You really should take the time to read the EO, because it’s pretty significant. It put an aggressive timeline on the heads of each agency, requiring them to submit proposals for totally reorganizing their agencies. It also gives Trump the ability to roll one agency into another, if he thinks it would better serve the people.
Likewise, this linked executive order gives the Office of Management and Budget the ability to issue a “scorecard†to each agency, every single quarter, to determine if its performance is up to par.

But back to that first EO for a moment. Each of the heads of these agencies had to submit a report within 180 days of the EO going into effect.
That means all these agencies all submitted reports to the Federal register. I couldn’t find them, even with all my searching prowess , but they have to exist, somewhere.
Not that I’m sure that matters, because, if we follow the flowchart, it all ends up in the 2019 Budget, anyway. More on that in a bit, because you can start to get a feel for things if you look at the 2018 Budget, also referenced in the flowchart above:

Well, that’s odd… The DOJ INCREASED funding to the FBI for 2019…

However, if I’m reading this correctly, there is a huge push for the DOJ’s JIST program – Joint Information Sharing Technology. This is a gigantic IT program that, if I’m understanding this correctly, seems to be put in place to allow sharing of all sorts of information across diverse agencies.

I’ll be honest, guys. I feel like I’m missing some big documents here – so if you find anything – especially in regards to what specific programs/initiatives/positions were cut (perhaps in those proposals we talked about before; the ones I couldn’t locate) – post it on the MeWe or on Gab.
But with all that in mind, I come back to this Q post from a while ago:
Quite simply, when all this corrupt is exposed, agencies get completely dismantled, shuttered, or rolled into something completely new.
From the looks of it – and I wish I had more paperwork to back this statement up – but from the looks of it, it seems like the DOJ is laying the groundwork for a disaster scenario – which is exactly what we are expecting. The FBI will probably be gutted. The CIA won’t exist any more. The NSA and DOJ will probably be the only two left functioning during this transition time, and if I had to guess, it’s all going to get rolled into one new agency, overseen by the DOJ – especially when you consider their budget increased, year-over-year.
Whew. That was a rabbit hole. Moving on:

If SESSIONS & WRAY are DC SWAMP/DEEP STATE why are they cleaning their respective houses?

The obvious answer is, they’re not Deep State.
Why are they slow walking unredacted data?
Why are they slow walking doc disclosures?
Probably because the root of this evil goes so deep. It takes time to uncover all the bad actors, while not giving yourself away. You want to purge these people; not have them acting as sleepers in the future, where they can work their way up the ranks, and start hiring other bad actors, until the whole agency is corrupt again.
Why is the WH backing up DOJ?
If I had to guess… Nunes is moving a bit too fast. He’s calling for Sessions and the DOJ to be held in contempt of Congress, because Sessions is ignoring his subpoena.Â

The DOJ turned around and denied Nunes’ subpoena for specific information about an individual, citing “severe consequences,†“potential loss of life,†and “compromis[ing] ongoing criminal investigations.â€
