editor victoria’s comment ~ something told me to check out the comments section in her latest video (one month ago) – a nudge said i would find something helpful.  i did.  these words could have saved me a lot of money and wasted hours spent on counselor’s couches over the years.  lol  i remember once thinking “something else is putting these thoughts into my mind” – then heard self-judgment at holding such a thought.  any time ANY ONE says something along the lines that only WE are responsible for our suffering’s and trauma’s is also speaking a program.  YES we are powerful. we are Divine. Amazing.  but we’ve also been f’d with quite intensely.  we are seeing this horror movie come to an end.

Don’t feel you’re alone. The els and Nordics..nephilheim..they had tech and apps they would use that would push into the mind, all those negative thoughts. It goes on ceaselessly all day, all night. Sleep deprivation is a form of torture. They’re sadist and like driving people to suicide. In the past, suicide was high service to self and marked you as SET’s share of the division. In other words, if you killed yourself, they got to keep you. That’s the past consequences for suicide, its not there now, but they are still sadists. I don’t think you neglected your life. It was your job to go down those rabbit holes. Most are not here for a ‘learning lesson’ they are here because of the war. So when you hear in your head, “negative mental self judgement” noise…understand…that isn’t your ego, your id, speaking. It is in fact something targeting you with those thoughts to make you feel ‘low’. Low vibration is what they attempt to keep you at so you don’t raise up to the vibratory rate of the exit. They can make these thoughts sound like ‘your voice’…present it like its a daydream you came up with on your own…but its really not. One way to catch them out, is their lack of logic..doing or saying, something you know isn’t truth. They particularly want you to accept blame for something. IE you had fight with someone, or did something, and they’ll put in your head how you were bad to do or say that to someone. And you know for a fact, initially (before they create doubt), that you DIDN’T say or do anything bad, you were standing up for yourself or were in otherwise righteously angry over something. Or in example, you’re thinking about someone you know you love..then you’ll hear things of ‘whats wrong with that person’.. they’re lazy, they talk too much, they’re never there when you need them..negative thoughts. That’s an app usually..they are out of real people that used to do it for them. Most of their people are dead now. All the few people they have, have left, are the apps, and some tech. They used to ‘boo’ me, like at a bad movie and the crowd yells ‘boo’. This wasn’t something physically heard, but it had an emotional effect of making me feel like everything I did was wrong, not good work. Know this..every single action or word they take or make is all designed for the purpose of denying you the exit. If they cant get you to cop to a crime that they can point to and say you admitted to or did (which would force the Judgement against you to make you stay/not exit), then they attempt other things. So tell them they lost the war. Say it outloud (when you can). Make sure the “All” hear, that you renounced them for these things. And, on the bright side of things…these apps and other things are being killed off inside, pretty fast. It was always stated they’d never stop, we actually have to exit before it stops. Take heart, millions know how you feel. So do the people outside, ‘upstairs’. They feel sympathy for all of us.

very interesting one…..Four stars has me wondering if this has something to do with the vision I had after “the event” – where i saw a cluster of planets to the south.  new and finally visible.  feels to me this is saying we will have a big ramping up of the experience of “All Becomes Visible”…. assistance for those who may struggle with this – their programming too ingrained to grasp without some help…….

editor victoria’s comment ~ i am listening to this one again.  i had forgotten she had shared this.  my reason for sharing again?  she and her family are in alaska and she shared a photo on social media today showing amazing pine trees.  in the video below, which she went under hypnosis to see where she would be during the event, she describes being around a campfire in a place that is cool and her first vision is seeing a lot of pine trees.  also of interest – i had a new sensation today and it had me wondering if i should go see someone.  this pressure in my chest that felt like a HUGE expansion.  it didn’t hurt – but it was intense.  i thought maybe it was anxiety (as that has been intense at times lately) and even though i was feeling out-of-place being out and about today – this didn’t feel just like anxiety for even after i released emotional energy, it was still there.  in this video when she talks of the event wave energy it begins as a feeling of intense expansion in the chest and head….which in “time” leads to her seeing the white mist to the point where she said it was as though someone shut-off reality.  anyway something called at me to share this one again – especially given her current surroundings.  and yes – one of her facebook followers commented on her surroundings and the event dream to which she replied that yes – she had thought of that.

