The Questioning Continues ~ Today’s Finds and a Reflection. TRUMP to re-open ALCATRAZ. RFK Jr: “Doctors have been co-opted by the medical cartel.” USPS Announcing Further Job Cuts By End of June.

 

 

I’ve entered another space where isolation, quiet and questioning are priority.Ā  Doing some revisiting of pictures, I’m pretty sure no one in the Trump family is the original person(s).Ā  I’m not even convinced the original family was benevolent/”good”.Ā  I do continue to sense that time travel was used to change all of that – at least with some of them.Ā  Perhaps all.Ā  Who knows.Ā  lol

The two end-of-it markers I go by – ongoing – are the sleep/rest thing and USPS.Ā  There’s a postal service marker below.

So I’m back at it.Ā  For some reason I continue to get these “things” on Jesus.Ā  Today, while my hands were in water, I got “he’s the original code breaker”.Ā  As we remember that, we remember ourselves.Ā  Our power.Ā  I read something so powerful – for me – on Jesus.Ā  It is shared below.Ā  Call him whatever you want – there is something about him that is important.Ā  I don’t believe he will return as I believe that was part of the hijack – to get people into churches giving away their monies and energies in worship ceremonies while promising he will return and using that hijacked book as the marker of truth.Ā  Although it would be kinda cool at the very end when all of this is over and we are out – returning to where we all align with as Home – to have him standing there with his counterpart female – giving us all high fives and a smile.

He taught embodiment.

He pointed inward.
He wasnā€™t selling salvation.
He was revealing sovereignty.
And that made him the most dangerous man alive.
Because if the people remembered what he was showing themā€¦
They would never bow again.
Not to priests.
Not to kings.
Not to fear.
They would awaken.
And the whole parasitic system built on hierarchy, shame, and silenceā€¦
Would collapse overnight.
So they killed him.
But they didnā€™t stop there.
They killed the manā€¦
But kept the name.
What Happened Next Was the Real Crime
They took his essence and built a weapon out of it.

He came to dismantle them all.
The Miracles Were Just the Beginning
His so-called miracles werenā€™t supernatural.
They were demonstrations of:

ā€¢Harmonic memory repair
ā€¢Biofield reactivation
Water into wine? Frequency transmutation.
Healing the blind? Neural recoding.
Walking on water? Stillness mastery within chaos.

He was showing us what we all came here to remember.

for what it’s worth…………

 

there is something happening…..i don’t know what it is anymore.

i once thought i did.

but not now.

i do not align with this holiday for a few reasons i’ve already shared – both the religious slant and the bunny tales.Ā  and yet mostly because it brings up old memories leaving me feel lonely.Ā  or sad.Ā  or simply wanting a brand new experience in a brand new world that feeeeeeels like Home to my heart.

i went on a walk to get out and clear my mind.Ā  i heard people celebrating in the distance on my walk.Ā  i used to have that.Ā  connections.Ā  family.Ā  friends.Ā  in the physical daily i should say.Ā  until i “woke up”.

i have never experienced a mental fatigue like this – nor this ache in my heart.Ā  this emptiness which is making me want to jump out of my skin every single day.Ā  leaving me like a bipolar wreck.Ā  one day i’m up – at least feeling that hope and motivation – then whatever part of me within – that old nervous system program says NOOOO to change and i feel myself weakening – especially after yet another night of little sleep.Ā  all i got is to tell myself i’m safe as much as long as it takes – even if i don’t feel it atm – and be alone.

is this what a mental breakdown is?

4.19.25 ~ A Personal Experience ~ Reflections on the Nervous System…..a few shares including the return of the Drones

…”two roads diverged in a wood…and i – i took the one less traveled…”

Always been my favorite poem.

The sun was out again so my girl and I decided to head out for a picnic.Ā  We stopped at the store to get some grapes and while standing in line, heard the woman in front of us in line talking about the protests today.Ā  Ah yes, I forgot those were going on again.Ā  I did my best to remain neutral and just listen, observe, but when she began referring to the T supporters the implication was “they are violent”.

Ok Victoria, I told myself, deeeeeeeeep breath.Ā  As the conversation evolved from there other stereotypical judgments as pushed by those media outlets came out until I simply had to walk away and occupy myself on something else.Ā  Soaps.Ā  Lovely soaps with essential oils.Ā  I inhaled some, chose two I liked and stepped back in line.Ā  Now that it was my turn in line, I just had to say something.Ā  I have remained quiet for far too long when I feel I am hearing false information being pushed as truth for fear of being criticized or attacked back.Ā  I said the world was going through a lot of chaos – humans – energies of Truth rising up in each of us individually – and to be OPEN to seeing it all in a different light.Ā  I also said you cannot rely on the old systems of the media for truth.Ā  Don’t believe everything you see online or on tv. At that, I stopped sharing.Ā  And I can say that at least one thing we agreed on:Ā  what has been going on is not working and things are messy before birth, when that new life emerges.

But there’s more to it – one that requires a totally open body and mind.

The days of judging are nudging us to go within to understand why.

And ooh – that’s a big one.

And one I am currently facing myself – getting a different perspective.

Working with the nervous system.

Working with the mind alone isn’t enough.

Mind AND body are going on this trip and we can do all of the affirmations we want.Ā  If we aren’t working with the body and the nervous system – tuning in and listening – observing – learning our triggers – and utilizing somatic based practices to help reprogram the nervous system from a state of experiencing fear into a state of safety – openness – we are going to stay stuck in a back-and-forth pattern in our healing.Ā  It’s similar to working with a child – you don’t punish the child or push them past their comfort levels to get them to do something new – different.Ā  You meet them where they are and that’s how I see it – our higher mind and brain meeting our body where it is.Ā  And dealing with our triggers requires working with our minds and bodies.

At least that has been my experience.

And yesterday – was a doozie.

It was the trigger to top all triggers for me.Ā  Having done an EMDR session earlier in the week and doing the first part of somatic based workshop on the nervous system and money, I then dealt with a few unwanted situations that pushed my already tired/needing to rest nervous system over the edge.Ā  Full on meltdown.Ā  I reached out to some of my most trusted people and ended the day feeling that needed shift/calm after a convo with an old friend and one of my favorite people who, after I apologized for my state of mind, said “why the f would i judge you now?Ā  i never have.”Ā  BINGO.Ā  Nervous system relaxed – I felt safe.Ā  It was just what my body needed to hear.Ā  But I also knew there were things to learn from this situation – the big one being to REMEMBER THE NERVOUS SYSTEM.Ā  When I get lost in the story in my mind, go within to see how my body is responding.Ā  It ain’t fun.

Go within is a popular phrase tossed around but what exactly does this mean?Ā  “Go within,” we are told.Ā  “It all starts within.”Ā  I used to just focus on my thoughts while still wondering exactly what the phrase meant.Ā  It wasn’t until Lisa Harrison used the term “vagus nerve” that I began to see the phrase suddenly popping up along with the importance of our nervous system.Ā  And how the body keeps the score (a good book from many years ago).Ā  A year or two later, I began doing somatic-based work – EMDR – only this particular practitioner did not go deep enough – did not follow the protocol.Ā  Not the first time this had happened.Ā  After seeing a few other EMDR and similar counselors over the years, none followed protocol.Ā  And don’t get me started on the time essentially wasted on doing cognitive-focused work only.Ā  It wasn’t until I began seeing my current practitioner did I learn this – and begin to see the true meaning of “go within”.

Go within the BODY.Ā  Listen to the body.Ā  The healing starts there.Ā  Treated gently, lovingly like we would our child or a child, it will start to trust enough to be willing to allow for a change.Ā  For when in trauma space – that survival state – it’s like a radar – seeking out experiences that are FAMILIAR – for what is familiar equates to comfort – even if the experience itself is not good for us.Ā  As I heard today – Our nervous system will pick familiar hell over unfamiliar heaven.

But when it feels SAFE – which we can create by doing somatic based practices and releasing stored energies of trauma – combined with cognitive loving affirming reassuring thoughts/words – that is when we can begin to rewire the brain, heal the body and make true shifts in our experience.Ā  And how I felt this time 24 hours ago is very different than how I feel now – just based on how I got myself out of trauma mode – lost in my mind- and back in my body.

We don’t just shift the mind.

We shift the mind and body.

The mind wants to go go go.

The body wants to slow slow slow.

Hey – that’s pretty good.Ā  Gonna TM that one.

How I “do” things differently – is that I see how inner affects inner AND outer also affects inner.Ā  We are not individually wrapped bubbles of sparkle here – totally separate from one another.Ā  We’re all joined together in this matrix consciousness frequency.Ā  I don’t know if that’s how it always has been even prior to this particular experience in this particular realm – I don’t think so as that tends to feel very crowded in my mind.Ā  Unnatural.Ā  But just like some thrive in big cities where personal space is next to impossible to find in such an environment – some thrive more out in the open – in nature – rural – few people – lots of trees.Ā  I happen to align with the concept of the fewer people the better.

And certain cities – areas – have an energy that either align or not.Ā  I remember the first time I experienced this.Ā  I was in my late teens, touring parts of the east coast.Ā  I really liked Boston at the time.Ā  But Washington D.C. – I just remember feeling this dark, creepy vibe.Ā  Other areas I visited included Lexington and Concord – and all I remember is feeling this oppression as though leftover battle energy remained.Ā  Arriving back on the west coast, I felt more myself again.Ā  Lighter.Ā  It was as though I was feeling the energies of those wanting to escape oppression by going West where it was wide open.

Today I would like a new planet altogether.Ā  But while I am still in this part of the ALL – I am allowing myself to be open to Thriving here.Ā  Bloom where planted.Ā  I can always replant myself in the future.

US President Donald Trump said Thursday that ā€œterminationā€ of the independent head of the Federal Reserve ā€œcannot come fast enoughā€ as he lashed out at Jerome Powellā€™s warnings of tariffs-fueled inflation.

In a scathing post on his Truth Social app, Trump repeated a demand for Powell to lower interest rates, suggesting the Fed Chairā€™s decisions were ā€œalways TOO LATE AND WRONG.ā€

ā€œPowellā€™s termination cannot come fast enough,ā€ Trump wrote. ā€œToo Late should have lowered Interest Rates, like the ECB, long ago, but he should certainly lower them now.ā€

Interesting – “too late” to start the sentence refers to a person.Ā  Let’s do a gematria on this one:
