Poor guy. And a smack of shame on people laughing at him. I remember the first time I went on stage – talent show – and was playing my songs for the first time in public. After almost 15 years of playing in front of crowds but always as the accompanist or part of a band, the spotlight was on me. When I walked out on stage, my entire body was shaking like that, including my sustain pedal leg. I don’t know how I pulled it off, but I did. Standing ovation at the end took that anxiety and crushed it.
I’ve been hibernating, doing word finds. After having another phone call appt. that kind of just spun around in circles, needing to do more digging and “finding out” while my brain screams at me NO, my body has responded saying “REST NOW”, I listened. The feels – and that full moon energy – which amped up both myself and my daughter last night physically. I felt I needed to run off the energy – move my legs – which I did (moved my legs – I didn’t go for a run lol). It was strange too, and came on suddenly. I always take magnesium as well as spray it on the bottoms of my feet every night, so it wasn’t that. The moon and I just don’t align – not since I began questioning what it was – then it stopped feeling good to me. It went from feeling those blissful states to “ok, she sees us – she knows what this place is- let’s aim the beam her way and agitate her”. When you know, you know. I really had to fight it off last night – the most intense experience I’ve had w/that object. And no coincidence it is in that build-up for tonight’s eclipse, blood moon ugh. I just don’t participate. Already gave away far too much of my energy for those bastards.

Like Wendy said in St. Elmo’s Fire, sometimes there’s nothing like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Well, that’s more or less what she said. Been years since I partook.
Anyone noticing being out in public has become more painful? The lights, especially? I may need to wear sunglasses. And anyone in my personal space these days feels like a huge violation. Tonight I was so grumpy and exhausted at the store, some guy came right up behind me, something around him smelled like onions that made my head and stomach swirl, so I gave him a frown and said, “Jesus, can you just back away, thank you”. I’m like HELLO PERSONAL SPACE.
I’m also in no space to recycle anymore. I used to clean things out, separate, blah blah blah. Today? It goes in the trash. I also have no desire to keep things neat and tidy and organized in my cupboards. For example, it was pointed out to me that there are 3 jars of nuts and who knows how many mason jars of round crackers. I know I have several bags of tummy soothers in the cupboard, opened, thrown in there haphazardly. I know my vitamin/homeopathic remedy cabinet is a MESS. I. do. not. care. I will, however, clean/disinfect my refrigerator on the inside, clean/sterilize the bathroom, including the floor, vacuum, and keep my plants watered. Spray my homemade peppermint room spray throughout the house. But everything else? Do not care. I threw out what was once grapes. I think. Nowhere does this “do not care” show up more than inside my closet. 😳😂
An interesting end-game marker for me. My store receipt. The 7/11 has been a reminder for me over the last few years – and it has returned again. My total (outrageous amount as always) was 117. Even. Then I return home, see a video below that happens to be 1:17. You know, these things don’t do what they once did. I’m kind of like “whatev’s” on it all. You know?

Earlier this week, the Guardian revealed it was likely that the number of suicides linked to domestic abuse were being vastly underreported in England and Wales, with up to 1,500 victims each year.
Official figures collated by the National Police Chiefs’ Council put that figure at 98 last year – but it still exceeded the number of intimate partner homicides for the second year running.
The campaigner Karen Ingala Smith said: “That we don’t even know how many women taken their lives because of men’s violence is to our society’s shame and reflects how little women’s lives matter. Every woman who ends her own life will have taken many other steps to try to end the abuse before she reaches that point. We need to stop letting women down and make sure there are adequate routes to safety.”
I saw this – loved it – refined it to make it my own – giving credit to this wonderful woman who is doing so much good for people healing from trauma’s. The top 10 things not to say to the survivors.
You’re stuck in your victim modality. (Dismissing/minimizing the experience)

You’re being too sensitive. You need to change your thinking. (Pathologizing normal trauma response)

Feelings aren’t facts. Let’s reframe the thought. (Over-reliance on cognitive techniques)
Sit with the discomfort. Push through it. (Forcing exposure or emotional overload)
Everything happens for a reason. (Toxic positivity)
Just breathe through it. Have you tried meditation? (Ignoring the Nervous System and Somatic experience)
It is what it is. You have to work with the system as designed. (Dismissing system/institutional harm)
You have trust issues. You need to work on your attachment wounds. (Using therapeutic jargon to avoid accountability)

