A neighborhood in Fairfield has been evacuated Wednesday morning while police assist the U.S. Secret Service with a barricaded suspect.

The standoff is reported in the 3300 block of Shenandoah Court, near Oliver Road. Police advise residents to avoid the area and to expect traffic detours.
