i captured this earlier today….after being down since late December, this particular version of the MIMIC is not only back online again but it is showing that white-out read. Â Plasma is my best guess…. Â Some sort of frequency that is being seen via water vapor (using microwave tech). Â maybe this is also showing evidence of the merge….
