feelings put to a song.
this tune came to me earlier this evening as i was thinking of and longing for Home. Â it has no lyrics really – nothing solid that is. Â but listening to it the story that comes to my heart is how long i’ve been away. Â the people i knew and long to know again. Â the smells. Â the sounds. Â the experiences. Â the freedom and liberation. Â the joy. Â the pureness. Â i can tell my mind how “close” to home i already am. Â and yet in my heart – within – i feel Far From Home.

Beautiful, moody composition, Victoria – it could be my longing home as well… And that little phone ding at the end is like a carefully directed detail with the hope and light coming in after all the longing… 🙂
