And The Truth Continues To Reveal Itself. Can we hit 88MPH now? Finds and reflecting.

For me, I’m not so much interested in the outer truths. I am finding much of it pretty boring and predictable at this point, if not confusing at times. I’m not a military strategist, and being female, I align more with connection and helping ease suffering – not causing more of it because of some “protocol” that must be “implemented”. I see where that has its purpose as well, though. So I guess what I am saying is in war, there is no balance. There is chaos and focus on trying to keep losses as low as possible – WHEN that war situation is seeking to truly eliminate evil.

So the inner stuff is coming up. Energies and words repressed for years, decades, all coming up in one energetic, beautiful fireworks show. I see so much suffering, especially among the most empathic of us, which, at least for me these days that empathy is pretty tapped out. Even with a good night’s sleep, I find myself feeling growly and cranky and just wanting to be left alone until I need a hug or someone to just hold space. My ability to give is near tapped out. I have moments where I see a situation and reach out, but unlike the past, where I would step in and offer to spread the word, I pause. Energy reserves inside are in full-on survival mode.

Meaning:

I. Am. Tired. T I R E D

I continue to feel I have two feet in two separate worlds. One I can still SEE. The other I FEEL. And I feel my metaphoric legs being stretched apart more and more. My daughter doesn’t really believe in the new world. She wants one but doesn’t think it will happen. So she is focused on doing all of this 3d focus in a system that is clearly going through chaotic change and disruption. That doesn’t indicate she isn’t going to keep pushing. That’s just her nature and I support that. But then there is my feel. My sense. My desire. That this world just f’ing change already. Being in that space just doesn’t align with my inner Truth so that has been a HUUUUGE challenge for me – daily – as in waking me up at night. An issue I haven’t really talked about (that I can remember – memory is just kaput – so if I repeat – it isn’t to be annoying – it’s because I honestly don’t remember).

But it’s there. Pressing on me more and more every day. Draining my energy when I DO go into the 3D stuff. But what real choice do I have? If I had more movement in this crumbling reality, I could relax more.

Yeah.

Is this new earth already there?

Are we creating it?

Or do we just find this one suddenly ends and we have to rebuild?

I mean, who the hell has THAT kind of energy now?

Desire, yes.

But the actual energy TO DO the PHYSICAL creating? Even the energetic creating? When all I honestly want to do is SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP, but I can’t because I have a daughter who is still needing to do things in the here and now AND plan for the rest of this year, which is critical things given her age and schooling and and

O M G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The other day I actually stopped what I was doing and said, “CALGON TAKE ME AWAY!” (70’s kids will get this)

Chill girl. Chill. Until I get the “mom have you…..?” Or the text or phone call from those who have no conscious clue what’s going on and who are in a completely different mindset – soulset as well – than me. And off I go, for a drive, munching on a sweet treat because my Soul and Heart need that safe space of quiet kindness and total “I GET IT, ME TOO”.

Anyone else relate? Even if you don’t have kids, that “divide” is HUGE now and growing, and wow – a sudden POP BOOM SHIFT would be REALLY good now. After Saturday’s sudden FINALLY SOME F’ING MOVEMENT – I feel like I’m back inside that bottleneck – higher up – but still in. it.

For now, I have work to do, which includes an appt next week to learn more about doing another paid-for training. And a small e-book, which I will post here when it’s done. I’ve been working on it for the past year – it’s mostly written – I just need to get it formatted and linked as a PDF. Add some visuals. It won’t be high-end professional like those who do these things often and have the $$ to get them all fancy polished. It’s just – me. Simple. Basic. But hopefully, words that will help. Kinda like this website.

Further Info and Reflecting on Venezuela. And a 1234 Q post: America Will Be Unified. WE have the 11.3 MARKER

I just finished watching a clip of Trump talking about Venezuela, where he mentions the Monroe Doctrine. The MD was legislation created under James Monroe, specifically Dec. 2, 1823 (which for those like me who want to know how many days there are between that date and Jan. 3rd: 73,811. The legislation focused on ending European expansion into America’s (north and south). However, it also enabled America to do its own expansion/authority into Latin America.

So reflecting on this, given all of this is about DISCLOSURE and showing the people “their” agenda, it is possible we may see a flip side of this happening in Venezuela, to show how America, with Israel at the rule, planned on world domination.

And we know Venezuela was a CIA hub – going back to Bush Sr. – drug trafficking, etc. – so that hub has been removed. And the fact that this happened overnight says controlled – clean and shift. And a big one: The matrix is being dismantled. The program will ATTACH itself to those who are in highly emotional states now. So as Q has said – and something I agree with (but don’t always like obviously): Don’t get lost in emotions. This is war – war is logic and strategy. Feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeels.

Here is where I feel we are in the timeline: We have been stuck in this bottleneck of time (as Bill Wood referred to it at the time) – for years. Today I feel MOVEMENT. After feeling pressure building up for weeks where it reached the level of feeling I CANNOT TAKE THIS ANYMORE – as I always feel with the Shifts – today it’s moved – finally. lol I wish I had her with me at the store tonight. There was this woman talking on her cell phone – loudly – in a very quiet, deserted store. As in REALLY LOUDLY – nonstop. And laughing like a hyena too. I literally couldn’t concentrate. After 10 minutes or so I had HAD IT. I finally yelled from the next aisle “NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR YOUR CONVERSATION LADY TAKE IT OUTSIDE!” Even when I walked BY her and said the same words – this woman was so tuned out. If this woman below had been with me we could have double-teamed her, took away her phone and told her once she learned public phone etiquette, she can have it back:

I remember back about 20 years ago as I sat on one of those couches counselor’s offices include, looking over at my counselor and telling her “this world is so fucked up”. Not an opinion. My truth. Fact I would say. Her response surprised me.

It’s hard when you “do the work” and don’t get the help you really need to shift things the way you want. The entire mental health system is just part of “their” systems of shit. Take your money. Offer little in return. Sometimes you find someone who is awake. Most of the time, you don’t. System speak runs deep inside these offices where rules and red tape supercede the heart and Soul of the clients they get paid to treat.

How messed up is it that WE are forced to do the work to heal from the harm that was largely created by and as a result of this very world of toxic systems?

Ya know?

That said, it does come down to us “seeing”, doesn’t it? And that includes seeing our wounds within and seeing how these occurred outside of us to begin with. This Awakening is indeed both an Inside and an outside experience. Can’t have one without the other. While we are still stuck inside it all, where real healing is like looking for that proverbial needle in a haystack, healing IS possible, at least to varying degrees. I have yet to meet someone who fully healed themselves. Which is by design here with these hijacked bodies which were designed to enable trauma to stick (“their” reptilian brain stem b.s.), brains who remember more “negative” words over “positive”. We have temporary fixes or SOME permanent type fixes. But until we are out of a reality that demands we PAY IT in order to SURVIVE, where we are in the Frequency of Love again, we cannot and will not be free TO heal in the way we need, for pay to live keeps everyone stuck – wired – in survival mode. The more $$ Abundance you have, the less that survival mode is a factor. The less $$ Abundance, the more that survival mode affects you and stays activated.

Many of the people who are currently homeless are classified as “mentally ill”. I’d say 1/3 or more of “housed” people have some sort of “mental health” issue.

Personally I don’t align with that phrase as it carries with it a lot of judgment and false narratives. Mental illness doesn’t just happen in the region of the brain. It happens throughout the entire nervous system. It develops over time when trauma is ignored, and/or improperly diagnosed and treated, whereby instead drugs and talk therapy are used to “change the brain” when what needs to shift is the trauma energies stored in the body. Taking people away from the only environment they know in a forced, sudden manner, no matter HOW unhealthy it may appear to anyone else, is not. the. answer. To heal you start by meeting the person where they are and build a level of trust so that the person begins to feel SAFE to take the next step and so on and so on.

Consistence. Safety. Trauma/body informed healers. And might I add, fuck the labels at this point? The phd’s and the LPC’s, etc. I have seen enough label-holding “professionals” who either caused me harm or failed to properly and effectively help me. As an example, having recently connected with a new person who lacks the fancy titles and instead is self-educated via studies and experience, I have learned more about trauma, abuse and the body along with steps and tidbits of information to help heal, to help shift things.

And it is a slow process.

If you “rip off” the band-aid, you risk flooding the nervous system and when that happens, you further lock in trauma, or as I was told you “re-traumatize” yourself. The nervous system learns “ok we aren’t going to do THAT again and we aren’t going to trust THAT person again.”

It’s Neuro science.

Something that needs to be included in every. single. mental. health. training programs.

And just as important: Love in action is what heals.

When ANY healer/counselor shows up without love in their hearts and actions, consistently, for as long as it takes, you won’t have trust built. You won’t have effective treatment. And you won’t have healing.

The entire system is corrupt and this includes the mental health field.

“They” created it.

Some are saying VOTE THEM ALL OUT to change the system.

No.

You don’t rebuild on a foundation that is already toxic, weak, unhealthy and corrupt.

You tear the whole f’ing thing down and build NEW with the values of LOVE.

Happy 2026. Time to BUILD that NEW.

A New Year’s Eve Message

For what it’s worth…

The term “education camps” is a toxic phrase and brings to mind evil twats like HRC and others who have used that term. However, remove the idiots saying it and look at the meaning behind it – it isn’t so far from the truth. We could all use some remembering what love looks like, especially when it comes to healing and helping one another. I read this today. It speaks volumes and volumes of truth:

The biggest misconception about mental health is that it lives inside individual minds.

