8.22.24 ~ All it takes it just a slight adjustment to the inner Frequency to align

 

I woke up this morning – agitated.  Chatter in my mind over some current situations.  I’ve been watching Touched by an Angel recently and something in last night’s episode stayed with me – the importance of receiving – being open to the Flow – to God – Creator – Universe – whatever label is used.  While words have their own frequencies, real manifesting, real creating begins within our bodies with that Feeling Center, once read as the Voice of the Soul.  I already know this – but there’s been a block in place that has stopped me from having that tetrus moment – where everything aligns.

The trauma’s and the toxins in this environment fill us up with the gunk “they” want us to have so our ability to tune into that Flow is hampered.  And this low frequency we are in, which feels like molasses at times, is also out of alignment with Flow.  But that Flow is always moving.  When it appears in our life, we aren’t always paying attention – we’re focused on the outwards – on the matrix enslavement system with our worries, and our doing’s – all of our busy-ness, all of our stuff supporting “their” systems so we can survive.

This morning, I was getting lost in all of that – well one situation in particular – and thought I can do all I want but unless the energy is open to receiving as well – all of the good intentions just aren’t enough.  They were blocked up with doubt.  Then I thought of last night’s episode of Touched by an Angel – how it was up to a man to decide if he was going to choose love/truth/light or darkness (absence of God/Flow).  Obviously, this show is enough propaganda to keep it on the air as many years as it was – they certainly didn’t go into simulation theory or evil hiding in the various dimensions here, etc.  But they offer good insight into our power and our choices.  And last night the man shifted from just the doing to bring in the FEELING.

So, this morning, I saw the situation in a different perspective and thus, I switched the inner radio dial and immediately felt a shift within.  Of course, I am also doing trauma release work and as such that makes shifts easier.  Probably other supportive energies as well.  But overall, it was my choice and openness to think/feel different that combined with the Flow created the Magic to produce the inner feeling of calm I knew I needed and was seeking.  And sometimes making that new choice feels uncomfortable – it’s challenging an inner belief system held in the body.  So I have found the best approach is to be curious about it – observe it with curiosity.

Just like we are as children:  Curious.

I thought back to how we are as little Children not just curious but always in the NOW.  Bouncing around from one activity to another.  That’s kind of how it is, I feel, when we are free of rules and trauma’s and toxins and other things artificially created to keep us hooked in to “their” programs.  As I told my girl last night – imagine if you could do anything you wanted – literally anything – go anywhere – NOTHING to stop you.  No need for money.  No need to look out for someone or something who may harm you.  She said that sounded like Heaven.

Yep.  And that is what I continue to feel we are helping create again.

I used to live across the street from a private herd of cows.  Each night after dinner I would bring them apples and carrots.  While they were always happy to see me, they never did this.  🥰😂

 

This one brings up another story – our previous dog – who had a red ball like this one.  She was obsessed with getting it in her mouth – but never could – so she would bark at it and whine until she could sink her teeth into the grooves she had worn in over the years – then it would get knocked out of her mouth and she would chase it, barking.  We tossed hundreds of tennis balls for her – which she would chase – but she never once barked at them.  This red ball?  An enemy she could never fully capture.

Reflecting on the Energies At The Moment…Markers in my experience. Markers on stage.

So…ya’ll know I’ve been at this awakening for a few decades, the last 8 years probably being the most intense.  Certainly since 2020 where I felt a big shift took place.  I get this image in my mind of my consciousness being moved from one space to another.  And it’s been intense at times, mixed with moments of calm.

But now?

The past few days?

Those are leaving me with an O M G feel.

So tired I feel like I’m a teenager needing to just sleep and sleep.

Or like a newborn baby needing to do the same.

Only my body isn’t growing.

It’s as though…. my Soul….. is.

Undergoing pressure – carbon based structure – to emit all that is part of that structure – thus activating back into a diamond/crystal-based structure.

Showing up in dreams again – that “sparkly” reality.

Songs on repeat with just two lines referring to the Sun.

And did I say the need to sleep?!  😂😜

NEVER have I had this need to just sleep.  Even after sleeping all night, I wake up look at the clock and think “what, no, really?  it’s that late?!”

Feels like a heavy blanket on my mind.

I’ve even felt – temporarily? – to walk away from my spiritual doing’s I do before bed and upon waking up.

Follow my body.  Listen to my body.

Chatter among people I know and don’t know are saying similar – people getting squeezed – those who know it know what to do – listen to the body and rest.  Those who don’t are angry and commenting about it.  Including yours truly who wants to scream when I ignore my body.

Getting markers even with the mail – today saw someone hadn’t seen in about 10 years.  Quiet little nudge said “look” and was surprised – equally surprised he remembered me.  Felt like a loop got completed.  Best way to describe that.

That’s what I do.  Look for the markers on the trail – much like the child who has set off for a nice walk through the woods and leaves behind objects in order to find her way back Home.

Kind of feels rather “quiet” atm – schumann is pretty quiet, KP is down from yesterday’s 8’s, nothing really going down on downdetector.  Earthquakes, same, although I noticed a 4.4 quake in Pahrump, Nevada at 13km – they also had a 3.1 an hour ago, 11km and a 1.6 at 0km (surface?) aboutu 40 minutes ago (10:10pm PST – lol yeah that’s what time it is atm).  Pahrump is a straight shot south from Area 51, approx. 72 miles.  They do experience quakes pretty regularly – I just thought the depth was interesting given all that’s going on in this realm.

I wanted to ask the experts how you can record a quake at 0 KM.  Found this.  Noticed the word “blast”.

An earthquake cannot physically occur at a depth of 0 km or -1km (above the surface of the earth). In order for an earthquake to occur, two blocks of crust must slip past one another, and it is impossible for this to happen at or above the surface of the earth. So why do we report that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 0 km or event as a negative depth sometimes?

