Are any of you finding it difficult to find anything that really nourishes your Soul?  Do you feel you are just engaged in distractions at this point?  After some of my recent conversations, seems many of us are just keeping ourselves distracted (from things playing out).  I ordered some unfinished wooden crafts for just that purpose.  I enjoy it but it is more than just about that – it’s about finding anything I can that feeeeeels nourishing and keeps my focus away from all of this evil and nonsense.  And fakery.

How are we feeling today?  Last night I went to bed and was calm and centered.  However I could not go to sleep.  About 20 minutes into just lying there wondering why I couldn’t drift off, this wave of anxiety came over me, causing me to tremble.  Don’t know what that was about.  Today the energy had a “meh” feel to it.  It feels as though the energy is transitioning back to chaotic.  It is indeed back and forth now – or up and down – however you want to put it and after feeling a “lull” I feel we are picking up speed again.

I did a lot of physical things today to move the energy in my body, including wailing away on my punching bag.  Unfortunately I have hit it so many times, it deflates after about 80 strikes, so I contacted the company and asked if I could just by the reflex bag instead of the entire unit.  Dancing is helping me too.  Some days, it’s yoga and stretching.  Other days – like today – more physical movement is needed.

The energy lifted today and gone was the sense of intense anger and frustration.  So some of those nasty f’ers likely got destroyed.  I am grateful for that.  When this happens – I and many of us feel it – usually by feeling agitation, anger, rage – which only makes sense as we have had to share this space w/them.  So the Lioness is purring today – but no longer naïve that while we still are in their experience, she may need to roar again – or at least show some teeth.  I was feeling forgiveness resulting from a sense of connection and gratitude as well.  I recorded myself playing Purple Rain (on my digital piano which I finally pulled out of the closet and set up a couple of weeks ago) and will share it below.  Something about that song brings me close energetically to those with whom I still need to finish up the forgiveness process.  It also helps me feel connected with all of Humanity.  It’s just one of those songs….kind of brings it all to center – to REAL….(and btw – that “hissing” sound you hear in the background for the first couple of minutes is my Instant Pot releasing – lol – made beef veggie soup for dinner)….

The physical feeling was pretty good too –  I had good energy – at least up until around 8pm.  The tired sensation returned – sleepiness – the need for solitude is strong and appetite is suddenly ravenous so after I fire off this post, I am going to grab a snack and binge watch some Little House.  Thank you all for your comments.  I love reading them.

When Trump stated 500 miles that means go to Q drop 500. In that Q drop it states DEFCON 1. Sometimes a date or time is important because a year or two ago to that date there was a message dropped relevant to now. That is what “future proves past” often means. They have a quantum computer and other means that helped them place clues and drops before their time, to use at a later date. I believe yesterday Hawaii bases went dark and locked down. Subs were deployed and there was a bomb threat or actual one. The MSM down played it. From what I hear, the “event” will last 3 days as per The Day of Pigs duration. Then 10 days of darkness which will trigger military control known, all coms down, EBS activated and during that time all governments, lawyers, courts and police etc will be fully overthrown (the good retrained in Constitutional Law.) The Quantum financial, health etc systems will be fully activated. After the initial awakening of the masses Trump will be fully reinstated with all duties (military and administrative.) From what I hear, there has not been as much damage to our country as what we have been led to believe. Optics are important. Although the war “ was won before it started”, we must still pray for minimal damage. Pray for our military and Q operatives. Pray for people around the world.
