3.1.24 ~ Finds…………Some reflecting……….

So – the calendar says, “hey I’m here – it’s march – bringing forth the season of longer, sunnier days.”  Well, we gots the longer days – but all I saw this morning when I woke up was the white stuff.  🙄  At least it quickly melted.

I couldn’t sleep last night.  I was wired.  I had taken my magnesium – plenty of water/fluids – deep breathing/stretching and all that.  My mind and body had something different in mind than sleeping.  My girl had the same experience.

The truth of everything and everyone continues to be seen.  As I began to sense a few years ago – the closer we got to the “end” not only would rest/body care become top priority but also the more others “true colors” would be seen.

Here’s what I’m seeing today.  Feeeeeeeeeeeling/sensing another “lull” – quiet.  How are all of you doing?

2.28.24 ~ Check in/synch and domino finds……….

 

FEEEEEEEEEEEL meter:  8.9 out of 10 on the intense scale.  Anxiety – but don’t know if it’s all mine to be honest.  Kind of outside of that space – but still feeeeeeeeeeeeling it given my need to see/know (see below fmi on that).  Body needing to feel safe as that has been an experience that has been very much missing this go-around.  Loving self – upmost importance.

I have been seeing 11:44 again – daily.  Getting quite noticeable.  The urgency to just “get it done” is at a new level.  Saw this and absolutely align:

I just continue to peer in to get those markers to let me know where we are.  I know some – have walked away altogether and are just in let it go/trust.  I’m not like that (i’d sure like to be some days). I’ve always been the one who wants to see and know what’s going on (although from the back of the theatre with many empty seats around me as to be comfortable).

Ok – something’s going on energetically.  Off and on the past few days feel like I’m on a moving ship – today was intense.  Dizzy.  Feeling myself floating in and out of – somewhere else.  Having to stop and take deep breaths – heaviness – anxiety (!!).  Daughter is feeling the strong need to be in silence – for me that is an ongoing experience.  I see it’s really coming down to energy – frequency.  Needing to eat heavy foods again – made hamburger wrapped in bacon tonight.  Something’s happening to us – these bodies.  All week.

oooh the energy feels nice today.  at the start i had that unwanted anxiety – in the shower portal could “feel” the two timelines – back and forth – felt the good one pushed through for the win – at least for today.  i’ll take it.  the sun was also out – walks – gardening – felt so good to plant flowers.  get my hands in dirt.

things are moving.  saw something interesting on the weather channel this morning – a red panda “picking” who would win tomorrow’s gladiator game.  the choice?  KC Chiefs.  (for those like me who don’t know who is playing – san francisco 49’s and the chiefs – in Las Vegas.  what happens in vegas stays in vegas?).

Matrix Finds ~ 2.8.24 ~ Always looking for the signs/puzzles that shine “END”

Difficult here (by design).  But we can knock through that difficult and keep going (because of OUR design).  

 

Today – tired of doing the above.  Yesterday was a challenge but I felt better.  Last night’s sleep just wasn’t happening leading to energy depletion atm.  Kept waking up with a jolt – those moments where anxiety has a grip on you – so I worked through it – recentered – released (this simply is NOT. ME.) – did my usual self-talk – returned to sleep only to have the same dayem thing happen hourly until I finally threw back the covers and faced the day.  Those who “get it” – get it.

Car has an appointment to get some TLC next week.  Trusting the Universe will provide the means, so I don’t have to beg anymore and apparently look like a fool to some or go into further debt.  Today had to install an air filter – which back in the day was an easy until “technology” and tiny people began designing our cars.  My god – I’m small and even with my assistance struggled to get my own hand down inside to the screws and pulling the box up and out – especially at the side.  OMG who does this designing?

Oh yes – the same people who design and maintain our roads.  🙄😂😜
