Family Services in consultation with the colleges rule making authority to require college students to provide documentation of receiving vaccine up to the full adult vaccination schedule (see CDC) for all students in campus housing

HD 541 Gives insurance companies access to policyholder vaccination data

Massachusetts SD 1520 Would mandate hpv vaccine for students

Maryland HB 316 mandates reporting and tracking of vaccines by government tracking system

Maine
LD 798 Would remove religious and philosophical exemptions, leaving only medical. Restricts medical. Allows for current students with IEP to be grandfathered in and permits philosophical or religious exemptions for them when accompanied by a drs Testimony. Children entering kindergarten next year with an IEP and those beyond would Not be privy to such. This would apply to children from preschool age through college, not just elementary to high school.

Montana LC 1435 Another bill to use the government tracking system so they know who is vaccinated and how many vaccines they’ve had on what timeline/schedule. This state would allow for it to be optional but it’s unclear how well parents would be advised that they can opt out

Montana HB 231 Allows pharmacists to administer vaccines to minors. Proposed money saving tactic that could also pose risk since pharmacists do not know patient medical history. Also makes vaccines more accessible to minors should laws continue to pass in more states (they already exist in several) to allow minors to consent to vaccines without parental knowledge or consent

New Jersey
A3818 completely eliminates religious exemption for preschool thru college

New Jersey S2173 Restricts religious exemption But no details yet on how. The above bill is getting far more traction to be pushed through than this one

A1991/s941 Mandates meningitis vax for four year college students

New Jersey A1847 mandates hpv vaccine for grades 6-12

New Jersey A2397 requires the Commissioner of Health to establish standards and requirements through the rules process for the certification of vendors providing goods or services or conducting other business at health care facilities. These standards shall include mandatory immunizations, which are not defined in the bill

New Jersey A3587/S634 requires healthcare workers to be vaccinated with very few exceptions made for medical exemption. This is an old bill that hasn’t been killed yet but it hasn’t seen much traction either

New York S3424A if religious exemption is kept in New York, this would change the process so that parents must submit their exemption form to the superintendent who can decide whether or not he or she accepts it

New York A2841 mandates vaccines for employees at children’s camps

The bill does not provide for exemptions to treatment or vaccination for conscientious or religious beliefs or guaranteeing quarantine in a person’s home as an alternative.

Oregon HB 2783 requires healthcare signature for all types of exemptions

Oregon Rep Mitch Greenlick conformed last week to the press that he will be submitting a bill to remove both religious and philosophical exemptions. We are waiting on it’s submission.

Oregon HB 2220 allows optometrists (eye dr) to give vaccines. Also mandates requirement to report to government tracking system

Texas HB 1361/HB 1423 requires system tracking of employees and residents at long term care facilities

Texas SB 329 requires schools to report exemption info

Texas SB 145 requires all insurance plans to pay in full for vaccines without copays or deductibles

Utah SB 83 would require participants of certain state grant programs to be vaxxed. The risk with this is that if a grant recipient uses adherence to the state-approved immunization schedule as one of the measurements, that could force any participants to be vaccinated for all shots required by the State of Utah

Washington HB 1638 removes personal and philosophical exemptions for MMR

Washington SB 5841 eliminates personal and philosophical exemptions for all vaccines

Wisconsin delegates have mentioned an effort to remove exemptions in the press but no formal bill has been introduced yet

Wyoming SF 55 permits state health officer to allow optometrists (eye dr) to give vaccines

Some notes and insights into Lisa Harrison’s latest ~ 2/16/19 (EP #57)

 

I have finished listening to Lisa’s video.  It took me awhile – almost 3 hours total – as I had to re-listen to the first 22 minutes given I was cooking dinner at the time (risotto – made the right way – which required my continuous attention for about 30 minutes) and various other interruptions later in the evening.  So here what I took from her latest.  I have added in my own thoughts here and there as well.

We’ve been moved again.

Moved from the original construct from 2012.  Throughout 2013 there was a transfer of all of our “files” (programs).  We still have a free-will experience/game – but it was a “clean”, virus-free version.  THIS “move” is the reason for the mandela effects.

Every year since we have had repeating cycles of cleansing.