As one who has been pointing out the 9-5 pay-to-live enslavement game for YEARS, it makes me happy to see so many talking about it now. People are seeing it for the scam it is, asking themselves, “This is all there is? What’s the point?” Seriously – there cannot be any other way for us to live and create?
It’s all “they” had to offer us. And the people are saying “NO THANK YOU”. Mostly the younger generations. The older generations are still a bit stuck in the “I got mine, you go get yours if you fail at that YOU are the problem” narrative. The concept of “free” = communism, another narrative that was heavily pushed on the silent generation and baby boomers. I remember once telling my dad that communism wasn’t the problem. None of the “isms” were. When in the hands of criminals, the intent would never be followed. That was the one and only time he didn’t respond back to me over a political conversation we had been having through email.
I feel we are in a totally different space on the bottleneck timeline we continue to traverse. I feel a little bit of a “push” happened. I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to birth this damn cork we seem to be glued to. Nonetheless, I felt a bit of a shift. Here’s what I am seeing.

Some days now, let me tell you…….the challenge is real.
Turning on the radio, listening to a public radio host talking with high school students, being used as political propaganda. Letting these kids protest at events that often turn violent. The host asking how these kids identify, what their pronouns are.
KIDS.
Brainwashed. Propagandized. Being used. The reporter was asking them questions – prompting them to provide the answers she was seeking.
So much for “neutral” journalism.
An entire generation of kids is being given one-sided bullshit. Hearing them speak, clearly missing information. If they’re 18 and in college, let them get involved. But these are KIDS – some of the boys whose voices have not yet changed. They are being used, participating in protests, we all know, often turn violent. If something happens to one of these kids, do they really think these “journalists” would care? They would use the situation to incite further division, agenda-promoting. That child would be USED.
Just as they are now.
Some of it found its way to my child years ago when she was being asked (unbeknownst to me) if she was “comfortable in her assigned gender” by local parents who were subjecting her to Rue Paul Drag Queen videos. If I could jump on one of Elon’s rockets that were guaranteed to get us the fuch out of here, I would. In a heartbeat. For now, I’m listening to Never My Love. Brandy. Into The Mystic. Things were hidden back then, of course. But there was still an innocence that has been consumed by all that is wrong with this reality.
Where were all of these people 20 years ago when O’B made it f’ing LEGAL to report FALSE NEWS? Isn’t that the epitome of fascism?
Who is teaching these kids? If they were being taught well, these kids would ask themselves: If we are really under an agenda of fascism, why am I being allowed to come out here and protest? ANY fascist dictator would have rounded up every protestor and put an end to protests, which, btw, the Constitution says nothing about protesting, but instead Peaceably Assemble. First Amendment, which does not protect those engaged in riots and violence. I wonder how many of these kids have been taught this?
Apparently, we’re going to see more and more of this. It’s a movie. It’s fake. But there is harm being done. And when that harm involves the kids, that’s when it’s time to say ENOUGH.
Then I see some guy say that landlords and feminism ruined this country. I believe there’s a deeper layer there. The Patriarchy is behind that. There was no balance. It was all masculine-oriented, with pay to live and compete to live. As a woman, I would never have come up with that idea. What the patriarch did was infiltrate the feminist movement, which resulted in women handing over their babies to the state (day cares), giving the system more tax $$, and other than that, changed NOTHING about this patriarchal system of competition over connection.

Her entire world began to shatter after the death of our beloved G.D., then convid hit, she lost friends and activities. People wouldn’t come around. Masked faces and covered hands in plastic were everywhere. That was hard enough on adults. The mind fuck that did to our kids? Jesus…

And even IF by chance I happen to enjoy my work, I am still engaged in the same. damn. routine. every. fucking. day. Week after week, month after month, year after year, being told it’s my fault if I can’t save enough to retire, which is when I can REALLY “enjoy” my life.” What child EVER would come up with THAT idea? NONE. ZERO. N E V E R. Make it make sense? You can’t. Because our way of living is the definition OF insanity.
