True empathic abilities do not absorb others emotions or energy. An example would be, “I can feel anger radiating from that person.” as opposed to, “I feel angry because that person is radiating anger.”.
If you find yourself absorbing others emotions, you are in fact, empathic, but your skills are bleeding through without firm boundaries.
A simple, easy technique to solidify your personal, sovereign space is as effortless as breathing, we just need to add an intention or a flavor to the breath.
Slow down the breath and start inhaling deep into the abdomen, stretching the tummy open. On the exhale, completely relax and let go, allowing the breath to bleed from the lungs.
Stay in this focus until you feel your body relax and the mind calm (shouldn’t be more than a minute or two). Once you feel the body let go, you are ready for the next step.
The intention is to feel the gravity of you, pulling everything that is you into your bubble, including the space outside the body on the inhale. **WHAT IS MINE, IS MINE**
On the exhale, reverse the feeling. Push out everything that is not you, making it weightless. **WHAT IS YOURS, IS YOURS**
Do not do this aggressively, or with anger. Make it as gentle as possible, simply stating facts, because what is mine is mine and what is yours is yours 
Do this whenever you feel the buzz of the crowd push in, or when you feel someone thinking about you, holding negative feelings, or when you feel intense emotion radiating from someone.
Empathic abilities are just like any other skill. Trainable.

protons continue to spike quite intensely….and the MIMIC Array (Version 2) – is showing those white-out images again. the first MIMIC (version 1) was essentially completely whited-out in February of this year after weeks of white-out images increasing. after this occurred, they updated to a Version 2. well as many say, no amount of system tech can stop nor hide what’s coming. Source/Truth rolls that way.
i thought i would share a couple of pictures from my walk tonight. the colors are so vibrant around here – our gardens doing amazing as i have mentioned. i am noticing changing landscapes too. i think i mentioned in our yard the dandelions disappeared and instead we have little white daisies. i have wondered where the dandelions have gone. tonight on our walk my girl and i noticed this small patch of moss that we love to walk on in our bare feet in the warmer weather. we’ve done this for years. tonight we noticed it is now covered in dandelions. no joke. program changes obviously. question is – WHO changed that particular program?
my dreamstate experiences continue. all new. feeling movement – lots of changes. last night i was in a restaurant-type environment. subdued lighting. i felt i was there waiting for something/someone to make an appearance. i also remember i was drawn to focus on one being in particular – male – 40’s – kind of burly/bulky – unshaven – wearing a wool stocking cap. he had his elbows on the table (the tables were wooden) and he was drinking a beverage, sitting by himself. i felt i knew him but it was not yet time to talk with him so i observed for a brief time and the experience ended. interesting to later hear from brother rick later in the day today and he said he too was in a restaurant last night waiting for someone to speak.

editor victoria’s comment ~ some very useful insight’s on how to deal with those situations when the stories in the mind (coupled w/sensitivities) start spinning – getting back into the Observer mode. interesting perspective too on this realm being a narcissistic realm. i see how this occurs. all of the rules and laws we are exposed to, together with the pay to live systems, as we know, can pull us out of our Divine heart-space way of Being and make us self-focused. it’s a difficult pill to swallow – that we all got trapped in that way of being. it’s understandable. completely. i see when i go there – i see it is a “go to” program. maybe this is a useful program to look at and to offer up compassion for ourselves and one another. flipping frack, where and how haven’t we been manipulated here? Divine Being’s in a realm of control. doing the best we can. as always, i appreciate her authenticity. it is so real – so refreshing. and a brief update from Lisa Harrison team from home – confirming we are at the end – and we don’t take these bodies with us. as i have said i have had this feel and vision myself. when i first heard of this concept i was really dubious. but then i had experiences and a dream i could not just explain away. if this is a simulation, a game, we’re a very poor design of our Original Selves – and those who have had memories and feels of how we once experienced Creation – in physical bodies – KNOW this. it’s all well and all ok. i remain Open to how this plays out – open that is to outcomes based on Love, Truth and Freedom.

Regardless of how an obstruction law might read, no citizen who is innocent of a crime should ever be found guilty of having obstructed justice if his actions facilitated a correct conclusion regarding it.
A line must be drawn. No longer can the phrase “obstruction of justice” be allowed to mean something obscenely different from what any fair-minded, free person knows it was intended to mean. In the minds of most, the phrase refers to blocking the discovery of truth, truth being the only legitimate basis on which appropriate redress can be made for some wrong that has been suffered.
Any codified law that uses the phrase “obstruction of justice” to mean something other than precisely this is in jeopardy of obstructing true justice. If a law is needed to insure that an official investigation is not obstructed, then the language of the law must refer to obstruction of an investigation or obstruction of police work or obstruction of intelligence activities. Any reference to this sort of thing as “obstruction of justice” assigns a specialized definition to the word “justice” that does more than just legalistically narrow its established commonplace meaning; it creates a misleading new meaning with the explicit intention of illegitimately assigning to some formal entity all the virtue that English-speaking people naturally and universally associate with the word “justice.”
The Department of Justice is not synonymous with “justice.” We all sincerely hope that the Department pursues true justice most of the time, but anybody with any worldly experience knows that sometimes it doesn’t. Obstructing the activities of the Department of Justice should not be automatically viewed as obstructing justice. Even if the Department of Justice is behaving honorably, a person who interferes with its investigation to keep it from arriving at a false conclusion should not be found guilty of obstructing justice. Only a person who attempts to block the department from discovering something true should even be considered for prosecution based on obstruction of justice.
This brings us to President Trump and the Mueller Report. Mueller found that there was no compelling evidence that Trump colluded with the Russians to influence the outcome of the 2016 election. Given the nature of our legal system, this effectively clears Trump of the charge — and that charge was the predicated reason for doing the investigation in the first place.
The remaining controversy now before us is whether Trump obstructed justice while Mueller investigated the matter. For Trump to have done so, he would have had to hinder Mueller’s team from establishing his lack of guilt. How silly! It is irrational to think Trump would have deflected Mueller from discovering Trump’s innocence (the recognized status of anybody who is not guilty).

Update 4: Press Secretary Sarah Sanders has released an official statement on Mueller’s statement, as has Trump Campaign manager Brad Parscale.
First, the official White House statement from Sarah Sanders, who called on everybody to follow Mueller’s lead and move on.
“The Special Counsel has completed the investigation, closed his office, and has closed the case. Mr. Mueller explicitly said that he has nothing to add beyond the report, and therefore does not plan to testify before Congress. The report was clear – there was no collusion, no conspiracy – and the Department of Justice confirmed there was no obstruction. Special Counsel Mueller also stated that Attorney General Barr acted in good faith in his handling of the report. After two years, the Special Counsel is moving on with his life, and everyone else should do the same.”
And the statement from the campaign, which called on the DoJ to get to the bottom of the origins of the Russia hoax.
“Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s remarks today confirmed what we already knew. There was no collusion between the Russians and the Trump campaign, and there was no case for obstruction. President Trump has been fully and completely exonerated. Mueller said his investigation is over. The case is now closed.”
“Now it’s time to turn to the origins of the Russia hoax and get to the bottom of why the Trump campaign was spied on by the Obama-era DOJ and FBI. Anyone who is for transparency, constitutional civil liberties, and the rule of law should want to know why human sources, wiretapping, and unmasking were used to infiltrate a presidential campaign.”
