One America News has sent Cease and Desist notices and demands for retraction to Rachel Maddow, MSNBC, The Daily Beast and its reporter Kevin Poulson over their claims that the network is a “paid Russian propaganda operation.”
The notices to retract warned that if they do not comply with the conditions sent to them by August 15, 2019, they “will recommend that our client pursue all legal avenues to protect its interests, including damages and attorneys’ fees and costs incurred as a result of your actions.”

beautiful share below. this afternoon i lay out back on our hammock – and watched the leaves blow in the wind. after about 30 minutes i heard “HOME”. that’s it – just the one word – and i had a flash of a vision of a HUGE bubble of energy with that word. …. aligning w/her views on the videos that may be released of the depths of the horrors – all of that deeply horrifying traumatizing stuff. this is not for everybody – and use discernment because the last thing we need to be doing is creating more trauma for ourselves. on the topic of child trafficking and sacrifice – seeing a headline is enough. also aligning w/her warrior self coming online strongly now – having the same experience. it’s always been there – but it has taken on a new form – more solid and grounded now.

Here are some questions to help awaken your sleeping family and friends…neighbors, etc.
This is the approach I have been taking lately. I don’t really share information now. I ask questions – put the responsibility to search further upon the individual. Here are some examples of questions I have been asking:
- Do you feel this planet, this space we occupy, is a place where love and freedom govern our experience? (i always get a “no” – so then i ask “why do you think that is” and leave it at that)
- Has ANY political party anywhere in this planet been able to solve our ongoing problems of disease, war, poverty, homelessness, etc.? (again i always get a “no” so then i ask, again, “why do you think that is – and leave it at that)
- Have you EVER seen the media attack a president the way they do Trump? Have you EVER seen such a deep focus on what he says and what he does? (again – i get the “no” and ask them to contemplate why that is)
- Has Trump started any wars? Has he called for any invasions and occupations? i get a pause and usually a “no” so then i ask… Have we seen that in the last 40 some years with any previous president? No? Why do you think that is?
If they are more open-minded and want to go deep, I share this one with them: “Did you know Trump tweeted a few months ago about keeping out criminals in ALL DIMENSIONS? What do you think he meant by that?”
The truth will only continue to be seen for all.

A bi-partisan bill working its way through Congress could drastically change how copyright claims are processed, and would create a system to impose up to $30,000 in fines on anyone who shares protected material online.
In other words, the Congress wants to make it easier to sue people who send a meme or post images that they didn’t create themselves, essentially a giveaway to lawyers who sue unsuspecting suckers for a living.
The Senate Judiciary Committee last week approved the “Copyright Alternative in Small-Claims Enforcement Act of 2019,” which “creates a voluntary small claims board within the Copyright Office that will provide copyright owners with an alternative to the expensive process of bringing copyright claims, including infringement and misrepresentation …. in federal court,” according to the Copyright Alliance.