March is an important month in terms of things NEW/HUGE (that is my feel and interpretation to march being important.  This year the date is March 4th which Lisa says brings forth another frequency band release that will hugely strengthen our connection with our Biggest Self.  What’s interesting about this is that it aligns with something Brother Rick texted to me this morning – how something HUGE is going to shift in the next 15-17 days which puts us at March 2-4th.  It also aligns with something I “got” this morning as I woke up.  I heard “March” for the next big change.  Quite significant.  And at the end of Lisa’s video one of the people in her group said he began hearing shortly after the New Year that if he could just make it through March, he would be ok.  Everything would be ok.

Ok then….on we go….

We are in a lucid-like place – as she says “The Space Before Waking”.  We KNOW we’ve been dreaming and are ready to awaken.  I resonate with this as my awareness of this dream experience has grown from it being just an idea to contemplate to a knowing and a feeling at the same time.  As I have shared here, a few months back I had that dream of seeing myself asleep – and the desire to yell WAKE UP was quite strong.  That desire in waking life has only grown – and today while I was out and about I was called to look at the people around me as I drove and call out telepathically “WAKE UP” to each of them.

Physically people are experiencing the following:

  1. Intestinal purging
  2. Chest pain/heart expansion
  3. Mucus
  4. Fear release via low back and kidney pain
  5. Head pressure
  6. Cold sweat
  7. Internal heat
  8. Facial twitches

Anything that was also of a low-grade like issue is coming up for clearing as well.

A message from Home says ALL of creation here is a program and to let it all go.  All creations of this matrix.

The mind virus is the only thing keeping us alive.

The cleaning out of the deep state – while the focus is on America of course we know this is global.  We are embracing FREEDOM – unity and the like. This clearing out of the deep state is, of course, a mirror of what is happening within us.  Yes indeed I do align with this and have felt this for some time.  I think I said it was last night where each time we have a moment of awakening we create a new Quantum moment which works to purge, cleanse, release/let go of the old.

She saw some sort of a Source Creator – perhaps in form for the first time – the creator of the creation that this construct is a part of.  The creator of many races including the dragons.  He/She/It got touched by the virus and was asleep for a “time” and is now awake and assisting in this process.

Songs that are running through people’s minds:  Yellow Taxi and songs by the Police.  I can indeed align with the Police songs.  I’ve been hearing them on the radio and today as I headed out “Every Breath You Take” came on the radio – and I knew it was significant.  I could “feel” in that off-to-the-left space of mine that this song was being sung to me.  I’ll be watching you – as in a protective type space.

She also brought up Tartaria – which is interesting as videos on Tartaria began showing up hugely for my mate in the past couple of weeks.  The says this is a big mandela effect.  Old maps from 2013, which is when the Flat Earth theory and maps exploded on youtube, etc. – there was no mention of Tartaria at all.  And today’s maps show Tartaria as taking up almost 2/3 of land masses. … Tartaria is being exposed.

Manifestation ability is amazing right now.  Our access to the Freedom program is, well, I would say (given my interpretation) – online.

She spoke of “just being the observer” and said it is just another program and to let it go.  The act of observing is very powerful as our focus affects the object/thing we are observing.  She said it is more powerful though to be neutral.  When presented with ideas and suggestions if we do not wish to participate we say “no” – even if it involves someone else who is saying they have power over us whether it is being done consciously with intent or at a subconscious level.  I feel into this one.  Unless I misunderstood – there is a difference between observing and remaining neutral.  Here is what I feel – when we are observing we are giving our energy to something without making a choice.  When remaining neutral we make a choice and say “no” to what doesn’t align and “yes” to what does – WHEN presented with ideas, suggestions, etc.

She gave a breathing technique which involves making a figure 8 by breathing in through our solar plexus, out the back, up over our head, back into the solar plexus then down to the feet and back into the solar plexus. She demonstrates this a bit while sitting so you will have to watch the video (it’s towards the end of the video – 40 minute mark or so – going from memory here so I am likely off by several minutes)….This breathing exercise can be used to set the intention to unplug/disconnect/delete programs and/or power up our connection to our Big Selves/Source.  Once the program has been released/the breathing exercise undertaken, set it with a prayer and request it to run until it is removed.  (go to the 47 minute mark for great and humorous advice on the breathing exercise)

