What do I want? A FREQUENCY EVENT that opens UP the new world ALREADY THERE. Feeeeeeeeeels is stronger than it’s ever been.

12.13.25 ~ A Few Finds. THE SUM OF ALL FEARS. Reflecting on our Nervous System, healing and this reality.

Hey everyone.

So – are we all in agreement that sleep is not the antidote to our constant exhaustion? Our nervous systems have been a constant target here. From world stage happenings to disclosure to the war on our minds to the poisons to the targeted attacks to just being trapped in this pay to live reality of totalitarian bullshit, we are in survival mode and have been for who knows how long. Our nervous systems, who don’t do well in such an environment, have become wired to live this way and depending on who you are and your experience here, your background, your families and connections and locations and choices, some are having it easier, some more difficult.

The nervous system as I have said is like the wiring harness of the car. If all of the wires aren’t properly connected or in good shape, your car is going to feel it. Doesn’t matter if you put on new tires or new brakes or clean it up with natural cleaner, if the wiring system isn’t functioning properly, you’re going to have a car that can often be sluggish and unpredictable. This is why supplements alone aren’t enough. Diet. Exercise. While important, they only offer SUPPORT. To heal, the nervous system needs more than just support. It needs to begin to feel SAFE.

Healing happens in micro moments. Focused intention on what’s going on within. Find where there’s tension – ask what is needed. Movement? Warmth? A gentle rub?

Micro-moments. Moments of certain breathing techniques. Mindful movements. Placing gentle pressure on certain parts of the body. Yoga and stretching. Humming. Tones. Eye movements. Pausing before entering and exiting places. Focus on neutral or pleasing scenes. Identifying where you are and what you see. Asking the body what it needs and be prepared to talk to the nervous system in the way it needs – via sensation. And acceptance.

And realize sometimes, nothing works. And when that’s your situation, just sit with that.

All that said, this reality doesn’t support our nervous systems. It commands us to be robotic and tough. Survival of the fittest was never about our needs. It was always about competition and who is the toughest in the game.

I say FUCH THAT.

12.10.25 ~ And “GOLD SHALL DESTROY THE FED”. CENTRAL CASTING. Sharing an interesting experience and some Finds.

I was out front just after sunset changing the batteries on my lights. I hear the voice of a little girl, about 5 or so. “Oh, you SCARED me!” I look down and see she’s talking to me. I smiled and apologized, saying I was sorry I scared her. I was changing the batteries for my Christmas lights. She began chatting with me, saying I looked like a doll with my pretty hair. I thanked her, adjusting the settings on my lights. She continued to talk in that way 5 year old little girls do. Excited. Zero censorship button. She then went on to tell me I looked like a cartoon character, which I found interesting because, you know, that whole simulation theory how we’re all really just characters inside a game. So I said, “Oh really? What kind of a cartoon character?”

“A princess!” she said.

I thanked her for not saying I looked like foghorn leghorn or something. Her mom was there at this point, laughing along with me. The talk turned to American Girl dolls before she decided she was done with the conversation, returned to her bike ride and continued on her way.

A nice little conversation in an otherwise interesting day, which for me is feeling like a Shift has taken place this week. Time speeding up. We are also having very unusual weather – as in unheard of. 60’s. With sun. I was out front sweeping pine needles in yoga pants and a tank top, looking at my tree inside thinking I was in Florida. I’ll take MUCH more of that.

AI: Can we trust it? (my answer: NO) Some finds and a reflection/experience.

I found this page on social media that I started following a few weeks ago. She has excellent information that is put together and laid out in a way that is, well, perfect. Almost too perfect. And given this is being done a few times each day, as a writer myself, I’m wondering “how is she doing this?” So I decided to plug in some of the text in an AI detector – two of them. The results? Clearly created by human.

So I decided to test the AI by putting in some of my writings. The results? Created by human with AI help in the yellow highlighted areas.

W T F?

I wrote every one of those words on my own.

I don’t know about you, but I have seen some who rely on AI who are feeeeeling and beginning to sound like AI. There’s a lack of emotion. It’s as though I am talking with a computer. And given the nature of this reality now – unless someone is literally hiding out in a bubble – if you aren’t feeling this psychological war and reeling from the effects at least now and then – well give me your formula! lol And tell me how you’re sleeping. With the amount of magnesium I am taking and putting on the bottoms of my feet I should be slipping into la la land and STAYING there until my brain says “ok enough” then wakes up refreshed and ready to go. These days it takes me 30 minutes or more to mentally motivate myself in the morning to rise and shine.

Well, in my case, rise. Until I remind myself to shine for my girl so I do that. Even though seeing her sweet face each day brings out my Shine.

