Got to feedback here, as I was keeping track of SR, the SR had gone on 21st June for more than 6 hours, no display at all. Checking the Russian site, their homepage shows a full day from 23.00 -20th June to 22.00 on 21st June no reading!
Manipulation?
Why and for whom, that is the question! The majority of the public either doesn’t know about it, and more likely than not, those that do follow, don’t know how to read, or interpret the graph.
So why the manipulation? Who knows how to read and truly interpret the information?!