her vision of this is similar to mine in terms of a white mist – some people being catatonic, others not.  i saw a mist only i likely saw the after-effects of it.  my mate saw it coming and covering our entire reality and we all 3 took hands and put our heads on the table –  likely an indication we go to sleep for a bit.  in amanda’s vision below it begins at night and when she sees the white mist covering everything and when it disappears it is suddenly daytime.  anyway as i was seeing the mist – i feel i was seeing it life/dissipate and i was getting glimpses of the real Universe – the real planets – what’s REALLY there.  

as i ponder this i can see this “event” in quite simplistic terms.  it’s simply a frequency shift – one that returns us back to our Natural State.  Source Purity. our natural state of gratitude and love.  so this isn’t a “new” experience but a return to who we really are in the most basic and real of terms.  after spending who knows how long within this realm that is set to a frequency that is absolutely contrary to who we are – that frequency turns off which then allows for the influx of the REAL frequency of which we are accustomed to.  i hope that makes sense.  that is how i see what is coming.

editor victoria’s comment ~ some very useful insight’s on how to deal with those situations when the stories in the mind (coupled w/sensitivities) start spinning – getting back into the Observer mode.  interesting perspective too on this realm being a narcissistic realm.  i see how this occurs.  all of the rules and laws we are exposed to, together with the pay to live systems, as we know, can pull us out of our Divine heart-space way of Being and make us self-focused.  it’s a difficult pill to swallow – that we all got trapped in that way of being.  it’s understandable.  completely.  i see when i go there – i see it is a “go to” program.  maybe this is a useful program to look at and to offer up compassion for ourselves and one another.  flipping frack, where and how haven’t we been manipulated here?  Divine Being’s in a realm of control.  doing the best we can.  as always, i appreciate her authenticity.  it is so real – so refreshing.  and a brief update from Lisa Harrison team from home – confirming we are at the end – and we don’t take these bodies with us.  as i have said i have had this feel and vision myself.  when i first heard of this concept i was really dubious.  but then i had experiences and a dream i could not just explain away.  if this is a simulation, a game, we’re a very poor design of our Original Selves – and those who have had memories and feels of how we once experienced Creation – in physical bodies – KNOW this. it’s all well and all ok.  i remain Open to how this plays out – open that is to outcomes based on Love, Truth and Freedom.

The event 2019. Update, part 2.

 

editor victoria’s comment ~ i was once into the twin flame concept.  it began in 1997/98.  i was going through a divorce and simply knew there was someone else searching for me.  as a result of the twin flame narrative, i fell for a lot of illusion and exaggeration.  i have since come to feel that the biggest longing i have really had is for the rest of Me at Home – as well as family i have been apart from.  i like what lisa harrison says about power couples – how the matrix is programmed to keep such people apart of when they do unite, the program throws stressors the couple’s way – health issues, financial struggle/job loss, etc.  often they have been targeted throughout their life and carry a lot of trauma, illness, pain, etc.  when they unite that crap comes to the surface and unless this is SEEN, the two can end up parting.  i could write a book about the last 20 years with my mate.  i see him as my partner here in this realm – in as much as it has been painful and HUGELY challenging at times as i mentioned previously.  so lately i have been so focused on remembering on how we do it at Home.  relationships.  parenting.  and it is different – easier and we have so much more support.

editor victoria’s comment ~ i am relating to this one in particular to the current eating habits.  i’ve been really craving bread and butter.  noodles. tonight for dinner i wanted bread, butter and ice cream.  i’m not nearly as interested in eating veggies and as i shared with linea, a little over a week ago, i had this thought that it doesn’t matter now what i eat.  most of “me” isn’t here and this experience is nearing the end.  i now sleep more and all of those feelings of needing to just be with my own space/energy has kicked up a notch – and it was already intense.  i don’t want company these days.  i don’t want to talk much. we had company over the weekend – i was mostly quiet.  didn’t really engage – overall this is unlike me.  and i as well have really been letting go of beliefs – to the point where i don’t resonate with even wanting one.  i want new.  real.  supportive.  and pure.  …  the trust issue – yes.  unless one is awakened to the idea of the control systems, i can’t trust them.  or shall i say i do not give them my trust.  until one becomes in knowledge of most of their narratives are intentionally created and inserted (introduced/pushed) programs, they can “act out” and “attack” or betray.  been there, done that. like-minded Being’s who align with Home are my tribe.  i am also very in knowledge of and in gratitude of my mate – who has continued to awaken and grow in heart along with me.  it’s been rough – very rough at times – both of us have had our own illusions and programs to explore – and in this realm it has been more acceptable for women to do that exploring – but we know that has changed and more men are “getting it”.  no more hiding.  authenticity is the way to Be.  our Heart’s know of no other way.  and love her concluding words.  we aren’t here to get lost in Bliss in this realm or save this realm (this planet).  it isn’t Home.  and her unintentional use of the term – new cage (meaning new age).  cage – absolutely.  we came here to bring this experience of control and deception to an end.  Part 2 linked next.

