editor’s note: it would be helpful to know the entire context of this speech, certainly what came before him saying “Q really surprising a lot of people”. i listened – and watched his mouth – and he clearly says “Q”. i notice no one in the media directly asks POTUS about Q. as someone states in the comments section, that would be checkmate.
