Self Mastery, Tools for Transcending the Ego and

Masters often say the mind is a good servant, but a terrible master. In the past, the mind has taken many of us on a journey of unfulfillment and dead ends. It is like giving your car to a really bad driver repeatedly, but you cannot take away the keys. It is also like an addiction to a way that is known – a comfort zone – even though this comfort zone has never brought you happiness.

The mind of which I speak is often referred to as the ego, programmed through social consciousness. Is that mind really yours? Is it really who you are?

Where did you get the be lie fs that create your reality? Who were you before those be lie fs? Did you ever contemplate the possibility that you had other lives?

Let’s expand beyond that into other dimensions. What were your beliefs in these other lives and dimensions? Were the rules the same, the laws of physics? What if your body was an adaptation to environment and looked much different than the body you occupy now? What if you had an energy body or a magnetized light body? What if in your origin you came from the very SOURCE, pure consciousness and energy endowed with the same attributes of the Creator?

What if that was your beginning and you decided to go on a journey descending down through the vibrational continuum, expressing on many planes and dimensions – experiencing many incredible lives – until you decided to take the ultimate challenge and descend into mass? What if that journey included forgetting who you were, your entire past? What if it left you floundering in the limitations of mass, stuck in a little body totally helpless and dependent on your mother? This vast being – now tucked in that little body – powerless over its environment, not knowing the future and having no memory of the past?

Thus is the untold story of humankind…..

If you are truly an ageless soul, a multidimensional spirit…whose roots go all the way back to the source…a child of Creator once endowed with the same love, joy, bliss and creational powers – how do you remember?

The answer to that is…

HOW DID YOU FORGET?

When you know how you forgot and where the memories reside then you are on the path to awakening. It is often a battle with external forces keeping you from your internal awakening. It is also a battle with the ego, societal programming and unfortunately often family, friends and society in general that wants you to stay within the herd.

The biggest battle is within self.

Yes, the biggest battle is within self. You will blame, project, validate your frustrations, angers and predicaments on external forces but ultimately it is you that is creating your reality. Holding oneself accountable and responsible – observing oneself often with brutal honesty – is the way out of the matrix. It is the way to remembering.

The ego is very clever, yet it is not wise. It is designed to operate within its known environment. Many of its be lie fs came from what has happened to the body it inhabits and its surroundings, gathered through the 5 senses. What formed your ego, your be lie fs about who you are and the world in which you live? Even the intellect is formed by what you have been exposed to here in the physical. Yet, is there a mind beyond that? Is there a mind that knows who you’ve been, all of your experiences – even what one would call past lives and all the wisdom gained in those experiences. Expressions all the way back to the SOURCE.

Can you know who you are from the intellect? Can you know who you are through books written by intellects? It is through the development of the ego and the intellect that you got lost – forgot who you truly are, who you were. This is why every great master has said we have to transcend the ego, the intellect, to enter divine mind and know your eternal multidimensional self.

Buddha said we must observe things from a fresh mind – the mind of a child – to truly understand.

Jesus said you must become like a child to enter the kingdom of Heaven.

What they are saying is you have to suspend the ego – the intellect – to tap into Divine Mind.

This can be done by meditation, by initiations from those who have mastered the ego and intellect, making it the servant and not the master.

There are other plant medicines at times that can create the same effect yet, with no training and without a true master who can create and maintain sacred space there is the possibility of blasting into levels and encountering unseen negative influences for which one is unprepared. Worst case scenarios include possessions and attachements and the inability to raise oneself from the lower level frequency dimensions back into the heart. The yogis say the closer you get to nirvana, the more the demons rear their ugly heads. These entities are very clever – they know you better than you know yourself – and they will use every tactic possible to distract and derail you from enlightenment and your soul purpose.

Friends and family caught up in social consciousness will also do the same. Very few have the self-mastery or the courage to maintain their self-authority and keep these influences away. The unseen negative influences will use the ego and the intellect to create problems where none exist, and rationalize staying within the confines of the ego and the intellect or “social consciousness”.

