Sudden death of brilliant young lawyer has friends reeling

editor’s note:  i read that this young man was judge varlan’s clerk ~ the judge that presided over heather and randy’s case in TN.  that means he saw/heard/read all.  and now at 28 he’s dead of a heart attack??  i must say reading his organs were harvested for donation was disturbing….

Betty Bean

It was Saturday morning in Memphis, and a big crowd had gathered on the banks of the Mississippi for the May 26 Great American River Run, a half marathon. Someone snapped a picture of participant 1127, the Hernando de Soto Bridge swooping across the water behind him. He’s wearing lime green shorts, a royal blue T-shirt and sunglasses and a big, happy grin.

He had reason to smile. A year after graduating first in his class from the University of Tennessee College of Law with the highest grades ever recorded, Spenser Powell, 28, had the world on a string. He was about to begin a clerkship with a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals and had a great job awaiting him in Nashville when his clerkship was done. He’d gotten himself in top physical shape and was happily in love with Elizabeth Holland, a recent UT law graduate who is studying for the bar exam.

Spenser Powell a few hours before he collapsed 200 yards short of the finish line of a half marathon in his hometown of Memphis

His future was bright and limitless as the sunshine in his face.

Some two hours later, he would collapse 200 yards short of the finish line.

Three days later, Powell – respected for his intelligence, revered for his kindness and loved for his humility – was pronounced dead. His funeral will be held Saturday (6/9). His family announced that his organs have been harvested for donation.

fed res, et. al.

my love and gratitude for spenser, and tranquility and grace to his loved ones
p. s. we have been in lockdown since saturday… numerous 24-75+ lockdowns since prison reform summit… tablet died as i was writing BZ a detailed report for marshal and pam spees (CCR)… and requesting an immediate appearance of the us marshal at RDWDF to speak to each of the female fed inmates and get detailed accouts of the offenses directly, although i have observed many done… but tablet “died” just as i was sending

… the us marshal, et. al. , are liable/responsible for the well being, rather lack of well bieng, descrimination, and other human rights abuses committed by RDWDF employees against the female fed inmates. … us marshal is either unaware, or dropped the ball here, as the domestic and global human tafficking, slavery, money laundering, etc. , operations are wound down now

… if it is the latter, apparently, more responsible and caring beings are required to step in now to ensure/insure only well being is experienced… by all <3 br=””>
call everyone as soon as i can… i now have fully charged tablet

love all

Senate: Two-Tiered Justice System in FBI Clinton/Trump Investigations

editor’s note:  the obvious question is:  now what?  aren’t we just done with this never-ending pulling off of a band-aid?  how much longer is this shit going to take?  criminals doing whatever they want, walking free while we have a former fbi agent set to testify found dead (will link next).  this is war and in war rules and laws go out the window.  too much suffering, harm and the like is going on.  bring on the big guns and get this shithole cleaned up already!  you will note the legend in the article detailing the fbi agents in contact w/reporters, which was also included in a recent Q drop.

i do appreciate the ending statement:  “Mr. Comey’s attorney tells us he is out of the country, although I saw he was in Iowa over the weekend,” Grassley stated in his opening statement. “According to his twitter feed, he seems to be having a wonderful time. This is the second time since he was fired that Mr. Comey refused an invitation to testify here voluntarily. He has time for book tours and television interviews, but apparently no time to assist this Committee, which has primary jurisdiction over the Justice Department.”

absolutely to that!

IG Horowitz, FBI Director Wray Grilled by Lawmakers

***DEVELOPING STORY***

Chairman Charles Grassley (R-IA) of the Senate Judiciary Committee outlined the stark double standard at Monday’s much anticipated hearing on the FBI’s handling of its investigations into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server for government business and the bureau’s highly partisan investigation into alleged collusion between Russia and President Donald Trump’s campaign.

Grassley stated “justice should be blind” but contended that it was not in the case in the FBI’s handling of the Clinton and Trump investigations. He noted that based on the evidence collected in the 568-page report released by Inspector General Michael Horowitz last week, along with information and evidence collected by numerous Congressional committees, evidence of bias against Trump was insurmountable.

Grassley stressed, “most of the time, evidence of political bias is not so explicit. The details in this report confirm what the American people have suspected all along. Hillary Clinton got the kid-glove treatment.”

“I’m not buying that the Clinton email investigation is on the up and up…”

Grassley stressed, “most of the time, evidence of political bias is not so explicit. The details in this report confirm what the American people have suspected all along. Hillary Clinton got the kid-glove treatment.”

“The contrast to the Russia probe is stark,” Grassley stated. “The biggest difference, of course, is the appointment of a Special Counsel. Attorney General (Loretta) Lynch refused to appoint one. The appearance of political influence was inevitable.”

