A few other finds – some personal sharing……..and a funny gematria: 2.26.24

It’s interesting to me – ok it’s overwhelmingly sad and frustrating at times – when I have hit the point where everything within screams I. CANNOT. DO. THIS. ONE. MORE. MOMENT – and i do the walking and deep breathing and none of it really is working so i will reach out to someone and inevitably they are going through something similar atm.

i picked up a book on healing the brain. lots of recipes for juicing – many of the foods i already do – cilantro, parsley, celery, berries – yummy! got a smoothie already made to go along w/my soup for dinner. anyway – it’s interesting because it seems for each book i’ve read over the years telling us what TO eat another “expert” comes along w/their “evidence” saying NOT to eat the particular foods this other book says TO eat.

maybe in the end – it’s all crap – because after all – this is “their” world – “their” foods/air/water.

bless the food. bless the water. bless the space.

on and on and on until we no longer HAVE to.

without any evil around, we won’t have to utilize these practices. we’ll just be in the state of gratitude – which is also useful. but i think i speak for all of us when i say we’re GJORT (taking some language lessons to keep my mind young) – GJORT with HAVING to cleanse things made dirty by others.

the reference to nisan 1, 5784 = jewish calendar – which is interesting as earlier today i heard “nissan” in my mind and thought it was referring to the car manufacturer……..