Reason this, if you are only using less than 10% of your brain (which can also be called the ego and the intellect) – who is using the other 90%? If it is vacant, then it is like a beautiful house with no one home; a space to be occupied by consciousness that very well might not be your own.

There will always be a war going on between the soul and the ego. Very few win that war. The ego will do everything possible to stay in charge, remain in the driver seat. Regardless of the fact that it has taken you to multiple dead ends and car crashes. It will even try to use fear; to judge and demonize and sabotage your awakening as well as judge and demonize those who are part of your awakening. It will lull you into a false sense of security by maintaining the status quo, the comfort zones. It is very clever – yet as we said before – it is not wise. It will undermine your true self, the expanded version – and undermine your access to the love, joy, power and wisdom which is your birthright.

If you have gotten this far with this message, there is hope…..

Most will resist or dismiss this altogether. Your ego will say, “Yeah, what about the real world?”. To that we say….have you LOOKED at the real word? The wars…the disease..the lack…countries governed by the elite who are spiritually bankrupt? All of this is solvable if enough people choose higher mind and operate from the heart.

True humans do not act like nonhumans and do inhuman and inhumane things. Your soul will win in the end. The only question is: how much denial and how much of a struggle does one want to engage in? How hard will the lessons have to be to let go of the ego and the intellect?

Many have a great deal invested in the intellect; they will be the last ones to awaken. They will also have the hardest lessons because they have the greatest attachment. What happens when you have years of study…have written books…have held positions of power and authority only to find out it was all based on a lie? The truth is in the heart.

Truth is flexible; expanding and open to new ideas. The soul has the truth, it resides right next to the hart. It is the connector to God, Creator, Great Spirit and the source of true, more expanded knowledge. Love is the key that opens the door. The ego and the intellect don’t even know the door exists and are clueless to what is behind it. How much one is entrenched in the ego is directly proportionate with its need to be right. Also the need to defend exists in the ego. The ego is the only thing needing defense. The level of resistance is also an indicator of the ego and unseen negative influences at work. It is amazing how much of your sadness, pain, frustration and anger drop as soon as you set aside the ego and intellect…as soon as you suspend judgement and drop into the heart.

There is a saying “don’t sweat the small stuff.” When you expand in awareness it all becomes small stuff. With each challenge we have the choice to meet it as a God/Goddess or a victim. It takes practice to step out of the matrix. Doubt and fear are the tools of the ego and the negative influences. Arrogance within the ego and the intellect, fueled by flattery also become negative doorways. How can you be higher OR lower than anything if you are ONE with everything….and if you are ONE with everything how do you harm or take advantage of anyone or anything? Words without action are meaningless, without giving tools to go along with the teachings you are not being empowered.

Understand what the masters meant when they said “Know thyself, the temple is within. Ye are all Gods.” Stand tall in your own divinity, it is your birthright. Let no one or no thing take it all away from you.

Stay in the heart.

TOOLS FOR HEALING UNSEEN NEGATIVE INFLUENCES

Healing is a must for all those who desire to operate in other realms of consciousness. You must have self authority and maintain control. If you are experiencing negative vibrations, they are either thought forms, limiting mental concepts, psychic bonds or discarnate entities (lost souls) in need of healing. They are bound to the earth vibration due to lower vibration attitudes and emotions. Some are coercive and desire to manipulate and control. Love heals. Casting out only sends them to another place, another person. In ALL healings, remember that God is love. It is the power of love that heals and lifts. We will give you the following steps to clear the energy.

1. Close your aura by visualizing a white or gold light around you.
2. Call upon your chosen cultural representative of God, be it Jesus, Buddha, Babaji, Mary, Mohammed, White Eagle or another one of the Beautiful Many Christed Ones.
3. Tell the entities they are healed and forgiven, lifted and enlightened. (repeat if you feel it is needed)
4. Tell them they are filled and surrounded with the Christ light and the Christ love. (or the highest consciousness and energy available)
5. Ask your chosen representative to take them to their perfect place.
6. Ask that all negative thought forms and limiting mental concepts be dissolved and lifted in the light of truth.
7. Ask that all psychic bonds be severed, and close your aura to all but spirit of the highest vibration.

Repeat this process until you feel clear. There may be more than one healing to do. Remember your word is very powerful, and what is spoken on their level manifests instantly. Many enlightened ones use this process before opening. It creates a clear and safe environment, and it also lifts the one who is doing the healing. Intent is nine-tenths of the law!

Getting Triggered?

I am in the middle of reading an article, which you can find here, in which it is mentioned that many of us are getting very triggered right now on certain issues. This triggering is said to be happening due to the collapsing timelines and is allowing us to fully release while also allowing for the previous timeline(s) in which this issue(s) existed to be dissolved.

Oooh, I thought. I like the sounds of that! Very resonating.

Instead of continuing on with my read, I was guided to do a little experiment that I wish to share with you. It’s short and simple ~ the way I like such exercises (I get lost/bored when I engage in 5, 10, 15, etc. step processes).

I communicated with my Higher Self and asked her how SHE wished me to look at my particular trigger.

Immediately I received an answer.

I then asked how I could transform the energy and heal.

Again, an immediate answer.

(Higher Self is obviously every bit as ready to heal from this one particular trigger issue as am I!)

Give it a try and if you are comfortable, let me know of your experience and/or success.

This moment was also a very beautiful moment of synchronicity as I had also finished reading a piece on listening to our Intuition (which I will be posting here in a bit). While reading the list, I mentally added my own way my Intuition communicates with me and that is often through articles I read.

Divine Feminine Energies Coming in, to Balance Masculine Activations

Editor’s note: I feel I need to take a year long Spiritual Shower to cleanse the lifetimes of accumulated energies in my space ~ especially after reading this piece.

Solar geostorms, sun spot flare ups, photonic light waves beaming down through sun rays…..all this outside activity of stirring and churning, blaring and flaring. It is a fiery picture, isn’t it? A rather masculine energy. Many souls are tuning into this activation energy that ignites and wakes UP as it stimulates our light bodies, our emotional bodies, our mental bodies, our social bodies (new one for me to name, yet feels SO TRUE).

All these bodies are like planets in our inner galaxy rotating around the orbit of our soul and the sun of our heart and the moon of our unconscious. All this stimulation can bring up symptoms and unease and detox in all of these bodies too as the 3D self and unaware ego resist, release, and ultimately let go at a rate and pace negotiated by the higher self.

In the physical body as it transitions to 5D light body UP can come the residues of what we have chosen and lived on a cellular level. The toxicities and energies we have taken in of eating BEings that have been killed; the frequencies of chemicals and foods made in laboratories; the exchanges during sexuality that weren’t based in love but something less; the habits and patterns that lead to less vital experience of body, INdigestion. And again, the 3D self can amplify these symptoms, make them worse, grab onto them, suffer or linger in them and the love of the growing higher self embodied YOU invites a moving on, holding space, yet, keep moving on into love.

And, finally, we see Mother Earth as a living entity, evolving on her own and joyous on her journey as she becomes a brighter star. We see a Mother Earth who is proud of us, proud of all of us, because we have done what we came here to do.

Eric Raines ~ Energy Update March 27, 2017: The False Light Matrix Has Been Destroyed

A very interesting development took place today around 12PM Pacific time. A massive false light matrix was extricated from the planetary surface, with connections to the moon, as well as Saturn being dissolved.

This false light matrix has been masquerading as benevolent ET/spiritual contact for millennia and is as old as the Soul Trap technology recycling the surface population back into incarnation after incarnation. The Earth’s moon is a natural satellite brought here from elsewhere, Technology was placed inside of the moon both physically and etherically, and the orbit was locked into a non rotating Lagrange point, locking the energy of the manipulated satellite into the Earth’s etheric and gravemetric/magnetic fields.

Once locked in place, an artificial vortex was induced, siphoning everything in the astral with the resonance of Source into this vast reincarnation machine. The result was if anyone on the surface of the planet died, their soul would not be able to escape this energetic vortex’s “gravity” and they would be pulled into controlled lower layers of the astral, where preconditioned religious beliefs would dictate into which simulation they were placed in.

