I sit down to type and share. This place continues to feel more foreign to me. Where is the Life spark? My girl and I went to get some holiday wrapping paper tonight. The store had Christmas music literally blasting. It was so loud, so overwhelming, I grabbed what I needed and got in line. Tried having a conversation with the clerks, who were talking amongst themselves about movies. They were from my generation. And I just couldn’t seem to make an energetic match, you know? I tried and in the end as I turned to leave, I was the one who had to say “goodbye”. So I sat down here to type and share as I said, sighing, wondering where it is I belong, feeling that at a deeper level, carrying that heavy knowing since I was a child. Where oh where is that place I call Home? As I ponder this, a lady bug (favorite of mine) lands in front of me on my desk, crawls around on my pennies and reminds me to keep going. Then as I check out the happenings, because I keep being told today that “this is it – it’s on” and I roll my eyes because I’ve heard this for years and at this point on this journey of whatever the hell “IT” really is, those words are like little knives to my Nervous system. So instead of seeing those alleged happenings, I see this first one and just like the lady bug, I give thanks to whatever it is that is actually REAL and DIVINE that is seeing me, reminding me to keep the faith, keep my focus and keep. going.

This issue became personal for me…I’ve been told I make too much to apply for SSI – which honestly is no biggie to me – I don’t want to go on any sort of disability even though I have the requirements – I just want the right to work at employment I can do – the right to support myself. Something felt like it changed overnight. A sense, plus I was up at 6am doing yoga. I couldn’t sleep. It’s like everything is off. Sleep schedule. Eating. Then the weather today was unheard of as in spectacular, as in I went for a bike ride, as in almost 70 degrees. And the sun felt hot – warmer than usual – certainly for this time of year. While the Democrats and their Mockingbird Media counterparts have tried to distract you with the fake Jeffrey Epstein-Trump birthday card as part of their new hoax, the NY Times released a bombshell report today detailing Epstein’s relationship with JPMorgan and named several names of Epstein alleged associates including Benjamin Netanyahu, Barack Obama, the Rockefellers, the Pritzkers and more.
I put together the key bullet points from the story:
Epstein introduced JPMorgan executives to men who would become lucrative clients such as Google co-founder Sergey Brin, and to global leaders, like Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel. In 2011, Epstein granted JPMorgan’s investment bankers in Israel an audience with Netanyahu. A bank spokesman said JPMorgan “neither needed nor sought Epstein’s help for meetings with any government leaders.” –
Epstein in the words of close friend, former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak, was a collector of people. –
Epstein told JPMorgan legal counsel that prominent names could vouch for his character. “Go talk to Bill Gates about me,” Epstein said at one point. –
Epstein told a JPMorgan chief executive he managed money for the Rockefellers. –
A 2003 JPMorgan internal report put Epstein’s net worth at about $300 million. The report, which hasn’t previously been disclosed, noted that Epstein’s occupation was advising wealthy individuals like Leslie H. Wexner, the billionaire operator of brands like Victoria’s Secret and the Limited. However, bank documents at the time did not list any other clients.
JPMorgan also provided financial backing for alleged Epstein co-conspirator Jean-Luc Brunel who allegedly trafficked victims via his MC2 modeling agency. –

I was mindlessly dusting a week or so ago when I heard that phrase go through my mind about him wanting to be known as a good man rather than a great man:

So I am still seeing signs where people could really step it up with this awakening, in particular their hearts, being more sensitive and gracious to certain topics – including trauma. There was a recent article discussing adults use of pacifiers – which I realize probably has some perversion behind it – for some that is – however when we look past that – we can use this as an opportunity to talk about trauma and what people use to self-soothe themselves. From doing drugs to drinking alcohol to eating cookies and ice cream, from binge shopping (or as I call it – retail therapy) to even causing mild physical harm, we humans have ALL engaged in harmful behaviors to soothe ourselves, our wounds, our pain. When I see others engaged in mocking or name calling, that’s when I see the chance for dialogue, the chance to say hey let’s remove the judgment from this and look at that very. real. concept. that we’ve all been harmed by this reality. Everyone has some trauma, some wounds needing to be healed. Processed and released. Male. Female. Young. Old. Doesn’t matter, does it? No one escapes those experiences here.
Then there was an uproar over an image shared by Donald Trump Jr. showing a doctored image of his father throwing a lime green dildo onto a WNBA Basketball court, off the roof of the White House. Apparently, a couple of young adult males did this and were arrested for it at an actual WNBA game recently. Why DT Jr. had the urge to share this image, I haven’t a clue, but I found it insensitive and grossly inappropriate. Women have long been the gender most mis-treated here, sexualized. Most rapes and violent crime are men on women. That’s just the facts. As a woman, I want to see a MAN sharing an image of another MAN throwing a dildo onto a basketball court where women are playing. I don’t see the point. Am I missing some context here? Why wasn’t this kept private, away from the eyes of younger kids? Why was it allowed to be shared on social media? I didn’t even know of this incident until my daughter asked me about it, prompting me to have a conversation with her that frankly, in some ways, her mind was not yet ready to understand. So yeah – this mama has a few words to say. DJT Jr: You are in your 40’s. This is behavior reserved for those with an under-developed frontal cortex, i.e. kids, who need some parental guidance. Perhaps THINK with your adult mind and FEEL with your heart before putting something like that out there – especially when you have millions following you. And perhaps remember the words above of John F. Kennedy Jr – be known as a GOOD man. Your recent behavior has kicked you out of that concept for now – but there’s always time to own and remedy.
Sigh. Someday ego’s will be replaced by thoughtful compassion, or at least thoughtful compassion will rise above the ego. For now, on we go.

Took a trip to the local box store and stopped in at the electronics section on the way out. What did my 60/70/80’s eyes see? Turn tables. DVD’s. And actual VINYL (record albums). 5th Dimension. Aretha Franklin. Just two small sections, but enough to take me back several decades when things were so much more fun and purer, my hands running through the albums like a grandmother going through her recipes in search of that family vegetable soup recipe. It’s a technique, isn’t it? And like riding a bike, it all came back to me. Suddenly I was a teenager in the local record store again looking for that one album I just had to have. Inspired, I pulled out my phone, went to youtube and put on Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In.
Nice escape from the crazy of the world. I hope to see more of this technological return. VHS tapes. Cassette tapes. For now, let yourself slip away to an easier, simpler time as you go through today’s finds.
