National Quantum Initiative Act ~ 12/17/18

editor victoria’s comment ~ no coincidence here this Act was put forth on the 17th ~ Q = Quantum.  acknowledging we live in a multi-dimensional, limitless Universe (limitless being KEY here, imo).  applying this quantum tech to medicine (healing disease) and energy (free energy devices).  we are ready now aren’t we?  pdf link below.