After a period of rest, the persons “guides” would inform them that they have more lessons to learn, deeds undone and more things to accomplish planet-side, and the soul will blindly step into another incarnation. The only problem being that they are zapped with an extremely strong etheric, nuclear, and electric blast before they incarnate, thus forgetting everything they learned before stepping into the human experience again.

Once in amnesia, the Matrix programming creates more than enough trauma to slip the etheric implantation systems into the body, and the cycle of feeding begins anew until the person dies, reincarnates, is fed upon, dies, reincarnates, etc….

Here is the major difference today. With the removal of this false light matrix, the vortex is no longer operating. Let me repeat this. THE VORTEX IS NO LONGER OPERATING. People are dying every second around the planet, and instead of being pulled into this tunnel, they are finding the highest, cleanest levels of the astral and are receiving true healing. They are coming back in already.
The children that will be born from here on out are going to change the face of this planet energetically. This is a line in the sand. The dark is slipping faster than they ever have before, and now….now they cannot replenish the ranks of their “food”. We can come back in remembering much more, if not everything.

This does not even encompass what is happening with Saturn right now. Saturn is how the dark has locked us inside of time. Saturn is the loop in the endless flow of now. Saturn is how we even experience time like we do, instead of multi-dimensionally.

The machinery is still working, but the major timeline incursion abilities are no longer functional. The dark can no longer reach back into time and remove threats as they pop up in the now.

No longer will the next person to wake up and shatter the Matrix around them be eliminated by going and killing their parents 20 years before they were born. No longer will someone manifest their perfect reality, only to wake up completely disoriented from an incredibly vivid dream that they felt they were in for years. No longer will someone download how to develop a free energy device, only to have all of their work stolen seemingly from nowhere, with no clues or hints given to the world outside on what they were developing.

Channelers around the world are going to connect into their “guide” and find nothing, or actually find the entity they connected to begin with before being hijacked.

Men, women, and children across the planet are stepping into their divine right of freedom and personal sovereignty, but we still do not have enough. These developments are amazing, and they are nice to hear what is going on, but we do not have enough of the surface population turning on the light.

We came here to do this job. We came here completely blind, ignorant, and weak to remember the light, find it in ourselves, and spread it to the world around us.

YOU are part of this shift! When was the last time you sat in stillness and connected into you? When was the last time you stretched your body, letting it know through words and feelings, that you truly love and appreciate it for carrying you through this reality? When was the last time you turned off the phone, closed the computer, and sat in stillness with just your thoughts? When was the last time you had a question, and immediately thought about, “What does this person think about this?” without going into the stillness within and asking the most important question? “How do I feel about this?” When was the last time you trusted yourself?

The shift is coming. We ARE the shift. Go inside. Find the light. Turn it on and spread it out to the world. Shine through yourself, filling your body with pure golden waves of love. See humanity for what it is, not what it appears to be. It is coming, there is no getting away from this shift. Lets bring it on as fast and as powerfully as possible.

The lines are stretching. The inner circles of this esoteric information are growing. People “asleep” at the wheel are finding this information and the sleepers are beginning to awaken.

Your job is to be a beacon so they can find you.

As many are feeling the impact of what is happening in their daily lives, very few know the source. It is like the world has gone mad yet the world has always been mad. People are now becoming more aware of it. The rabbit hole is a place few dare to venture, and the deeper one goes they have two choices: total denial and stay with the status quo or brutal honesty; which also means they have been willing participants in a very sick and twisted world, some knowingly, some unknowingly.

Almost everything the societal engineers and programmers have told you is wrong. Your history you have been taught is wrong. Your religions have failed miserably to bring inner and world peace as well as a closer connection to God. This includes many new age philosophies – which have also been usurped and compromised. Your politicians have become self serving and failed to protect your basic human rights, help the planet evolve and live in harmony with each other and the Earth. The schools have failed to educate the children concerning their divine heritage, moral values, higher ideals, cooperation verses competition, and critical innovative thinking.