She then went on to speak of “LeeLoo’s” creation/realm.  For me I see this as home.  Perhaps LeeLoo is the creator of the New.  I see then each of us have created our Home within this New.  So that being said, Lisa says imagine waking up from a very intense lucid dream (which would be this experience we are having here now) – and you are not sure what happened.  Now imagine waking up at Home now on steroids – meaning very powerful – perhaps too powerful for some.  So….as Lisa explains in the comment section (which I am grateful for as I had questions):  The experiencing of going Home now – for many – would be too overwhelming so more is being done here for All to not have that jarring experience.  Perhaps this is the reason for this next frequency band entering in early March – to connect us more solidly with Biggest Selves to ease that transition.  What’s interesting to me about this is brother Rick and I have spoken of what this final switch will be like – and both of us have felt it will be like waking up from a dream.  In “time” it fades away and you go on living/being…

There was discussion of this “letting it all go”…..The core of this rabbit hole topic is so that we become again our Heart Selves – or as Sister Deborah so beautifully said to me this morning – imagine how MAGNIFICENT we are “out of here”.  By Being that Magnificence from our Heart Space we LET GO of all old ways of interacting.  And being.  So while we may let go of roles defined, for example, we do not let go of the heart-based connection.  We don’t let go of our relationships – just how this matrix has defined them.  Let go of the patterns that kept us OUT of our heart-space and kept us OUT of freedom programs (and instead bound by power-over games, etc.)…

She ended by saying there is going to be a gathering of family from Home to send us all a message – and she anticipates this within a week or so – and as such, that will be the next DTC video.

Our ability to connect with the Freedom experience has shifted hugely – or else the Freedom program has over-written the free will program.  (For those not familiar w/Lisa Harrison and the Freedom vs. Free Will – Free Will is essentially anything goes which includes power over which we see play out all over this realm as well within our own interactions w/one another. She said the choice was made to have either a program of freedom or free will here and free will was the one created.  It got hijacked.  So….Freedom is the right to do/be as one chooses in so long as that choice does not power over another.)

My note on the topic of Freedom and our choices we make NOW (this is taking into consideration that the Freedom energy/program is now the dominant program):  Be conscious of how and what we want to create so that the process, from start to finish, does not power over another.  When doing this NOW – the results will rather backfire.  I am seeing this in my own experiences.

No talk of “the event”.  Some say it may be another program.  I still feel there WILL be (obviously) some final moment where we BOOM – are awake. In our FULL SELVES – that is the event.  WE are the event.  And incoming energies are the catalyst to that moment.  At least this is my feel and continues to be my feel.

I think that’s about it.  It is now 1:39am and I am officially calling it a night – wrapping up the days experience – and going to put this vessel to bed.  Good night all.

The Chinese New Year—the Year Of The Pig—starts tomorrow, February 5th and sets up this year to be a year of bounty, where people can feed at the trough to their heart’s content, Asian secret society sources say.  The Year Of The Pig or Boar is associated with the hours 9-11 at night, which means the world is also set to get truth and closure on the mass murder and attempted gold heist of September 11, 2001, the sources say.

However, this year is also set to be a year of slaughter for certain elite criminals who have been trying their hardest to murder 90% of the world’s population, according to Western secret society sources.  It is the return of the bounty stolen by these criminals that will be feeding the downtrodden 90%, they say.

In concrete terms, the British branch and most of the French branch of the Rothschild family are trying to negotiate an orderly transfer of power, according to CIA sources based in Asia.  The Rothschilds and other families that own the private G7 central banks are hoping to trade their control of here-and-now money (ATMs, cash printing), financial computers, and international financial transfer systems in exchange for some real-life assets, such as rights to some of the historical Asian gold, the sources say.

These negotiations are ongoing, but one thing that has now already been decided is that the United Nations will be moving its headquarters from New York to Laos.  “Only those of high energy who are ready to help humanity move forward, clean up the pollution on this planet, and create a new world of peace and harmony for all living beings will be allowed to reside in the new headquarters—in other words, all new members who actually represent the inhabitants of this world,” a source said.

The U.S. government has been funded until Friday, February 15th so that certain major announcements related to these and other matters can be made over the following long weekend which celebrates George Washington’s birthday, according to Pentagon and CIA sources.

However, there are still some tough issues that need to be negotiated between now and then, say Asian and Western secret society sources.  One issue concerns the arrest of Meng Wanzhou, Chief Financial Officer of China’s Huawei Technologies.  It turns out that the real the reason Western intelligence community ordered her arrest was not for fraud, but rather because …

Trump’s Mid-term report card

As we reach and pass the two year mark for Trump’s presidency, it’s time for a performance review

Economy: A-

The unrelenting attack on the over-reaching, ridiculous and business killing regulations has been swift and decisive. The tax cuts for both individuals and businesses are also a contributing factor to this grade. More people have jobs as record numbers of employment across all sectors are being experienced. Wages need to continue to increase but at a faster pace. This should occur once the impact of the tax cuts on businesses becomes more apparent as upgrades to existing facilities and the development of new ones continues.