First of all, the depth of an earthquake is usually the most difficult part of its location to nail down with great accuracy. Since most earthquakes are deep within the crust, an error of +/- 1 or 2 km is irrelevant; in other words, it is a small error when the depth is something like 13 km. If the earthquake depth is relatively shallow, however, it becomes more of an issue. A negative depth can sometimes be an artifact of the poor resolution for a shallow event.

For quarry blasts that are recorded by the seismic network, the depth is fixed at 0 km since we can never determine a precise depth for these, but we know they are very close to the surface.

8.10.24 ~ Checking in, Headlines & Finds

Ya.

Went to ULTA for the last time.  Special trip – girl’s first ear piercing – and the woman there is very well trained and knows what she’s doing.

Did you know you are expected to tip for that service now?

I said “no thank you” when asked.

“Oh, did you not receive good service?”

“No, it isn’t the service.  I paid $55 for a 5-minute piercing.  I’ve paid enough.”

I got looks.

But I didn’t care.

I’m tired of expecting tips for services and prices that are already technically out of my budget.  Let the businesses pay their employees extra.  My pizza last week jumped up by almost $5 and I was like “there goes my tip” – said either give me the old price or no tip.  Them’s the facts of my current $ reality – as I know it is for many of us.

Anyway, I’ve mentioned this place before.  We will not be returning because of the system overload.  The smells – they stay on you.  Came home, showered, even scrubbed inside of nose.  W H E W.  But it was worth it to see her smile and look beautiful with her new look.

I remember when I had mine pierced.  1985.  The only reason I did was because my boyfriend at the time had one ear pierced, so I said, “if he had it done, I’m going to as well.”  I ended up getting an infection because I insisted on wearing my new long, dangling, heavy as hell 80’s earrings.  I couldn’t take out my studs so instead I hung them ON the studs.  Good lordy what was I thinking.  I did that for 2-3 weekends and woke up with a mess.  I treated it but in my “frontal cortex still developing” teenage mindset, I just was not going to hit the clubs without those earrings, so it was an issue I battled for a few weeks until it finally cleared up.  Likely out of frustration.  But I sure looked great on the dance floor.  🙄😂

So – I have been having the inner desire to figure out how this experience ends here – how we get out.  How we switch/shift.  THE moment.  I’ve dropped all narratives I’ve followed and am going completely by my Soul/Full Consciousness.  The north star has been around me this week and interestingly enough, a video popped up last night we listened to.  I haven’t finished it yet, but the info is fascinating and much more interesting than who is who on the world stage.  For me that is.  That is below along with the daily happenings.

My grandma was one of the quietest “keep my thoughts to myself” types.  We had a conversation once about this topic.  Her response was simple:  “they need to cut it off”.  I remember that being one of the first times realizing maybe she did have an opinion.  I was equally delighted as I was shocked.

7.1.24 ~ What’s going on out on the world stage?

 

Is it as chaotic as is what I was feeling when I woke up?  Not liking that and oh how finished I am waking up suddenly shaking.  I would not do this to myself.

A lot of focus on Trump – which I get – but you know what?  It feels painful to me because there is not this focus on others who REALLY need the support YESTERDAY.  Money and success have been allowed to get into the wrong hands of far too many.  Sometimes I feel like that character in Pretty in Pink – how she would drive around admiring the homes saying she wonders if these people are really grateful and appreciative of the homes they live in.  It’s such a huge ‘ole blight of sin that to eat and afford your own place to live is a luxury – more than ever.  Why those costs were allowed to rise as they did is beyond me as they only served to truly cause harm to people who were already struggling.

Here is what I am seeing.  I am truly grateful for those of you who see me and offer the love and support you do.  You are true friends – and I am always here for you however I can be.  If you were nearby, I’d keep you stocked up in colloidal silver, tooth powder and homemade chocolate.  And a listening ear, piano music and a home cooked meal.

I’m sensing people are waking up now.  There is an underlying anxiety that is very palpable.  I experienced it today with a special family member.  I was sharing pieces of the Leave The World Behind movie I’m watching – how the barge crashes, then the planes have issues – and how that matches what’s happening today.  They commented how scary that is then asked “how did they know that?”  I said “that makes you wonder doesn’t it?”  Little baby seeds – enough of them – helps.  I keep feeling all it takes is just one “what’s going on??” moment to get us unplugged.  It isn’t just going within and working on ourselves – it’s also seeing what’s being shown to us to help us wake up and detach our consciousness from this prison.

Here’s what I’m seeing at this last day of the year.  Depending on the calendar of course.  😜🥰🙄

Some days – all of the above…..

Yesterday was a better experience for me.

I was feeling in the flow – starting to see some things happen – ever so slightly – in creating what I want/need.  And then BAM.  Sleep interference.  Matrix hassles over money.  Unwanted drama and chaos.  And me in this current state wondering when my golden ticket is going to show up.

I feel I am pushing through this energy that is thick and unwanted with the need to create more financial abundance in order TO because the current has become simply a big ‘ole vibrational mismatch.

I saw a beautiful image in the sky today – the rays of sun peering through the thick cloud cover – casting a heavenly image.  Gave me a moment of comfort.  I called out to heaven for help.  Loudly.

Like everything else in this ridiculous aggravating movie/war/show and tell/whatever other label you wish to insert……..WE WILL SEE.

Until then…..

Could be worse yes.  And I know many of you reading this understand and are experiencing similar yourself.

Today – my heart screams IT COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS FOR YOU.

It’s coming………..so close – it’s coming…….

Seeing a lot of “we are going to” (fill in the blank) and “soon”………triggering words for those of us at it the longest and the most desperate and destitute.  Play us carefully……..  😂🙄😜
