So in the interim, today was a good day to ride the bikes, rest and take care of the vessel. It was also a good day for (receiving) precious metals. You will see that below. What a good day to arrive too – Flag Day and #45’s b-day.
The schumann is still down. Some of the NASA cams updated – others are still down. My mate and I were up past 3am last night talking about time travel and how we’re getting out of here. He says the two suns – both of which are outside (binary system) are magnetic singularities. I shared this before a year or so ago. Anyway as they pull apart (due to magnetics) the field in between becomes a stargate – pulling us out of here. There’s also that Stargate MB showed a couple of years ago. Whether that is real or a projection, we don’t know – likely a projection of what’s outside. Anyway….time travel is really in our presence as I said and continues to be. We can time travel in – we can time travel out – putting us back on the ORIGINAL TIMELINE hence the birth of “a whole new world”.
I do feel thing’s shifted last night. Sleep was easier for all in this house and the energy feels lighter although I can still feeeeeeel that bubbling of energy that implodes into exposure in full. At the store tonight (more fruit) I was feeling some anxiety which continued until I was about halfway home, when I called out for some assistance. The radio station threw on a new song: It’s The End of The World – REM.
PERFECT.
And in that end there will be no people burning their garbage – no people using dryer sheets or heavily scented fake laundry soaps or no big farms who spray cow manure all over their fields allowing it filter into nearby neighborhoods thus causing watery eyes, coughing and toxic air. Seriously in need to live in near isolation – away from stupid and inconsideration.

So it seems that perhaps NOW my posts are going through to those of you who subscribe? Seems to be “hit and miss” now.
So how was the energy today? It was pretty light – although earlier today I was in emotional distress. A good cry/release of old energy helped clear that out. After that – it was smooth sailing. I had a very emotional reaction upon seeing our daughter’s friend over here today – the one who was suddenly unable to walk a week ago and had to go to the hospital and then to a specialist to determine the cause. Seeing her face – seeing her WALK (with a bit of a limp) – seeing her on a skateboard – just melted me. I greeted her, told her how much we prayed for her – how happy we were to see her walking and playing. You know. She smiled and said thank you – the way a child does. But I walked away, hand on my heart, crying – then sharing with my mate when he returned home later. Miracles. THIS is what all of this is really about – ending the targeting of our children. They leave them alone – they let us be as well. Our experience – without them in it.

He confronted the two in the front and was very angry – went right up to them – got in their faces – realized where he was so got out of the experience.

How are we feeling today? Last night I went to bed and was calm and centered. However I could not go to sleep. About 20 minutes into just lying there wondering why I couldn’t drift off, this wave of anxiety came over me, causing me to tremble. Don’t know what that was about. Today the energy had a “meh” feel to it. It feels as though the energy is transitioning back to chaotic. It is indeed back and forth now – or up and down – however you want to put it and after feeling a “lull” I feel we are picking up speed again.
I did a lot of physical things today to move the energy in my body, including wailing away on my punching bag. Unfortunately I have hit it so many times, it deflates after about 80 strikes, so I contacted the company and asked if I could just by the reflex bag instead of the entire unit. Dancing is helping me too. Some days, it’s yoga and stretching. Other days – like today – more physical movement is needed.

The energy lifted today and gone was the sense of intense anger and frustration. So some of those nasty f’ers likely got destroyed. I am grateful for that. When this happens – I and many of us feel it – usually by feeling agitation, anger, rage – which only makes sense as we have had to share this space w/them. So the Lioness is purring today – but no longer naïve that while we still are in their experience, she may need to roar again – or at least show some teeth. I was feeling forgiveness resulting from a sense of connection and gratitude as well. I recorded myself playing Purple Rain (on my digital piano which I finally pulled out of the closet and set up a couple of weeks ago) and will share it below. Something about that song brings me close energetically to those with whom I still need to finish up the forgiveness process. It also helps me feel connected with all of Humanity. It’s just one of those songs….kind of brings it all to center – to REAL….(and btw – that “hissing” sound you hear in the background for the first couple of minutes is my Instant Pot releasing – lol – made beef veggie soup for dinner)….
The physical feeling was pretty good too – I had good energy – at least up until around 8pm. The tired sensation returned – sleepiness – the need for solitude is strong and appetite is suddenly ravenous so after I fire off this post, I am going to grab a snack and binge watch some Little House. I’m no stranger to the term “relationships are hard”. Hard for me that is. I read something last night that spoke of the biggest factor in keeping two people connected is communication. (obviously – but it was written so beautifully) Authentic communication when both people are coming from their hearts. Where you feel heard – seen – truly listened to. I thought back to a couple of experiences of mine. One in the 90’s when I was married to someone else and atm, was desperate for emotional bonding with him. I spoke with a woman I had been getting to know and told her I would love to meet someone and instead of talking about what we each do for a living or the weather or blah blah we each share with one another our deepest pains and best dreams….REAL things….those things we usually keep for ourselves and only speak them aloud on dark nights alone with God.
What came out of her kind of surprised me: “Are you f’ing NUTS?! I would run away if someone ever did that.” Is there something wrong me, I thought? It was one of those moments I felt, again, like a stranger in a very strange land. I guess I’m just different, I thought as that has just been my nature – honesty, exploratory conversations.
Openness. To know I have been heard. I used to be a natural at this – in providing this with another. Today? Yeah, I know I carry a lot of pain – disappointment, anger and apathy – much I have kept to myself or kept inside and either unable or unwilling to let it go. I keep feeling – Love Heals and I cannot do it alone. I don’t want to either.
I recalled a friend from many years ago. We met when she was going through a divorce – and was having a “good time” so I was someone with whom she felt safe in sharing things she felt some of her other friends wouldn’t understand or be ok with. Sometimes I felt like there wasn’t much room for me and my “stuff” – but like I typically had always done – if it was a warm body wanting to talk, I was there. And she was fun and generous.
At one point I shared with her something I had only told a couple of other people. It was something significant – something that had had a strong impact on my life. Anyway so one afternoon she was visiting and I told her I had a new insight on this experience. She didn’t know what I was talking about so I said “remember….” and shared it with her briefly again. She said “oh things like that aren’t important to me so I don’t remember”. Wtf – I thought. Who says something like that? I was too afraid to state my opinion on her response, so I finished my point. She smiled and said “Cool! Is it my turn now?”
Is it “my turn now”? Yeah – I should have walked away after that. But life allowed for that when she found out I was a Trump supporter. lol
Anyway…..So tonight I reflect on relationships. How different are they on the outside – with no evil in the experience? How would – how will it be when we’re all free/healed from the trauma of this place? It is something I desire – a new me without all of this crap in my mind and body. Restored and healthy.
The experience and the energy today continues to feel “poking”. My level of frustration seems to increase and I feel I am now almost continuously “dumping out that cup” of whatever is inside it. I feel like we’re all now crammed into this place we don’t want to be in – desperately wanting out – desperately wanting different/new/better. Part of it is our stuff – part of it is just simply “them”.

No more sharing of anyone or any accounts that claim to have inside intel and are SHARING said intel. That is fake news working for the other side. PERIOD. As we know – ANY leaking of intel regarding current military ops is TREASONOUS. I am done feeding these monkeys.
I feel how important it is now to stay connected – to reach out in communication in order to help us through this stage. A song I wrote over 20 years ago – which at the time I wasn’t sure why I had written it and felt the “timing” for it wasn’t then – but I have been hearing a line from it in my mind lately so I feel the timing for this song is now: Reach to me and I’ll reach to you. Take my hand and hold on. Just hold on. And it will be alright.
I have another song going through my mind atm: I know there’s something going on….I know it won’t be long – won’t be long before THEY’RE gone…..(changed it up organically)…
Today the energy feels heavy. I can’t shake it so all I can do is distract myself from it. Face it for what it is too. THEM. Reacting. The need for alone time is absolutely necessary. Long periods of silence. That is how, for me, I ride out this storm I feel we are now smack dab in. Distraction when necessary too. Fun distraction. I cannot “hold it” like I once did. And honestly – I don’t feel we are supposed to. I either trust clean up is underway or I don’t. And given nothing is showing me or nudging me that the opposite is true, I am of the knowing that others (here and off world) are doing the actual physical “cleaning” and all I need to do is keep myself and my family cared for. And to be there for others in my tribe.
That’s it. I am not doing the “warrior up and get to work”. I already did that. For me I feel the only thing I ever really “needed” to do was to following my nudges and be in the Flow when it all guided me to SEE. Take that info and those experiences and share (again when nudged to do so).
What do “they” want? Attention – in the form of our worship or our fear.
Why give it?
I am rethinking some narratives I have heard by some big people in the movement. One that there is going to be a mass die-off of people – those who received the “j” and WE are going to be the new humans.
I’m not feeling that. Yes – people willingly took this experiment into their bodies – but by what Divine Purpose would it be to carry it out in full? WHAT DOES THAT SERVE and WHO? Love? Nope. That doesn’t feel like part of some Divinely Guided plan. I get the whole “this is war and with war there is loss”. And I get the “well THEY made the choice” blah blah – but how many times have we ALL done something we later regret? Aren’t we DONE with the whole “you made your bed now lie in it” b.s.?
So…..I am not feeling that they will get to see such a mass die off resulting from THEIR creation. SOMETHING will happen to stop that – just like SOMETHING has stepped in to stop the dam in china from collapsing – which was one of their agenda’s. We do have a LOT of protection in place now – so anything that feeds their “end game scenario” – I ain’t feeling it or sharing it. Remember – WE ARE GETTING OUR END. WE. US. Not “them”. This is all about US now. Our liberation. Our freedom. Nothing more – nothing less. All else is nonsense and of their creation to keep us focused ON them.