Another round of tax cuts is due as this will continue to put more discretionary income into the economy, driving competition, innovation, investments and technological advances. This country was built by entrepreneurs and putting more capital into the hands of Americans will restart that trend that has been stifled by the cabal sponsored presidents going back 50+ years.

Finance/Banking: B-

After staying virtually silent during the campaign and much of his first year in office regarding the Federal Reserve, Trump has FINALLY started shining the light on this criminal organization. The raising of rates since he took office is not surprising as its time people realize the Federal Reserve is responsible for EVERY downturn, recession, depression and WAR since they came into existence in 1913. The raising of rates is to (1) stifle the economic growth of the US (2) to recover some of the money aka “quantitative easing” (shell game) of the pathetic Soetoro years when they printed funny money like drunken sailors as the debt doubled from $10T to $20T under Barry’s watch and (3) to provide ammunition to their paid, deep state contractors in the House, Senate and Media to use against Trump in the run up to the 2020 election.

We’ve provided Trump with ample evidence of the fraud the Federal Reserve has been perpetrating since their creation under cover of darkness before Christmas in 1913. The two contracts we released in White Hats Report #63, one a trading program agreement between Yohannes Riyadi of Indonesia and the Greenspan headed Federal Reserve in 2003 and the one executed in 2013 to pay Riyadi the money and profits they stole from him in the preceding 10 years as per the 2003 contract. This, however, is just more Federal Reserve fraud as they have no intention of paying Riyadi, only extending their con game a few more years and running out the clock before another fraudulent gambit is employed.

The bankers are the cancer that infects the entire planet; their usurious practices know no bounds and their theft of our hard labor, efficiencies, discoveries and futures must be stopped now! If Trump wants to go down in history as the best of the best, he’ll need to scatter them to the winds. This is his toughest assignment by far and will be his biggest accomplishment if he can pull it off. The fate of human kind on this planet hangs in the balance.

Draining the SWAMP: C

This sector has been one of the most ongoing issues that remain unresolved. The Mueller investigation highlights the need to do this and the snakes and alligators in the form of Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Ohr, Baker, Yates, et al is a good start. However, there is much more to be accomplished before the reputation, effectiveness and confidence in the DOJ (and FBI) can be restored. It’s become quite clear that once you reach a certain level on the food chain, you are ABOVE the law and you are not accountable for your actions, whether they be treason, fraud, murder, extortion, theft or blackmail.

This has to change and change fast if Trump wishes to get a second term and save the US from cabal destruction. Draining the swamp is one thing, holding people accountable for their crimes is completely another.

Lock her/them UP: F

This grade is self explanatory as two years in; no significant arrests have been made. Yes, low level pedophile networks have been infiltrated and destroyed (NXIVM being the main one so far) but much work remains to be done. It’s time the vast network of military installations all over the world be dismantled, the troops brought home and the rat lines of human trafficking, drug trafficking and illegal arms sales disguised as official military business be destroyed.

All Intel agencies need to be scattered to the winds and reconstituted under mandates that comport with American values and objectives. This includes the NSA, CIA, ONI and various other agencies created not for US security but for cabal influence and enforcement.

At home, the Bush and Clinton crime families and their minions and enablers need to be arrested, tried, convicted and sentences served for their long history of treason against the US and worldwide crimes against humanity. This also includes the banking family cartels who act as Rothschild surrogates in the US and their network of banking fraudsters and con men.

Sessions was a disaster and Comey a spineless snake and sorry excuse for the head law enforcement officer of the country. We can only hope Wray and Barr take their oath of office seriously and restore the rule of law as it applies to EVERYONE in the US.

If this is not done, Trump’s term as president, whether it is 4 or 8 years will be for naught as it will only serve to delay the inevitable rather than save the planet. Yes, a tall order but we feel Trump is and always has been up to the task. Whether he can successfully complete it remains to be seen.

We bring out the following questions/issues that Trump’s DOJ MUST address:

1. Complete whitewash to all pedophile arrests and disgusting parties such as Epstein and Weiner only get a smack on the wrist. Where is the list of perps and why has no action been taken?