The science in most schools is for the better part barbaric; some teaching Darwinism – random mutation totally unsupported in the fossil record. Others are teaching a singular God with a beard created the heavens and the Earth in 6 days. “Of course the Earth is 6000 years old”, rather than the 7.5 billion with extremely advanced civilizations going back more the 600 million years. We have not evolved much beyond the be lie f it is flat. By the way, I have flown around the Earth, never saw an edge? “The chain of succession” mainstream archaeologists and scientists would like us to swallow is there has been a progressive evolution from Apes to modern man. This is despite the fact that ancient builder races built stone monuments that cannot be duplicated to this day by modern methods. They are built upon leylines; which in many cases have even older ruins beneath them. Let’s not mention the star gates and wormholes left behind – that’s “conspiracy stuff” certain agencies don’t want us talking about.

Most doctors have become businessmen and drug pushers: ignoring many of the cures for most diseases, altogether ignoring preventative measures and dietary options. Food should be your medicine and what has happened to the food industry? This is all by design. It is all interconnected and governed by an ancient force that has suppressed, “genocided”, and enslaved humanity even longer than your recorded history.

When you climb the ladder of power, position and wealth in “every” institution it gets darker and more corrupt – leading into unseen negative entities, energies and forces most would find unimaginable.

There is a Great War, transdimensional in nature, occurring as we speak. Most are just seeing the physical, social and economic aspects of it. When you understand the vibrational continuum, you will understand the participants in this Great War. Everything begins in consciousness then lowered into light, followed by energy and eventually becoming mass. There are different dimensions and each dimension holds a frequency.

The highest frequencies are Pure Unconditional Love, Joy and Bliss.

Characteristics like service to others, practicing kindness and love, operating in alignment with Universal Law; which basically are adhering to principles necessary for a healthy civilization and environment. Principles like Universal Peace, Brother/Sisterly Love, individual Freedom and Prosperity for All are all within Universal Law. These higher planes of existence that adhere to Universal Law are pressing hard upon the Earth. Everything of a lower frequency must rise and heal, be released or implode, transform or collapse. This is the simplistic view of what is unfolding yet it is much more complicated.

Until this point, the Earth has been governed by the controllers, some call enslavers. They have created a grid partially with technology and also with societal programming what many call social consciousness. If you are not part of social consciousness you will be punished, ostracized or even killed in extreme cases.

Societal programming is done by the media and religious, political and business institutions. They are governed at the highest level by unseen negative influences often referred to as “the controllers”. The controllers can be demonic, degenerate aliens and fallen ones obsessed with power over others. In the lower levels it is those who lust for power, wealth, fame some of whom have sold their souls to get it. This falls into the Satan worshiping, blood sacrifice rituals, pedophiles etc.; which are now being exposed and finally dealt with. This consciousness is not frequency specific to the awakening and healing process now underway. Thus their days are numbered which is creating much of the chaos the planet is now experiencing. The swamp will be drained – yet do not be so naïve to think there is just one level other than the physical to deal with. We are all living in the swamp to one degree or another and with brutal honesty we have to look at how deeply we are submerged. Most resist change and fear the unknown. This is something we are all going to have to let go of. We need to make the unknown known and learn to flow with the changes.

Now considering the fact that almost all institutions have failed miserably why continue with them?

▪ The religions have failed miserably to bring Universal Peace and a closer connection to God. In fact they have in most cases been used to demonize others and promote war.
▪ The defense industry in truth should be named the “offence industry” having been used in the past by the corporate elite as their brute squad.
▪ The “Just us” system, The EPA, the FDA other alphabet agencies are all operating in opposition to their mandate. How does any of this serve humanity and the Earth?

There is a corporate elite who’s lust for power and wealth is insatiable – making windfall profits at the expense of humanity and the Earth. They are the puppets of unseen negative entities that care nothing for humanity and the Earth – in fact many feed off the pain and misery. Inhuman acts are done by non humans or humans in most cases programmed by or under the influence of non humans. These nonhumans and their puppets are the source for all the pain, suffering, and destruction of Earth. They are at war with the Creator and all Creation.

The Creator is omnipresent within all Creation. So the 60 million dollar question is – are you human? Are you walking your talk with impeccable integrity? How deeply entrenched in the swamp are you? How much of the societal programming have you accepted to be your reality? Do you even know there is a swamp? Does a fish know its in water if that is all it has known? Does it ever get thirsty? If the fish was in kool-aide how much of the kool-aide can it drink before it becomes deadly?