I have a few things to say but will first share a message posted on Lisa Gawlas’ facebook page today – as shared by her daughter:
This is Katt, or Michelle as my family calls me. I am making this post against the wishes of my brother Chris. He doesn’t want people to remember our mother as only her final act in life. Which I understand. But I believe in the power of the truth, and I believe that everyone who knew and loved Lisa deserves to know the truth. With how she lived her life and taught other to live theirs, I would like to believe she would agree with me that the truth is the best approach.
As all of you know, mom lived with me, here in Texas, for the past 7 months. During that time, she was in very constant and intense physical pain from her psoriatic arthritis, and the litany of other medical issues that she suffered from. She made many, many comments about “quitting” in order to end her pain. If y’all have followed our mother for a long enough time, or have read her book, you know that she was no stranger to suicidal ideations. She was very open about this to most people.
Mom and I had gotten into an argument (about dishes as most people who share a house argue over) and without even a thought, she decided that she didn’t want to live with me anymore and would rather go back to Virginia. I begged her to stay, and when she refused. I got angry and said things that I regret very deeply. Things I will run over and over again in my head for the rest of my life.
She told Chris via text that she would be heading to New Orleans, which was on the way to Virginia. However, instead of going south, she decided to head north. She got a hotel room in Rockdale, TX (a town that she undoubtedly chose because she loved rocks, I mean LOVED rocks!). She stayed in the hotel for two nights, and on the morning of the third day, she was found by hotel management. While we do not have the autopsy report back, the scene in the hotel room told a very precise story. She took a large amount of her pain pills, medicine that she normally would not take unless she was in severe pain. She left a note that simply said to call her son and whom to give her phone to.
I feel that all of you deserve to know the full truth, and I hope that you can all find closure in knowing. While we will always be left with many questions, I know one thing for sure, and that is that our mother is no longer suffering debilitating pain. She is now the energy that she loved so very much. And I pray that she is on the other side of the veil, beaming her light upon all of us.

My first hunch upon hearing Lisa had passed on was an “off” feeling. It didn’t feel like a natural passing.
It’s sad. It brings me right back to center – humble – thoughtful. As I mentioned I did not read her material regularly and wasn’t always so crazy about how she channeled – however – I always and I mean always appreciated her honesty. Her authenticity. Her humor. Her energy. I know she struggled with financial crap and chronic health/pain issues. This place is hard enough without those two challenges. So I understand why she reached that space where she just had “had enough”.
I wish for something different for us all – a feeling of safety. A knowing and a comfort that we can say and share anything we want without having someone tell us to feel different. I don’t know if Lisa planned this or just reached a place of total done and did this in just a moment of “that’s it” . I don’t know.
What I do know and feel so strongly is we owe it to one another to look out for one another – with the exact same comfort and kindness as we would a small child. We’re all doing the best we can – and not one of us can ever claim to know what another needs without asking.
Could this have been prevented? Maybe. Maybe not. I just wonder if there was something someone could have said – or done – offered – Love In Action – to help her. Could she have received the real physical healing and help her body needed if she had had the money?
Likely, yes.
My mate, as many of you know, lives in daily pain. Emotional/mental pain is something I am more familiar with – and with that – I can pull myself out of it. But physical pain? That is chronic. It may be lower some days – but it doesn’t ever go away. Those who deal with this daily without relief – wow. Just WOW, you know?
As one who knows what it feeeeeels like to put yourself out there – share your story, your thoughts and whatever else- and receive so little ($) in return…..and as one who knows what it feeeels like to struggle to understand much less master the art of making abundant amounts of money – well, I just conclude that in a different – better – environment – I feel Lisa would likely still be here.
But she isn’t.
So I reflect on that. Quietly and humbly. And all I can say is we gotta help one another and look after one another when we can.