Energy Update 5/20/19

Attacks on the Divine Feminine have increased in response to massive Sacred Masculine trauma reintegrations.

I try to steer away from politics directly in these updates and I will continue to hint at or shine awareness where it is needed. Last weeks update I said to watch for warfare in the guise of feminine energy being pushed and what has happened since then is truly unprecedented in the draconian crackdown on the Feminine energies since then.

Whichever side of these issues we fall on does not truly matter in the grander scope of planetary trauma purging, what matters is the space we are holding as we collectively pass through this.

Recognize there is wounding on many sides. Every camp of perception, awareness, political leaning, sociological progression and culture has been attacked. Humanity is compartmentalized into boxes separating “us” from “them”. making it OK to dehumanize those camps that are not “us”.

This is the Great Awakening. This is the Ascension timeline. These are the precursors to the Event.

Did you truly think clearing millennia’s worth of trauma, hatred, fear, anger, shame, guilt and warfare programmed directly into the DNA of the entire species was going to be easy?

We knew what we came here for. Sovereignty. Autonomy. Freedom. Connection. Family. Love. Joy. Wonder. Awe. Co-creation.

As we begin to search for these world changing energies…as we begin to resonate and cultivate these frequencies, we destabilize the systems of density, the frameworks of heavy darkness that perpetuates more darkness.

More light can anchor into the planet, more people can feel it and spontaneously begin to wake up. They begin to purge their trauma and cultivate these higher levels of resonance as well and the quarantine of density around the planet begins to resemble Swiss cheese more and more.

We are watching the healing of ancient wounds in real time. Just like with any wound, we must purge the rot, cleanse the infection before it can heal properly.

What we can do in this time of transition, of awakening and of action is quite simple.

Recognize that many are going to be losing their minds. The light anchoring into the planet is strong enough to begin forcing all levels of programming up to the surface and it will be manifesting itself as something so intense and powerful that it cannot be swept under the rug like it has been.

This will force everything up to the surface and humanity is going to have to collectively look at its skeletons in the closet in broad daylight as the closet disappears.

Now is the time for introspection. Now is the time to compare your inner world with what you are seeing around you. Now is the time to truly go within and ask yourself, “What do I want to see in the world? What would I be proud to hand my children?”

That is not a system of fear, domination and control, but a system of love, abundance and evolution.

Unless we begin to cultivate those energies, we cannot found anything based in those energies.

The world is heading for a phenomenal transition and it is up to each and every one of us on how graceful this transition is achieved.

Do not be silent. Do not let your voice drown out in the dull roar of the program. Hold your space, hold firm to what you know is right, but here is the key. Do not engage in warfare.

You have every right to incredibly powerful and unshakable boundaries, but the key is to hold a smile on your face and upmost love and compassion in your heart.

Fighting for peace is like jumping into a lake to dry off.

Learn how to be peace. Learn how to be love. Strong, yet soft. Gentle, yet inexorable, unstoppable….like the tide, washing everything away.

We have got this!

Some techniques/breathing exercises for stimulating the Vagus Nerve

 

editor victoria’s comment ~ i am passing these along as a result of listening to Lisa Harrison’s latest video.  if you have not watched it yet or have chosen not to watch it, she made an interesting point about the virus program as being most focused on the Vagus Nerve.  the Vagus Nerve activates the parasympathetic nervous system which is what creates the  calm response.  i see why the creators of this matrix would focus on infecting that part of our bodies – make it more difficult to access the calm response by infecting it.  and i also feel they installed the reptilian brain region in us to put us in the fight/flight/freeze response when faced with a situation that creates fear for us.  stimulating the Vagus Nerve can help remove the virus and keep us in our Natural State of Being.  for those that align i hope these are helpful. love, victoria

SIMPLE VAGUS NERVE STIMULATION EXERCISES TO ENHANCE OVERALL WELL-BEING

1. Mindful Breathing

Long, deep breathing is the best way to activate the vagus nerve. Even though the vagus nerve is already involved in our involuntary breathing, when we do it consciously it helps to improve vagal tone. This, in turn, gives the the body a chance to rejuvenate.

Here is a simple mindful breathing exercise. First, make sure to sit comfortably in a chair or on a folded blanket. Then follow this breath pattern:

  • Sit upright and close the eyes.
  • As you inhale, lift your collarbone and sit straighter.
  • As you exhale, soften and relax.
  • As you inhale, expand the sides of your rib cage.
  • As you exhale, soften and relax.
  • As you inhale, expand the front and back of your rib cage.
  • As you exhale, soften and relax.
  • Repeat for 5-10 minutes.

In addition to mindful breathing, restorative yoga is an ideal way to stimulate the vagus nerve, as it incorporates both the breath and relaxing postures. Here are three beneficial restorative postures.

2. Supported Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana)

Sit with legs extended straight, and fold forward over legs. Keep neck and shoulders relaxed. Make sure to support the torso/arms/head with a chair, bolsters or pillows. If the low back is not comfortable, sit on a pillow or folded blanket. Hold for 10-15 minutes, breathing mindfully.

3. Supported Bridge (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)

Yoga Postures to Increase your Libido

Lay flat on the ground with legs bent. Place feet flat on the ground, hips’ width apart. Lift hips, and place a block (or large book) under the low back/pelvis. Rest back down onto the block. Hold for 10-15 minutes, breathing mindfully.

4. Reclined Spinal Twist with Bent Knees (Supta Jathara Parivartanasana)

Lay flat on the ground with legs bent. Place feet flat on the ground, and hold a block between the knees. Lay arms out in a T position. Take bent knees over to one side. Place another block, bolster or folded blanket underneath the knees if they do not rest comfortably to the ground. Turn head away from the knees. Hold 5-10 minutes, breathing mindfully. Then, repeat on the other side.

5. Walking Meditation

Walking meditation is a wonderful practice because you can do it almost anywhere and anytime. It involves very deliberating thinking about doing a series of actions that you normally do automatically. First, find a good location where you can walk back and forth for 10-15 paces, or where you can walk continuously for 10-15 minutes. Walk at whatever pace you’d like, breaking down each step as follows:

  • Lift one foot totally off the ground.
  • Observe the foot as it swings forward and lowers.
  • Observe the foot as it makes contact with the ground, heel first.
  • Feel the weight shift onto that foot as the body moves forward.
  • Continue for 10-15 minutes, breathing mindfully.

If possible, practice your walking meditation barefoot. This allows you to notice additional sensations as your feet touch the ground.

Lisa Harrison ~ Deconstructing The Construct Ep #62

 

editor victoria’s comment ~ oh am i resonating with this one (no surprise of course).  MOTION sickness!  yes!  good way to describe the occasional nausea i experience.  a few days ago i shared here that i felt i was on a big boat out at sea trying to find my sea legs – get my balance.  i am also relating to the concept of being pulled out of the body – i experience that as well and have shared that here. my feeling began to expand on it and i just felt i was being pulled home but then nope – not quite yet.  i am very teary now too.  weepy – that began about a week ago.

now this is interesting – how she speaks of going to ancient places in our dreams.  just last night i was at some sacred temple in vietnam – or perhaps cambodia.  i could feel the humidity and heat on my body.  i was in a bus and a man (who was local) was guiding a few of us.  i questioned why i was there but i went w/the feeling/knowing i had to be there to revisit this site.  what’s even more interesting is the other night – unbeknownst to me – my mate was watching a program on a newly discovered ancient site in cambodia.   maybe this is part of the processing of the history of this realm as she says.

i continue to align w/her that our consciousness is merging with the rest of us at Home.  the need now is deep for me to release all programming.  i did some work with that last night with my bodies (mental emotional spiritual/energetic).

the empathic/intuitive/telepathic experiences she shares align too.  yes the more we tune in to our Home Us – the more those experiences increase.

very interesting insight into the Vagus nerve.  i studied that about 3 years ago when i first began having the term pop out at me via random articles that would come up or shares on social media.  given the ongoing symptoms i experience i will be working with it again.  that damn virus we’ve all been injected with – it is NOW for it to be removed.  i am quite impatient when it comes to clearing/doing before we go….i just shared a visual w/my mate that i feel i have had one foot in this life here – as me victoria in this body with these experiences – just one foot – and the other foot and rest of my body are reaching forward at times desperately trying to find and manifest those visions of home i have had for over 25 years and the life long longing FOR Home.