2. The sheer scale of Bush /Clinton crime families is off the Richter scale. Why has a crime commission not been appointed and when will it be?

3. Where has the $15T of funds created by cross firing bogus SWIFTs using DHS clearance codes ended up? (White Hats Report #36, #41, #43, #45, #46, #49 – #51, #54, #56 and #62)

4. As Rossier (aka Ferrera) rapidly sunk Pureheart Investments, LTD from trace in Switzerland, why was it not investigated? (White Hats Report #36, #41, #45 and #49)

5. Herzog has threatened to expose the full Bush /Clinton .CIA crime files if he’s extradited to the US. Interpol arrested Herzog and recovered the Bush contracts and proof of frauds. Why was he not brought back to America? His crimes are massive. (White Hats Report #2-#6, #10, #12, #15, #18, #22, #27, #31, #34, #35, #38-#40, #42, #47, #52 and #62-#65)

6. Why hasn’t the list of Epstein’s attendees at Lolita Island not been made public?

7. Why are the Hillary/Abedin files not exposed?

8. Why has Benghazi never been prosecuted?

9. Where have the vast Grey screen funds gone to? Who has them?

10. Where is Soetoro’s birth certificate?

11. How many crimes has Mueller covered up for the Bush crime family?

12. When will the vast array of US Defense Contractors and boots on the ground killing be exposed? How many vast Billions or Trillions has the Pentagon Fed Program pumped out funding them. Who has gotten mega rich and for how much?

Foreign Policy: A

This is the most “under the radar” superb performance category of Trump’s presidency. Yes, it does overlap with trade and treaties but this goes deeper and the ramifications are more profound that only a few understand. Before getting to the heart of this category, let us first review the appetizers.

North Korea: Ongoing but progress has been made for the long held stranglehold of the cabal has been broken in North Korea and continued attention can achieve success and peace for both the Korean peninsula and the rest of the region. The overweight kid with the bad hair cut needs support and guidance to bring his country into the 21st century and cease being the proxy for his NWO controllers.

Europe/EU: Trump has been quick to put this region on notice that the US will not continue to foot the bill for NATO when other countries are not contributing their fair share. The UK’s vote to leave the European Union has served to show the world that these groups of unelected, unaccountable cabal puppets will not be allowed to usurp sovereignty from the people. The US stands behind the UK in their efforts to execute the wishes of the people because it will serve as an example to the rest of the countries mired in the bureaucratic nightmare of the Brussels grifter gang they can forge their own path forward, too.

China: China is the future, an emerging world power, trying to get caught up with the rest of the planet both economically and socially. Laying a solid foundation for an ongoing relationship after the cabal’s attempt to take down both countries by using deception and fraud has failed…for now. If Trump can solidify a trade agreement that rebalances the scales and brings stability to both countries, he deserves a Nobel Prize.

The cabal backed former US Administrations set up one sided trade agreements with China (favoring the Chinese), then convinced them to finance a big part of the US debt….with the intention of taking down the US via the Federal Reserve. Crashing the US economy would cause the US government to default on money owed to China on their investments in treasury notes. Further, their businesses would be severely crippled by a reduction in goods supplied by China to the US consumer because of the tariff imbalance Trump is trying to correct.

By not paying back debt owed to China in a crash and a severe slowdown in trade, the cabal would weaken both countries and make them ripe for a one world government solution which would also include a one world currency. Ever heard of the New World Order? Agenda 21?

Trump and Xi are moving forward in an attempt to forge a new, solid foundation for the future of both countries. It will not be easy as there are a lot of moving parts for each leader to integrate into an agreement that works for both parties.

Is there ANYONE in the world you would rather have negotiating your side of this important agreement than Trump?

No, there isn’t.

Saudi Arabia: If China represents the future, Saudi Arabia represents the past. The past that includes two Saudi Kings helping fund the shadow government (one in the 1960s, the other in the 1980s), a famous American gangster, 911, the petro dollar, Global Oil Traders, SA, Al-CIAda (aka ISIS), the Group of Five, 5 Star Trust (among others), Khashoggi, illegal arms deals, family business ties and Pureheart…and the list goes on. This 60 year history, filled with secret arrangements, secret deals, secret alliances and secret businesses has never seen the light of day. The cabal criminal underground that plans and stages world “events” to herd the cattle to slaughter, all while masquerading in public as politicians, business leaders, Kings, Princes and financial experts.

15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia. Why did Soetoro veto (overridden) a bill passed by Congress to allow lawsuits to go forward against perpetrators of 911, including….Saudi Arabia? Why was there no response against Saudi Arabia for 911 during the Bush Administration? What family was allowed to leave the US via plane when ALL other flights were grounded? Where was the accused “master mind” from? In the 911 Commission report, which country benefited from the 28 page redactions?

Trump’s first foreign trip as President was to where? Saudi Arabia. He knows the history of this sordid relationship between the US shadow government and Saudi Kings. This important trip changed the relationship between the two countries. An arms deal was struck to sever the cord between Saudi Arabia and the US military industrial complex. Trump has opened up US energy natural resources to wean us off of foreign oil dependence. You see the US shadow government cut a deal with the Saudis to supply us, through OPEC, with our energy requirements in exchange for the creation of the petro dollar. The profits would be poured back to the shadow government in the form of invested capital so the cycle could continue, away from public eyes, off the radar and bypassing oversight of the elected officials and therefore, public scrutiny.

What was the Saudi oil money paid to the US shadow government used for? Trading programs; black budgets; the secret space program; establishing and maintaining delivery systems for the illegal trafficking of humans, arms and drugs; extortion, blackmail, bribes, payoffs, assassinations, coups, false flag events and other nefarious deeds that Trump is trying to stop. Addressing this relationship early on is indicative of the importance of it.

In January, 2015, King Salman took the throne in Saudi Arabia when his half brother died. He has moved Saudi Arabia away from the old alliances with the cabal and outdated oppressive ideas, naming his son, Muhammad bin Salman initially as Deputy Crown Prince and now Crown Prince. This move bypassed a whole slew of Saudi royalty to name his young son as successor to the throne. MBS has endeavored to initiate progressive change in his country, starting with loosening restrictions on the female gender while trying to avoid assassination attempts and ferreting out the US shadow government agents in the Saudi royalty by relieving them of their official positions in government and arresting others to be tried for corruption and other charges.

Trump’s election has been the single most event to bring the deep state/shadow government/cabal puppets out of the shadows. They can easily be identified because they’re the ones whining the loudest about anything Trump does. Be it politicians or news media or business “leaders” or entertainers. Their noise level is commiserate with how much they have to lose if their crimes are exposed to the public and prosecuted in court. The recent “outrage” regarding the murder of Jamal Khashoggi in Turkey is a prime example. This would be a good time to inform/remind the readers that Jamal’s late rich uncle, Adnan, reported at one time to be the world’s biggest arms dealer and heavily involved in the Iran-Contra affair. Of course the Iran-Contra debacle was run out of the Vice President’s office, the only one NOT to be implicated in the whole sordid story. How does that happen?

Getting back to Jamal Khashoggi, what’s all the ruckus about? No one gave a damn or raised hell when journalist/reporter Gary Webb was murdered while exposing the Iran Contra affair, the drug trafficking in minority neighborhoods in California (via “Freeway” Ricky Ross) and the direct involvement of the CIA. So what’s so important about Khashoggi? It’s clear, he was one of them. Did he have knowledge about 911? Attempts to assassinate MBS? Knowledge of what happened in Las Vegas in October, 2017?

You decide.

The cabal controlled media and their co-conspirators in Congress are pushing back on MBS for Khashoggi yet these same shills stayed silent on 911, instead getting on the Iraq WMD bandwagon that proved to be false. Now they use Khashoggi as a reason to do battle with both Trump AND MBS. While they sat idle all these years and kept silent about the human rights issues in Saudi Arabia, particularly the oppression of females, they squawk and whine as if they’ve all of a sudden become moral.

Trump and MBS are their respective countries leaders who are attempting to change direction and right the ship. They should both be commended for their efforts.

The Immigration and Nationality Act passed June 27, 1952 revised the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality for the United States. 

That act, which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of Congress regarding the immigration of Aliens to the US and remains in effect today. Among the many issues it covers, one in particular, found in Chapter 2 Section 212, is the prohibition of entry to the US if the Alien belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by “force, violence, or other unconstitutional means.” 

This, by its very definition, rules out Islamic immigration to the United States, but this law is being ignored by the White House.Islamic immigration to the US would be prohibited under this law because the Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam, which is antithetical to the US government, the Constitution, and to the Republic. 