Anyway, isn’t that strange how the AI thinks I used it to write? And looked at perfectly crafted content that is nudging my inner instincts that are saying AI and saying “NO AI HERE”?

Not buying it.

Moving on.

I continue to learn more about my nervous system. Things like trauma response, where I’m becoming clear on when I am getting lost in that so I can make a different choice. Things like trauma bond which is just UGH – breaking that spell. And learning, for the first time, that things like trust and safety are built – slowly. That I don’t have to dive in quickly (which is a trauma response). That I can reveal slowly. That I can trust slowly. The perfect loaf of bread is not made or baked quickly. Slow and steady.

Now I want homemade bread with butter.

Tonight I wished upon a Star I couldn’t see (cloud cover). Am I too old to ask for a Christmas Wish? I don’t think so. I would like employment that pays my bills where I don’t have to use a computer or smart phone or any of “their” technology. Tree hugging or observing lady bugs or rehabilitating butterflies.

Or portal out to new earth. Escape to new earth.

Yeah. That.

12.6.25 ~ Today’s Finds & Headlines. We are in that space called Limbo With Awareness.

I sit down to type and share. This place continues to feel more foreign to me. Where is the Life spark? My girl and I went to get some holiday wrapping paper tonight. The store had Christmas music literally blasting. It was so loud, so overwhelming, I grabbed what I needed and got in line. Tried having a conversation with the clerks, who were talking amongst themselves about movies. They were from my generation. And I just couldn’t seem to make an energetic match, you know? I tried and in the end as I turned to leave, I was the one who had to say “goodbye”. So I sat down here to type and share as I said, sighing, wondering where it is I belong, feeling that at a deeper level, carrying that heavy knowing since I was a child. Where oh where is that place I call Home? As I ponder this, a lady bug (favorite of mine) lands in front of me on my desk, crawls around on my pennies and reminds me to keep going. Then as I check out the happenings, because I keep being told today that “this is it – it’s on” and I roll my eyes because I’ve heard this for years and at this point on this journey of whatever the hell “IT” really is, those words are like little knives to my Nervous system. So instead of seeing those alleged happenings, I see this first one and just like the lady bug, I give thanks to whatever it is that is actually REAL and DIVINE that is seeing me, reminding me to keep the faith, keep my focus and keep. going.

I seem to go back and forth between needing to cry my heart and soul out – to centered again – to numb and needing to escape this OH MY GOD SO artificially FAKE horrifically dark dystopian reality.

Strange happenings.  Had a sense it’s only going to get more bizarre.  Remember Q said the deeper we go the stranger it all becomes (paraphrasing).  Indeed.  Today on a walk we walked by a house we’ve walked by hundreds of times.  Never seen the person who lives there – and in fact we thought it was just a home used for show.  Today however there was a woman standing on the front porch – watching us with a glare which I tried to shift with a nod and a smile.  The glare and staring continued so my instincts said to power up – which I did with an assertive “HI” – something I’ve N E V E R done nor ever felt called TO do.  But I did – and once I said the word it was as though this person “turned on” – smiled a force smile and said in almost a robotic-type voice “HI” back – a near mimic of the way I said it.  Even my girl said “mom what was THAT?!”

We ain’t in Kansas.  We never were.

I haven’t figured this one out yet – but this is probably the most bizarre thing I’ve heard him say.  Referencing to Time Travel and timelines and how once back into the future where we belong we are in heaven (home).  Or perhaps heaven is “their” dimension and Home is ours.  ?  Strange thing to say – nothing to get him into heaven.

 

Or because as many have theorized – there are two Trumps.  Some say the original was one of them – died in a helicopter crash in the 80’s – and was replaced by the one we see today – inserted into the timeline.  I’m wondering too – to expand on what I said – we know religion is a lie/narrative – and perhaps Trump is pointing people in that direction by his reference to heaven.  Still so many who believe the only way to Heaven (God) is by worshipping Jesus and claiming him as savior and if you don’t do that you ain’t getting in – when it’s a metaphor (god is within – we are our own saviors).

 

 

And the governor, the mayor and well pretty much the entire left side of the political spectrum claim there isn’t a problem here.  This guy is out on the streets every day, showing otherwise.  He used to work in Social Services – 25 years.

 

 

Circle goes into negative territory……..Awakening – we have seen outside – now let’s really remember Who We Are – who we were – before this imprisonment.

 

 

We are not evolving – we are waking up and Remembering and Standing and Reclaiming – my goodness the need for me to be absolutely alone in this process is intense now – and if i don’t make that time – my inside screams for it:
