Some words on grief
i am riding the waves of grief these days. the news of our neighbor and adopted grandpa’s health (cancer – terminal) has continued to rock our world inside these walls. his house remains empty while he resides in a nearby rehabilitation (re-cooperating from surgery) facility for now. and that emptiness is very palpable.
and in some moments – absolutely unbearable. and i mean unbearable.
our back yards join together – a hedge and makeshift fence separating his place and ours. years ago we consciously created a large hole in between the shrubs in the center. we called it the “grandpa don hole”. he laughed and accepted the title and it’s stuck ever since.
it is the space where he has walked over to for years to greet us with his “hey neighbor” – “hey sweetheart” – “hey guy” – blue eyes always twinkling. it is the space where countless tools have been passed and cookies shared (or whatever homemade goodie i shared). it is also the place where our girl – who has known him since she was just 18 months – has called over to him to ask him a question or cry out joyfully “watch me do THIS!” (this being a cartwheel, somersault, acrobatic move on her swing or silly move in her pool).
this man has given us the most consistent, supportive sense of family we have known – and feeling we are losing that is just plain ‘ole grief.
it comes in waves.
sometimes it hits and exits the body as anger. this can’t be. this isn’t right. not him! big f.u’s to this realm and those who create the toxic cocktails that create these horrid diseases. they can suffer this shit they put in here – leave the innocent alone!
other times it hits and is experienced as deep, seemingly never-ending sadness.
however or whenever it hits though – it comes as a strong wave – quickly and without warning.
we visited him again earlier today. he looks good considering – better than he did in our previous visit. there were tears shed. laughter. i held his hand. i kissed his hand. this cannot be happening, i thought. i honestly have not had an experience like this in this incarnation cycle – not like this. i continue to hold out for the cure (to be released – not discovered of course). he has time – 6 months more or less – according to the doctor. (what the hell do they know?)
before we left i asked him if he could sing for me. he has a beautiful voice. he and i have sang together, played music together countless times over the years – both of us on the guitar or me on the piano and he the guitar – but always – he would be the focal point with his singing. i want to keep him focused on things he loves – music being one of them – so i was happy to see him show immediate interest as he searched for a song. i suggested one. “beautiful brown eyes.”
he struggled with the words to the first stanza. the chorus – no problem. he then went on to sing “i’m movin’ on” – then as we were set to go he began singing “i can’t help – falling in love with you”. i had forgotten earlier this summer he taught himself that piece – and i had then taught myself the song on the piano. we talked about getting together to play it – but that didn’t happen. he wanted to focus on fixing a couple of health issues first. damn, you know?
so today though he sang it at the end of our visit. i cried silently. my mate turned away – weeping as well. and our beautiful friend and adopted grandpa sang perfectly. no voice cracking. no tears. just the sound of his beautiful, baritone voice.
as i told my daughter tonight – the one thing i truly cannot align with here – that is suffering. death – especially due to disease – against the person’s wishes. no lessons to be learned.
just experiences to be had around all of that heaviness – and the one word we use to describe our inner experience as we grasp and struggle to deal with it: grief.

Update 1: Conversation with Thor about Ashtar Message, EAM message and Fluid Energies
editor victoria’s comment ~ i can say that i align fully w/the concept that the recent Ashtar message from Sophia was presenting one timeline – that i feel is no longer present now – in particular the evacuation via ships. years ago i felt this would happen – and my mate did as well. he continued to feel that – even after i let it go for it no longer aligned w/me. so…………..it appears we are having a bigger influence in this then perhaps at least i have realized. an inner AND an outer experience. i feel the ultimate result will be one based on completely individual freedom – which says my experience will be different from yours. or perhaps not. some will be similar, others identical, others completely different – but with FREEDOM OF CHOICE. there continues to be a real struggle – a conflict – with the RV/financial reset narrative. if some CHOOSE to have that as their experience i have no issue with it. and yet i also see the need to remove all power over experiences which includes pay to live. Rose may be the one who is closest to the truth here – a splitting of realities – experiences – the whole east and west gate theory. i have no right telling another Being what to choose. and yet i also know many inside remain in slumber as to what’s happening. it is my ongoing feel we all have big “US” outside that IS awake and in knowing and is assisting us as we end and put an end to this experience…

I received a small donation this morning and in the donation note a woman asked if her pets and kids would be with her. Got me thinking about a few things and the need to express my thoughts. I felt a bit of deja vu of what Steve Beckow went through with the Neptune ride in 2012, which was only going to be for a few days. And that was indeed a real offer Steve Beckow received from Commander Grener. I said to the women we don’t know the “who” or the “when” of the message and we don’t really know if its going to happen. THINGS ARE FLUID. But it’s reassuring to know the Galactics have our backs if its needed.
The message was not one of fear, but of calm assurance we’d be taken care of. Any rescue of the planet is about love and saving lives and kids would definitely go with their parents and I think that’s true of our fuzzy friends. Pets are some of the only unconditional love some humans have ever known. Such has been the great gift of the animal kingdom to humans. And this is all about the frequencies of the planet.
The “Ashtar Message” has raised a lot of questions. I have had numerous conversations with friends of mine and they all reacted differently. I was not expecting that particular announcement .. although it was definitely known to be a contingency plan. Those of us who are just getting by day to day (me included) felt pretty much like “Hey lets do it now!”. What have we got to lose? Others who’s daily life is a little be more secure and financially well off, had other reactions like “Are you sure this is real?”. Fair enough question. But maybe its more complex that it first appears, what if its a real message from an alternate time line. A message in a bottle in the sea of time? Far fetched? Maybe not.
This house I live in now was occupied by a young man two years ago who is a Pleiadian starseed. I noticed one day he was arguing with someone. I thought he had a bluetooth headset in his ear but he didn’t. He’s definitely not crazy. I asked a friend about it and she told me about the “friends” he talks to and how his religious parents say he has Aspbergers. I did some checking with Stan X, and this young man rolled a vehicle during Pleiadian military exercise and cut off his leg, putting him into a stasis chamber to regrow the leg. Somehow a bit of his essence arrived on Earth to be born in human form, and he’s now conversing with military buddies on planet in the Pleiades that is no longer populated due to the galactic wars. In fact those buddies are not even in form anymore due to the war. That was my first encounter with telepathy occurring in what we on earth would call “in the past”. So when getting messages we never think to ask “is in our now?” or ask the sender to describe events in their now.
Denice and Skye felt a frequency variance in the message, from the Sherr An they know. Sophia did not reference Sherr An, only Asthar, which is a Pleiadian title meaning basically “Shepherd”. They were uncomfortable with it. I added Sherr An, as its either him or his dad or an interloper. It felt genuine to me, and tone of it felt in line with the man I know. But I also know women feel nuances I often miss which is why I like the input of women. Men just process things differently.
I’ll just say what I think the message is at this point, its a message from another possible timeline or event-line.
Sophia and others have been noticing recent time anomalies. Sophia wrote about her experience with her partner, others have told me of other time “glitches” they noticed, to me privately. We don’t know much more than that about it, and neither do the Galactics. There’s a lot of strange things happening right now and more surely to come.
Sophia didn’t make a mistake, conduits like her and Denice receive and transmit messages, they don’t create the content sent to them. So please don’t be casting any shade on Sophia at all. If you feel the need to do that, do it to me instead. But what an incredible snap shot into another possible timeline? Or perhaps we witnessed a Mandela Effect happening in real time? I am finding this moment fascinating as I have never seen anything like this before, and I have seen some really bizarre things since 2012. I like Sophia’s work, especially her newsletters and the encounters with seldom-heard-from races of beings. Some messages resonate more than others, but the bottom part of those newsletters are to me a huge treat to read.
In 2015 in the Italian Alps, Heather told me of the timeline convergences happening where the best of each being from each moment in timelines condenses down to one timeline. A kind of personal “best of” version of you and me courtesy of Source itself. This also happening to our Star friends. Lisa Harrison and Dani McKinney-Arnold did a lot of shows and articles on the Mandela Effect, where one person remembers a bit of history, or a book or a movie different than another person. The Mandela Effect was the side effect of these timelines condensing. They don’t always fit seamlessly when it comes to the collective memory of this planet. And people notice! There is no grandfather paradox, that’s a fictional concept. Linear time was introduced to this planet from Orion just before the Jesus event. It was unknown in prior epochs. This is why its not possible to precisely date Atlantis to a linear time line because linear time did not exist in Atlantis.
The the banking class knew “time is money” and if you can loop time, you basically double your money – and if you can alter a time line to one you prefer, all the better. They like predictable outcomes in their debt slave economy. In each time line people made different choices. Time itself is collapsing as a construct. It unknown off planet.
I was told by the galactics in my own personal life I have experienced “400 time loops, junctions, forks” in this body alone. I was “supposed” to have died in 2009, but I didn’t. I recovered. And I came out of that experience changed.
Heather hasn’t said a whole lot on this Ashtar message. Except for its possible connection to the EAM message prior to it.
In 2015 Heather outlined what was going to happen event wise in coming years….
1) Pedophilia in politics and entertainment would become known.
2) The connection would be made to it being a tool of control on elites, hence the reason for compromising elites, those in judiciary and legislative branches, law, and Hollywood. Blackmailed puppets on the string of the bankers and their masters. Its important to know who used this tool of control.
3) People would come to see the corporate nature of their governments and courts.
4) People would see “CHINA” being run by the Manchu/Qing Dynasty Chinese Royal “Dragons” under the guise of Communism and their control of the banking system, and the proxy relationship the Rothschilds have with the Chinese Dragons. People would learn how China has always had ETs coming and going and that the gate of entry (other than Antarctica) to Earth was through China for ETs.
5) Antarctica would burst into the public consciousness, The role of the “progenitors” of humanity in Antarctica would be seen and the existence of the Andorra realm in Antarctica revealed.
6) A Galactic event would come that would that would take everyone’s mind of revenge and retribution at what various scum-bags have done to humanity, not as a way of letting them off the hook, but rather as a consciousness expanding moment where everyone gets full context of what and why everything happened here. This has not yet happened – but the Ashtar Message sure fit that description for me….
During a break at work, I had a moment to speak with Denice. I wanted to get more clarity from SherrAn about the message as this has been on my mind since it came out.

i too feel we are seeing the end. however i don’t see this as digital compression – what i feel we are seeing is consciously controlled – with precision. there is obvious movement – and previous reads, from what i can ascertain (i went back to july of this year through several captures), this is a new type of image. whatever is going on – whatever the truth is – something is very much happening. the Sun (ED) is obviously having something happening to prepare for the upcoming NOVA. and interesting too in Rose’s recent video on youtube – she says the “NOVA” can now be seen.
for now – i saved 3 images – 2 hours apart (that is all they show us – captures from 2 hours apart). you can see objects on the outside entering – headed towards the sun. and for all interested – Gina Maria has a new video up from earlier today showing us more detail/info.

Interesting cloud formations by the moon tonight
There were, that I could see, 4 identical clouds – just varying sizes – side by side – a few hours after sunset. Hopefully you can see them. We had another day of intense chem spraying….and some haarp clouds…….as i have continued to feel all year – they are gonna be at it (their agenda’s) until the last moment….i did send a message to serialbrain2 asking about the chemtrails as he supports the theory the program has been taken over by the alliance…