All Muslims who attest that the Koran is their life’s guiding principal subscribe to submission to Islam and its form of government. 
Now the political correct crowd would say that Islamists cannot be prohibited from entering the US because Islam is a religion. 
Whether it is a religion is immaterial because the law states that Aliens who are affiliated with any “organization” that advocates the overthrow of our government are prohibited.

SUMMARY
Otherwise known as the McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 was meant to exclude certain immigrants from immigrating to America, post World War II and in the early Cold War. The McCarran-Walter Act moved away from excluding immigrants based simply upon country of origin. Instead it focused upon denying immigrants who were unlawful, immoral, diseased in any way, politically radical etc. and accepting those who were willing and able to assimilate into the US economic, social, and political structures, which restructured how immigration law was handled. Furthermore, the most notable exclusions were anyone even remotely associated with communism which in the early days of the Cold War was seen as a serious threat to US democracy. The main objective of this was to block any spread of communism from outside post WWII countries, as well as deny any enemies of the US during WWII such as Japan and favor “good Asian” countries such as China. The McCarran-Walter Act was a strong reinforcement in immigration selection, which was labeled the best way to preserve national security and national interests. President Truman originally vetoed the law, deeming it discriminatory; however there was enough support in Congress for the law to pass.

The law as it stood then excluded Asians and Africans and preferred northern and western Europeans over southern and eastern ones.[2] At the height of the civil rights movement of the 1960s the law was seen as an embarrassment by, among others, President John F. Kennedy, who called the then-quota-system “nearly intolerable”.[3] After Kennedy’s assassination, President Lyndon Johnson signed the bill at the foot of the Statue of Liberty as a symbolic foothold of signing the bill.
 
In order to convince the American people of the legislation’s merits, its proponents assured that passage would not influence America’s culture significantly. President Johnson called the bill “not a revolutionary bill. It does not affect the lives of millions”,[4] while Secretary of State Dean Rusk and other politicians, including Senator Ted Kennedy, hastened to reassure the populace that the demographic mix would not be affected; these assertions would later prove grossly inaccurate.[5]

Today we hold in our hearts the words of MLK

 

My girl and I spent part of the day listening to Martin Luther King’s beautiful speech “I Have A Dream” on August 28, 1963 in Washington, D.C. The words of that moving, powerful speech still ring true today.  Only this time while we have removed the “Whites Only” signs and have, for the most part, eliminated segregation, racism still exists in our minds and in our hearts.  In our behaviors and thoughts.  We still have ghetto’s.  Gangs. Police brutality.  An extreme percentage of blacks in our prisons.  And we now have a media that works against the people’s desire for freedom by creating lies and exaggerations to keep the division going.  And while the majority used to be lulled in their slumber by their words, we at least have a growing awakening along with a President who sees their lies.

The needs in MLK’s words still have a place in our society, in our conversations with one another.  For there is not a one of us that does not hold a racist thought of some sort, except perhaps for the youngest of children who have not yet been tarnished by television propaganda and public education dogma and the dismissal of bully behavior.

Love is the answer.  Love through honest self-assessment.  Love through our speak with others as we share our stories and love through putting aside personal judgment as we listen to the stories of others.  And love through making the best choice we can make for ourselves.  And lastly – love through right action which includes this plan we see unfolding and holding those putting the plan in place accountable for every promise made to ensure our total Freedom from any and all acts rules laws and behaviors of oppression and control.

President Donald Trump signed the Elie Wiesel Genocide and Atrocities Prevention Act, a ground-breaking genocide prevention law on January 15, overwhelmingly adopted by the Senate and House, which codifies earlier measures, including those implemented by the Obama Administration, and puts in place a set of clear policies and processes to prevent new atrocities, ARMENPRESS was informed from the official website of the Armenian National Committee of America.

“The ANCA welcomes the President’s signature on the Elie Wiesel Genocide and Atrocities Prevention Act, and thanks all the legislators who spearheaded and supported this landmark bipartisan genocide prevention measure,” said ANCA Executive Director Aram Hamparian. “As Armenian Americans – descendants of the survivors of the Armenian Genocide – we are particularly gratified to see a measure signed into law that speaks to transitional justice, criminal accountability, and the moral imperative to apply the lessons of past genocides in seeking to prevent new atrocities.”

It enjoyed broad-based support from genocide and atrocities prevention organizations with the Friends Committee on National Legislation at the forefront along with over 70 grassroots groups, including the ANCA and In Defense of Christians.
