It has been about 6 weeks now of being on this product. Â I am up to 25 drops per day which I take just prior to going to sleep. Â It puts me into a very deep sleep lasting from 4-6 hours most nights. Â And I find it also allows me to drift into a state of sleep that I can only describe as “the way my body and nature intended.” Â I can’t imagine NOT taking it. Â I feel it is doing good things for my body too.
