i already contacted my elec utility company and told them “no” to a smart meter. i can do that – for now. however they are saying i have to agree to their fees. nope – i have not consented to that – to which they said i cannot opt out then unless i do. i said there is no law that says that and i will not be bullied by them. there are organizations that fight for our rights and i said i will utilize them. so i reiterated – and recorded – i am opting out and am not consenting to their fees. free beings do not consent.

Energy Update 2/12
This past week was one of the most intense weeks as the period in between the eclipses has truly dredged up the collective shadow. It felt like a cosmic car wash combined with a tornado.
This was one of those “Victoria you need to read this” pieces. I have been having a couple of reoccurring dream themes for almost 15 years. Lately they have been pressing in on me and I have awoken with this feeling that I am still playing this sh## out – somewhere – in some “space” – turns out the space is within. Time to get out the toolbox and collapse that timeline experience. Below is a snippet of the entire article.

For those that don’t know my story, I was hit by a drunk driver that resulted in a spinal fusion. Life returned to normal, even had another child, until 4 years later, the fusion failed horribly and embedded into my cerebral fluid column causing a massive leak and infection. After 2 repair surgeries and a summer in a nursing home recovering function, I was left with serious nerve & back pain, way too many pharmaceuticals, and a growing opiate addiction. My intuition told me that if I didn’t do something different I would be dead in no time. As we were already losing our farm due to loss of income we decided to move to Colorado where I detoxed off the meds with medical marijuana, learned meditation, reiki and opened up to my soul. It has been a long journey to health but one of amazing growth, however, there was still a timeline running where I never made those changes.
When my husband came home from work and saw that I was an emotional hot mess he came to sit with me. I told him about my day’s journey including what our middle child had said. I asked him if he felt similar and his face grew serious. He said “You were circling the drain, Jen. There was no vitality to you. I always had a plan B in the back of my mind of how I was going to take care of the kids without you.” I had no idea that he had felt so much pressure. I asked him if he still had a plan B and his boyish smile returned and he said “Nah you are irreplaceable. Maybe that is the point of life, to become irreplaceable.”
The next 3 days I experienced excruciating pain in all of my joints, my back and had intense nerve pain that radiated down both legs. It was like I was right back in hell, right back in the time period where my eyes would open in the morning and I was sad I was still alive. I worked with my team the whole time and they explained that a timeline collapse is not “out there” but actually takes place in the body. That each cell holds the timeline and must be removed from every area of the physical form.
They also wanted me to see all the ways that I was willing to give up on this experience and my goals. I had dreams of the collapsing timeline, really feeling the gravity of the situation and its effects on me and my loved ones. I saw the pain of not fulfilling my soul’s passion. I was also shown where I had held the feelings of “I don’t belong on this planet” and “I want to go home”. I was also shown all the times that I put another’s needs in front of my own and how this too is a signal of “I don’t want to live or thrive.”
On the flipside of that, I was shown where I had looked outside myself to be saved, believing that in an instant the world would change and I would be healed and whole. The truth is being healed and is available to all, but only through going within and doing the deep inner work. I also had to look at the definition of being healed and how for each person that meaning is deeply individual. For me, healed means I want to live, I want to create, and I have excitement for my life. It does not mean that my physical body is perfect.
On the 3rd day, they asked me to state my intentions of what I wanted in this life and they told me to be fearless. It was as I shouted these intentions out to the universe that I felt the final release of the timeline take place and I sunk to my knees in gratitude that it was done. I was then shown the place of the weavers and my personal looms to see that indeed I had collapsed the timeline.
A good mantra I need to speak throughout the day…until it sticks.

DROP INTO YOUR HEART
Grandmothers,” I said as I stood before them, “what is the most important thing we can do today to help ourselves and others? There’s so much turmoil, anger and fear in the world right now. What’s the best thing we can do?”
“It is your heart that will lift you,” they said. “If you move into your heart and keep your focus there for only a few seconds, it will lift you.” Fixing their eyes on me they said, “You are looking at this situation the wrong way. You think there is some work for you to do. You think you should lift your heart, should make yourself think differently, should be different in some way, etc. etc.” They shook their heads back and forth, back and forth as they regarded me patiently. “It’s not like that,” they said. “Because your actual nature is love and peace, you don’t have to ‘make yourself’ do anything in order to feel good. If you simply drop into your heart and wait there, you will automatically open to peace and love. It’s the way you’re made. It’s your natural way of being.
“You needn’t struggle and you needn’t be afraid,” they said. “It’s the mind that manufactures all of that; there’s no fear and struggle in the heart because the heart knows better. The heart knows HOME; it is tuned to home. So get to know your heart. It’s time. Haven’t you wasted enough years following after those images in your mind? Aren’t you tired of all that racing, chasing and disappointment? “So,” they shrugged, “give yourself a break. Return to peace.
“Move into your heart and start to live from there. Try it! Think of taking up residence and then throughout the day consciously return to your heart. Like a magnet, let it pull you into peace and safety. Then rest at this quiet center point. You can always venture out again with the mind if and when you want to, but up until now you have allowed that ever-searching, ever dissatisfied mind to control your life. So much so that you’ve lost your affinity for peace, which is your natural state. We are urging you to return to it now. Return to balance.
“Go into your heart and rest there. Start by thinking of the center of your chest and of us calling you home. Then let yourself drop in. It’s like a cave or a nest inside yourself and there we will enfold you and hold you steady while you replenish. You deserve a break, so take it. Take it now.
“Living a heart-centered life will restore and revivify you. It will fill you full. Then you will have something to give to the world.”

According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) this year’s flu is rampant in 49 states with Wisconsin and Minnesota being hit especially hard; partly because the dominant strain this year is H3N2, which tends to be more severe and causes more severe symptoms than most other strains 1but also potentially because of us:
“I believe that the low effective rate of the vaccine this year is due to the mutations that the virus made in the processing of the vaccine itself,” said Anna Treague, nurse for Public Health. “That is at LEAST part of the reason that influenza cases are so widespread this year.” 2
(All that being said, Treague still thinks everyone should get a flu shot. < Really? You’ve got to be kidding us. The cognitive dissonance is shocking)
But she does say it’s at LEAST part of the problem, if not the whole problem, and other experts agree. Dr Mercola (his video is below), who has the #1 health site world wide for 20 years, agrees. “It’s no surprise at all” he says. We have other countless MDs and PhD who concur as well.
But pretty much this is a no brainer that it’s like a bad sci fi movie. As they continue to give the dangerous shot and the virus mutates, more people will get sick and the epidemic will worsen.
This happened in late December. I would say this is ONLY good news if he truly does plan on releasing the cures for diseases such as cancer and aids, etc. Given Q dropped that hint last night, I am hopeful this puzzle I see coming together is true…
The remaining members of the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS were fired en masse this week.
Months after a half-dozen members resigned in protest of the Trump administration’s position on health policies, the White House dismissed the rest through a form letter.
The notice “thanked me for my past service and said that my appointment was terminated, effective immediately,” said Patrick Sullivan, an epidemiologist at Emory University who works on HIV testing programs. He was appointed to a four-year term in May 2016.
The council, known by the acronym PACHA, has advised the White House on HIV/AIDS policies since its founding in 1995. Members, who are not paid, offer recommendations on the National HIV/AIDS Strategy, a five-year plan responding to the epidemic.
The group is designed to include “doctors, members of industry, members of the community and, very importantly, people living with HIV,” said Scott Schoettes, a lawyer with the LGBT rights organization Lambda Legal. “Without it, you lose the community voice in policymaking.”

Judith Kusel – There are huge energy changes going on right now, and as all is immense flux, twirling, swirling and all is being rearranged.
Seeming chaos.
Seeming disruption.
Seeming as if all is not solid, one is not standing on solid ground, one is unsure of one’s footing, and emotions therefore then are within that swirl too, like one wants to cry for no reason, one wants to break out for no reason, things are volatile, unstable.
Remember that within the very eye of the twirling, swirling mass, there is a still point, a steady point, which is not changing. That is the anchoring point.
This is not a time to push, pull nor shove.
This is not a time to make big plans for what might not even materialize into form – for all can change in an eyewink.
It is rather to just allow yourself to breathe – in and out, very deeply and to still the incessant chatter of the mind.
Mind-games do not work at this time.
Neither does anything else.
Rather just allow this all to happen. Stay in the center, at midpoint: “This too shall pass!”
What is happening now is greater than you and me. Indeed, this is a cosmic storm, a greater reshuffling, a greater Masterplan at work.
The whole cosmos is in immense flux and flow and rearranging itself, and so is the Milky Way Galaxy.
We are but the tiniest cog in the cosmic wheel, lest we forget.
Hold onto your faith, and hold onto your visions.
Just allow.
This too shall pass.
As more and more of the ancient energy centers on the planet are being reawakened, as are the Crystal Pyramids and the Crystal Pyramid Grids (as I go in detail into, in my new book, “Why I was born in Africa: the previously unrecorded history of Elysium and the Lion Kingdom) more and more energy is being released, not only cosmically, but what has lain dormant for billions of earthly years.
You are being carried on the wings of angels, and indeed, you are always held in the arms of pure, uncondtional Divine Love.
And when human emotions and insecurities run amok at this time, within yourself and others, remember to go for a walk outside, even if just to breathe in some fresh air, and breathe very deeply, and then root yourself firmly into Mother Earth and the Divine, so that you become a bridge between heaven and earth.
Nothing is missing.
All is well.
All is being reborn – reshuffled, reinvented.