Horowitz and FBI Director Christopher Wray were grilled by lawmakers during the hours-long hearing, which consisted of questioning regarding the use of FBI informants in investigations, the handling of the Clinton investigation, and the extraordinary bias in the FBI by senior special agents in the field.

Workers from more than 40 charity organizations exploited refugee children and women in West Africa by trading food for sex, according to a leaked report — that the United Nations has known about for 16 years.

The disturbing scandal is laid out in an 84-page report produced in 2001 by researchers for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and Save the Children working at refugee camps in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia.

The report was handed over to the UNHCR in 2002 but only a summary of the allegations was published.

Identified in it are 40 organizations “whose workers are alleged to be in sexually exploitative relationships with refugee children,” according to The Times in the UK, which obtained a copy of the full report.

Aid workers were “among the prime sexual exploiters of refugee children, often using the very humanitarian assistance and services intended to benefit refugees as a tool of exploitation.”

They allegedly traded basic needs — like food, oil, access to education and plastic sheeting for shelters — for sex.

Women at a camp in Guinea told the researchers, “In this community, no one can get corn soya blend without having sex first. They say, ‘A kilo for sex,’” the Sun reported.

Q Anon for 6/16/18

editor’s note:  looks like we have a big dump showing, according to wikileaks, all of those alleged to have colluded w/the HRC and DNC 2016 campaign.  i would venture all names have an indictment upon their heads. the podesta group closed its doors in november of 2017.  indictments made on 11/6 and 11/3 according to the drop below by HUBER, w/the anon’s alleging huma and podesta were those two indictments.  the HUBER = DOJ (no DC) is in reference to the hiring of HUBER by Sessions gives clearance for HUBER (US Attorney from Utah) to act outside of DC (without the DC swamp/congress).

Trump: IG report wrong, ‘scum on top’ at FBI

BY MAX GREENWOOD –

Trump: IG report wrong, 'scum on top' at FBI

President Trump on Friday declared that the conclusion of a report by the Justice Department’s internal watchdog was “wrong,” insisting that it showed that top FBI officials acted with political bias against him.

“The end result was wrong. I mean, there was total bias,” Trump said in an interview from the White House lawn with “Fox & Friends,” pointing to text messages from FBI official Peter Strzok disclosed in the report.

The report by the Justice Department’s inspector general “was a horror show,” Trump said, and its conclusion “was ridiculous.”

The president had sought to distance himself from the FBI under Comey, and said that he would win a poll of the “real FBI” — “not the scum on top.”

“If you took a poll at the FBI, [I would win],” Trump said. “I mean the real FBI, not the scum on top.”

The president also said the report “totally exonerates” him of any wrongdoing.

Donald Trump, Two Americas And The Tale Of Two American Flags, And Why He Will Eventually Resign!!! (He Cannot Share With You This Information For Reasons Of National Security)

editor’s note: most of us are aware we are a corporation ~ not a true republic.  we will know we are truly a peace time republic when this flag is flown:  Image result for peacetime flag usa

so for now, i take this article with some discernment – the proof will be in the flag (for me).  of interest ~ all along i have felt POTUS will not serve out a full term.  i never felt wrong doing – just stepping into a new role.  maybe that’s what my feel has been telling me – stepping out of the US Inc and into the Republic of the USA.

Donald Trump, Two Americas And The Tale Of Two American Flags, And Why He Will Eventually Resign!!! (He Cannot Share With You This Information For Reasons Of National Security)

1.  There are two United States… the corporation, and the republic;  the corporation is a fictitious entity, and the republic is a people… are you with me so far?

2.   The united states corporate flag (admiralty law) has yellow fringes.

Image result for donald trump flag

The united states flag for the republic does not have yellow fringes.

3.   As seen in this photo… Donald Trump ran in the US election for the CORPORATION…. are you with me still?

4.  As Donald announces flag day… I could not help but notice there were no yellow fringes… that is because he is celebrating the flag of the republic not the corporation… okay still with me, this gets very interesting….

North Korea begins returning remains of missing US troops from Korean War, Trump says

editor’s note:  this is so beautiful and sad all at once.  tune in to just the energy of this notion and wow…..closure while opening up a new chapter for Peace.

******

North Korea has begun returning the remains of missing U.S. troops from the Korean War, President Donald Trump said Friday morning during an interview with Fox & Friends.

President Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un agreed Tuesday to return the remains of U.S. military personnel who were missing in action during the Korean War.

In a statement signed by both Trump and Kim during the historic summit in Singapore, the two countries agreed to the “immediate repatriation” of those fallen service members who are already identified.

Roughly 7,800 Americans remain unaccounted for from the 1950-1953 war. The Korean military conflict technically lasted from 1950 to 1953 but was ended with a truce, not a peace treaty.

Of those 7,800 Americans, 5,300 are believed to have been lost in battles in North Korea or prisoner-of-war camps.