Distress is treated as a personal defect, a disordered brain, or a failure of coping. From an Interpersonal Neurobiology perspective, most suffering reflects what happens when human systems are forced to adapt to chronic threat, unmet needs, isolation, and hierarchy.

People don’t break down on their own. They respond to conditions that do not allow settling, repair, or mutual care.

Mental health is not something you fix internally and then return to a harmful world. It emerges when people are consistently treated with safety, dignity, and enough support to meet basic human needs. When those conditions are missing, distress is a predictable outcome, not a personal problem.

The misconception protects systems. The cost is borne by vulnerable people.

People don’t break down on their own.

How long have I been screaming these words online?

Personal collapse happens when there is a lack of people showing up and giving safe space coupled with the help they need to get back up again and thrive.

Personal collapse when there is a lack of real help from the system.

In a nutshell: Where there is no love, people cannot heal or thrive. PERIOD.

I was told over and over again by others to call this agency. Call that place. THEY will help.

So I did. Agencies. Churches. Went online and asked for help. Share my work. Help me tell my story.

So much for “Ask for what you need and it shall be granted.”

Not always, my friends. Not always.

My experience was essentially the same results. I received the same type of treatment I did by people who I thought cared about me. Either advice I didn’t need or wouldn’t work for me. Or I was dropped altogether.

As someone who has lived under chronic stress and survival mode whereby I slowly isolated myself because I didn’t want to be a burden and/or I simply became too afraid to trust others after being betrayed or simply abandoned, I know first hand what this does to the mind, the heart and the nervous system. And I have no problem saying I am often in distress. I just need(ed) better support. More of it. Consistently. It takes a lot for me today to reach out to others. I need to be surrounded by that – regularly. And I am burned out stating my needs. I see the effect this has been having on me the last few weeks where it has become difficult for me to get out of bed, where I have been literally shutting down, where I wake up tense all over, so much so I am in pain. Nervous system shut down. It’s scaring me.

We have been sold a lot of nonsense in today’s world by being told we can heal ourselves on our own. As though that’s a badge of honor.

What happened to healing together?

What happened to SUPPORTING one another in our healing?

Supporting those who are in need in the ways that work?

Co-regulation. The nervous system needs that to heal. It’s neuro-science.

In Safe Spaces.

With Listening ears.

Surrounded by Compassionate hearts.

Small moments of knowing “Ok, I am safe here. I am safe to be me.”

It isn’t difficult.

For the religious types, just pause and ask what Jesus would do.

For the rest?

Just ask what Love would do.

Love in action.

The main damn reason I started this site when I did. Not to support Trump or do Q proofs. That’s just a distraction from my Heart and Soul that KNOWS the ONLY WAY we get through this is with EACH OTHER.

Supporting.

Listening.

Showing up.

Holding Safe Space.

And we have some work to do in this area.

So the next time if you see someone in need, don’t send them out into the system. That’s akin to sending them straight into the lion’s den. Ask what you can do for them. Let them know you see them. You never know at that moment that person may be truly at the end of their ability to cope, with that one moment giving them a wee bit of hope they quietly and yet desperately need.

World Stage Happenings Reach Critical Peak – Along with Critical Mass

So much money – this is far deeper than I thought. A new rabbit hole to explore – if I felt like it – which I don’t. I already know this place is run by evil, created by evil. So at the end of the day, not really surprising – as in it may hit a bit like “oh wow” but then immediately settles in as “ok no surprise – yep”.

there will be hell to pay if accountability does not being the second the calendar flips to January 1. we the people are done waiting – EVERYWHERE.

I personally feel no need to worry about this – if this is a strategic plan, there will be limited chaos. Don’t want to push the people with their $$ when we are already pushed beyond our limit to begin with… Swan Lake – a story about deception and illusion. Black Swan. White Swan.

The People Are Awake

their look of hopelessness and defeat in their eyes is heartbreaking. man do we ever need that shift into NEW. now. these people don’t have time or energy to “do the work” and other nonsense. we’re all traumatized. the entire pay to live system KEEPS our nervous system in survival mode. the only way out is truly to be liberated FROM all controls of evil intent.

there was a repavement project done in my area which included laying a new walking/biking sidewalk. this was done about 5 years ago. it looked so nice and so pretty. the problem? it was done cheap, on the dime. the sidewalk is already buckling – bad enough as it is a safety hazard in a few spots – because these idiots don’t know how to cure concrete apparently (I used to work for a concrete company). and today walking up there I noticed the road is doing the same in spots. 🙄 btw – our roads like this all over the city – except of course by the University. it’s nice and smooth and purty over there.
