This. Just THIS. It’s true. I listened to someone over the weekend who had such good insights about the Universe but was otherwise without a CLUE as to the nature of this realm. When she said those who achieve great wealth do so only by doing all of the inner work (saying “trust me – they are doing the inner work to get that big house”). I was like uh huh – riiiiiight. Governments do inner work and hollywood celebrities and sports figures and those who run it all and heads of big corporations and that’s how they get to the top – that’s how they are able to achieve abundance $$ speaking. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. No – they are PROPPED UP because they SELL OUT and if you are SELLING OUT you are absolutely f’ing NOT doing the inner work.
That said – I know the Universe is within me and supports whatever it is I seek.
The markets were in the red 5 hours ago – like some big losses – but suddenly they’re back in the green again. Must have happened because those at the controls did some of that “inner work”………

Letting go of what doesn’t feel good, although it doesn’t feel good to pay what I do just to survive so that’s one to reflect on.
Letting go of the matrix version of self and returning back to the inner that is the Universe. And staying in that space.
I know this – after making some new focus the past 48 hours that m a t r i x thing really came in likely with the help of my own inner old false programs that could be bouncing around also triggering the machine that “hey she’s at it again she’s trying to break free!” We’re talking spiders and water and outside appliance issues and unwanted ugly drama pushing me all. day. long. I had one moment of UGH ENOUGH as everyone has that breaking point until we master what it is that threatens TO break us – and yet sometimes what comes out in that moment is unspoken Truth and so spoken Truth can be very empowering. It can be a paradox until you realize in the end does it matter? Because I reached this inner point of peace within where I literally did not give a f.u. A place of no. fear. Not that it was POOF gone for good – that is the focused inner experience of course.
Yeah I’m up to my Crown Chakra in debt. Yeah I have no clue what to do next that doesn’t ask me for several hundred dollars the Universe has not quite yet delivered my way. Yeah this clown show is unbearable now to step into. People are still lost in duality – left vs. right. A video was being played here that started to get me riled up until I said “not going into this” – a young woman infiltrating those Tesla protests – ended up in ridiculous arguments – her ego was still lost in the “the left are crazy and ignorant” red camp just as those in the blue camp think she’s just as crazy and ignorant. Both sides have truth to share; truth that deserves to be heard.
BOTH SIDES.
Do we need a Buffalo Springsteen reminder? “Nobody’s right if everybody’s wrong.” I don’t know who came up with this plan and while I still have a wee ounce of faith in the end there will be Unity, at that time I will see this alleged brilliance behind it.
But for now? I see people more locked into their ideologies than ever before.
And me?
I just want to be free.
To be healed and restored.
To return to that state of who I am underneath all of the matrix trauma and drama.
I know who I am.
I know my worth.
And that Me just ain’t jiving with this matrix version.

From 3 months ago. I feel we’re right here with what she said at the end – although I still feeeeeel and see this wax and wane. Some days there is so much coming out – other days – the slug fest is on screen.
When triggered – and who doesn’t get triggered – a little bit of effective, somatic-based refocus not only stops the mind chatter and body activation, but with practice, this will re-wire the brain, making new neuropathways. Give this a try next time you are triggered:
Pause when you notice the activation in the body and mind.
Breathe – slowly – a few times. In through the nose, out through the mouth. The idea is to slooooow down what’s happening with your body and mind. Sometimes it helps to look in the mirror if you happen to exit to the bathroom in those situations. Encourage yourself – reassure yourself. It can also help to move the body – again slowly – to release the energy.
Ground. Focus on your feet being firmly planted where you are.
Validate how you are feeling but:
This is important: Do not engage with your own self-triggered talk. The key here is to step away from that automatic reactionary response so you can instead respond from a place of being in your own Power. You are in control – in the present moment.
I found that by moving my body – again slowly – to be quite helpful when I am triggered. I used to think I was in a space of effective healthy self control when I would walk away and pound away on something or scream. Not that there’s anything wrong with this approach – it just won’t effectively help in healing the mind and body. So while it may feel like a release, if your focus like mine is to release trauma AND to re-wire the brain – this option isn’t useful and only re-traumatizes the body.
And who has not had enough of THAT.
But now and then wailing away on a pillow with that big walking stick or shoveling a few spoonfuls of dutch chocolate ice cream into the mouth – well that does seem to bring some momentary relief for that inner child/teenager.
Always learning and forming new habits. Fall off the wagon (I have metaphoric bruises to show for this)? Brush yourself off, remind yourself what an awesome human you are, give yourself a “YOU GOT THIS YOU CAN DO THIS” because you are WORTHY of the awesome – and keep going. Healing is like that. And falling off or struggling doesn’t indicate you aren’t healing.
Now all that said let’s bring in this New World where healing happens EASILY in an instant and there are ZERO controllers throwing poisons our way – where the demons are gone, and no one seeks to harm another. EVER. And if there is pay to live, there’s so much to go around, we are all free to do the things we want and need without ANY impingements.

What’s been on my mind lately, other than remembering how to manifest and create with ease from my point of Origin has been the Q phrase: “you forgot to play the game”. The game of life – think of that board game – again right in our face. Life – here – is a game. So, I reflect on remembering. Who am I really – beyond this human experience – and how to play and master this game here so it 1) works FOR me and 2) in working for me I remember everything I seek to remember, know all I seek to know and Create as the Point Of Origin (for some reason that phrase has just come to me)………That my friends is Real Freedom – it is far more than just a state of mind. That’s the start – after we are at that frequency within – it expands out showing up in our 100% from us creations.
However, I also think about not playing the game as is depicted in War Games. What if we all just focused on this consciously creating the energy to just shut it down because there are not enough players? I would think the AI here knew that was a possibility so created backup protocols to keep it going in case we got “smart”.
But don’t we need to know HOW to play the game in order to know how NOT to?
Or is simply escaping this place via the Dome – or as I called it when I was a child – out the tube straight up in the sky above me – always in the center? Is that THE END?
Comms have pointed to the North Star the past year. Remember from a tv show years past being told “this thing has a sunroof?”

Noticing something – strange – a new phenomenon among those who partook – a bloating in the belly area. Women looking pregnant – early stages that is – only they’re not. My girl shared something from Stranger Things – how demons took over rats and they bloated up and exploded. I know – not going there. Just observe it and move on.
Listening to some more material on manifesting and with each and every one of these concepts and tools – which in and of themselves are good tools – but there is that one. little. piece. of. information. missing: we are inside a simulation – an unnatural realm – with many dimensions we cannot see containing who knows what in them – some directly targeted by whatever operates this place more than others – with Us removed from our full unadulterated connection to the Universe – which makes it a wee bit of a challenge to manifest and create in the way our inner Us knows it seeks and is capable of.
When you know more of what you’re working with, you have the opportunity to be more of an observer, more neutral, and more forgiving.
Here’s what I am seeing. Aligning with what I share above, Greenland continues to be curious for me.

A visit tonight to the local big corporate store (Kroger) – where I really don’t like to shop at – but had to because of budget necessity – greeted us with the smell of sewage upon entering. And the smell lingered – it was literally in the air – and slowly dissipated. I was there to get just a few produce items and let me tell you, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. My girl reminded me of a conversation she saw online – from a week ago – where people were asking why this store smells like you know what. 🤢
No one really knew why but many spoke of the rat infestation there – how rats are found in the deli section, the produce section. And how this has been going on for YEARS.
I mean – W T F? Our neighbors had a rat issue – for years – and seeing them run through our yard into theirs was not that unusual of an occurrence. She finally decided to take care of it, and after time, we no longer see them.
Back to the smell. And energy. And how it feels now living in this city. Filth has an energy. People drugged out, living on the streets, relieving themselves in doorways has an energy. And all of the other agenda’s pushed here. I’ve tried to be tolerant. I really have. I tell my girl no one is above another. ALL are worthy. But like she said tonight in the car, “I AM DONE living in this city! I know I’m not supposed to be judgmental but I don’t like the energy here and how it makes me feel.”
She let it all out. I listened. And agreed. She’s of course absolutely right – the energy here is dirty. There’s a filth to it. A ghetto vibe that grows. It’s like e v i l is outing itself all over the place. And the disconnect we feel here now is overwhelmingly obvious, apparent AND felt.
And I wonder if there IS someplace in this realm that isn’t like this. Is this just a microcosm of the macrocosm? Do any of you notice this experience? I get I am in that ugly belly of the beast (which is quite vast out west), but is there any place that feels pure? Anyplace that doesn’t have the toxins and the crime and the ghetto vibe and the agendas? I HAVE to do something – we have far outstayed our welcome here. Not that I ever felt welcome, or shall I say, never felt like I fit in. Although not that I ever fit in anywhere I have lived. 😄🙄
But this oppressive icky energy is unbearable.
I came home, my girl hit the shower while I soaked the food in a vinegar/h20 bath, wiped off our shoes with the same, then said, “what the heck – we walked inside with these shoes from that place” and cleaned the floors. It’s like being around someone who leaves you feeling as though you’ve been around a demon, and you want to purify your aura/body so you sage and frankincense your energy and personal space.
As far as this realm, I’ve said for yearsssss – there ain’t enough Sage to purify it. We cannot detox our bodies continuously which is what we have to do as parasites are literally EVERYWHERE here. And that’s just our bodies I am talking about. What about the air and water and food and what about the infrastructure and the forests and lands being destroyed ongoing?
Only a frequency change or relocating/exiting to a new reality can remove us from this parasitic filth permanently.
Something has to shift. The energy of desperation among those most awake, especially among those impinged into the wall $$, is PALPABLE. I feel it – no matter how detached I can be. That energy is still right there – waiting to DO. Waiting to GO.

Former trucker friend educated my naive liberal arse on this topic 10 years ago. He said there were literal towns in parts of America that had Sharia law. He said Muslims infiltrated and rather than acclimate, ran out American Held businesses (small biz) and brought in not only their culture but their laws and rules. My dear friend Sister D lives up north and says most Canadians are still asleep at the wheel when it comes to SEEING. Can we just put them all in the special room so the rest of us who SEE can HAVE what it is that was HIDDEN?
There seems to be perhaps some moles still inside ICE that are conducting unnecessary and/or over-the-top business with those not yet citizens. I am seeing stories of people being deported who aren’t criminals, who have followed the system protocols and have been hit with the bureaucracy of the immigration system. My opinion on this one is – deport those with criminal records. The rest? HELP THEM become citizens.

Thinking this morning, I thought of what’s real, what’s just a movie scene – fake, illusion – all of it really. It obviously ALL feels real in some way to our minds and bodies – how can it not? When “out there” has the control on what we pay to live here, that infiltrates to the mind and body.
We are told the main players – those evil fuchs who sold us out to seen and unseen parasites – are gone; replaced with actors. If that is true, then who is doing the BIG attacking? Who is spraying the skies? Who is creating the fires in areas “coincidentally” enough having legislation to end the spraying? Humans? What about the children still being trafficked? Or has that ended?
And what about the psychological attacks?
On and on my mind went with this and then I thought – once again – perhaps most of this is coming from the matrix program itself. If we are in a simulated reality operated by AI and Code – if it’s being dismantled – it may just fight back. And given I feel the AI that at least in part runs this simulation was compromised and likely programmed to remain alive at all cost – I would say – and certainly I sense and feel AND experience this – it is the matrix itself fighting to stay operational.

I don’t know who comes here these days. Aside from an occasional comment from 2, maybe 3 people, I no longer feel much of a connection here as I once did. If you are visiting and want to see me continue, at least leave a comment. It takes a group effort to make something like this work.
So – earlier today I read something about a particular behavior – whereby an individual does whatever they want, whenever they want, however they want, without consequence, without forethought.
And I thought about that for just a few moments before my inner “yeah BUT” Spark kicked in. This entire matrix economic pay to live system does just that.
It enables governments to bomb the hell out of other countries, killing people, labeling them as “collateral damage” and are never held accountable. (wake me up when this movie is over and we actually HAVE visible accountability)
It enables banks to rip people off with fraudulent loans with exorbitant interest rates.
It allows for corporations to charge whatever the hell they want.
It allows for big business and government to poison our skies and water and air and food.
It allows for corrupt judges and court systems to follow unbelievably toxic “laws” while ignoring the most vulnerable who NEED to be heard.
Behind it all are the monsters that say: “YOU MUST PAY US TO LIVE.” “YOU MUST DO AS WE SAY OR ELSE” while NONE OF THEM are held accountable.
Try to survive in this reality taxes the heart, the Soul, driving people to either burn out or learn to use the system to keep going so they don’t burn out and become one of the millions of lost, broken people.
What a twisted, brilliant way to keep people divided. Your suffering won’t affect me, not because you are doing something wrong, but because I don’t want to get tossed off the matrix boat.
All of this talk about the Great Awakening and people are more divided – more self-isolating – more turning a blind eye – more arguing over political narrative a b and c. I see it all and I understand it all. But it still doesn’t resonate with my Soul.
It is so f’ing hard to be here now for me…. and to keep going, to get out of bed. There are so many things I want to do and some I need to do but I keep putting it on the “someday” list, hoping for that abundance while pushing myself day after day in my quest for self-promotion, looking for that right job and income generating. And jesus please I do not need anymore ideas unless it comes with “I spoke with them for you – they’re interested!” then I will GLADLY take it from there. Can we say V is officially burned. out.?

Before you read please know I am not black pilling… I am venting… I get the whole exposure thing – put them in spotlight and let them destroy themselves – but at what point are we going to see actual arrests and indictments being unsealed for those being exposed? We the people would not be walking freely if we had done a tiny fraction of what these demons have done. We are being shown how much of our money has gone to criminals and pockets of politicians yet we weren’t told not to file taxes (and sorry I just don’t feel comfortable skipping when we got audited years ago for forgetting one little thing). Don’t even get me started with MAHA – they dismissed the anti vax guy last minute and put this crazy lady now in a key role… and Kennedy is now spending time talking about university protests? There is a huge portion of population that looks at X as right wing or fake news. HUGE! They won’t ever use it as source of truth… It is unbelievable, you post the same thing here and on FB or IG and the comments in those other platforms are pathetic… (take the Bieber post as example… people on IG were complaining about his wife and completely dismissed the whole container deal). My question then is… why do we need to go easy on people that chose to close their eyes? Bottom line is… we need less Bondi on Fox interviews, less Bongino talking about hammer going down and justice coming, and more arrests. Any at this point. I am afraid we will lose big chunk of supporters if those things don’t start happening real soon.
This has harmed me long. enough.. And as a result it harms my daughter and I absolutely WILL NOT STAND FOR THAT….. for I NEED something better for her and I am surrounded in an area I don’t belong in unable to escape because of laws and money.

Feels like a bit of a lull. Energetically the squeeze is at unbearable levels now. My entire Being and Body are engaged in a tug of war with toddler like meltdowns and incoming soothing parenting maneuvers of “it will be ok you are ok” which don’t really work much. And in fact, that type of Being feels really fake now. Good sleep would be really helpful too. And for ONE breakthrough $$ and work-related.

Big accounts are really active atm pushing a lot of hopium and false information because they want the view$$ and they want to draw those of us in who are tired and at times desperate for better/new/positive change out on the world stage. For as I got in my shower portal today, doing my intending and connecting with the Universe/God, as I continue to focus within, I also REALLY WANT that New on the world stage to make it much easier and quicker for me to bring in/manifest/create what I need.
Ya know? Conserving so much now – toilet paper, water, heat, even food. I remain focused on ABUNDANCE – hiding behind a pay wall now and then on my coffee page – but I still have my moments of extreme levels of frustration. I really miss the days when I could buy things – those extra’s – like maraschino cherries and mayo and having pickles all month or being able to open up a pack of uncured ham and throwing the whole thing on a sandwich for myself and my girl. These days those packs have to last 3 days. I miss being able to get a nice steak for each of us and not having to split it up between everyone. And I don’t order pizza or sub sandwiches anymore. I mean this seriously has. to. change. Ya know??