How do you feel about those living above the swamp? How do you feel about the boat rockers, the swamp drainers? How about the pioneers, free thinkers, whistle blowers those that rock your boat and your comfort zones? Those that know a higher path – one that is sustainable unlike the course we are presently on? Did you know there are those on high that view the Earth as a failed experiment and want to wipe the slate clean and start over as has happened in the past?

There are also those who are trying arduously to defend this civilization; which is almost indefensible. Especially when it comes to adhering to Universal Law.

The puppet masters and the elite have been given an ultimatum: Either shift the power back to the people, stop the enslavement through dependency, the gross uneven dispersal of wealth, the wars and destruction of the environment or a reset will occur. You will loose everything and there will be no place to hide. The ultimatum included their underground bases, going into space and colonies on other planets. Now that ultimatum is being enforced. The psychopaths even at their own demise refused. Most of their underground bases have been destroyed. Their ships were also sent back limping to the planet. Their allies, the negative ETs have also been for the most part eliminated. Their grid – draconian in nature and supported by technology and social programming – is being dismantled. Not all at once: most people could not handle the shock. This is the chaos now and the chaos to come.

The individual and collective impact will be directly related to the choices and actions taken individually and collectively. The 5th dimension is here, all that which does not resonate with it and is not frequency specific will not continue on the Earth because the Earth has chosen to ascend.

You cannot pass the barrier into the 5th dimension unless you have an open mind, loving heart and pure intent. This is also the prerequisite for contact with the Spiritually and Technologically advanced Off Worlders, Ascended Masters and those advanced beings within the Inner Earth.

The intellect is a drop in the sea of consciousness. The emotional body and spiritual bodies are far superior. Those trapped in the intellect will not far well in this transition. Nature does not care about your be lie fs. Will they feed you, clothe you, keep you warm? Love is not in the intellect. Neither will one find God through the intellect or happiness. Material objects do not possess emotions. If you attach your emotions to material objects what happens when they fade or leave as they always eventually do. What happens when that shinny new car you attached your self worth to gets smashed or stolen? What happens when the people you attached your love joy and happiness to leave you?

What if through the heart you could make your own personal connection with God, Great Spirit, Creator?

What if you become love, joy, find total acceptance and appreciation within? What would happen to seeking, leaking your energy like a battery, how self empowering would that be – to go within and find yourself? The true self – not the social programmed self. You would be free, you will look around you and ask do I really need all this stuff? Do I want to surround myself with what now feel to be zombies? Do I really want to be part of this herd and is this herd sustainable? Am I frequency specific to my surroundings or do I need to make a change? Am I being supported and fed spiritually?

Then, sadly, most will wake up in the morning, go to their cubicles and fall right back into the herd of zombie consumers.

Yet some will not.

Those are the ones we are looking for.

Another Request

I know this is perhaps a long shot, but anything is possible.

I am very much in need of my own quiet space. VERY MUCH.

It is critical and crucial to my Ascension journey.

So I am looking for a small studio to rent – for free.

I am willing to provide housework/domestic type work in exchange for being allowed to borrow this space when needed. (A few times a week for 3-5 hours at a time – perhaps even an occasional overnighter.)

Any ideas?

We are currently in Oregon ~ but are also willing to relocate at this point as long as the area is affordable, rural and plenty of nature.

A Request To My Readers…

I have an issue I don’t talk about much. Call it embarrassment, call it shame, I just don’t share it much with others.

And yet it plagues me every day and has, off and on, since I was in my early 20’s.

My issue is agoraphobia. A term that still seems vague to me as my issue with it is complex. In a nutshell, I get feelings of panic and claustrophobia in certain situations. In crowds. Driving too far from my home. Driving in traffic. Freeways. Being in the car even as a frickin’ passenger now has become a huge challenge. Basically in ANY situation where I suddenly feel trapped and not in control (possibilities include: in line, other people’s houses, stores – anyplace outside of my home – i say “possibilities” because this is not a CONSTANT thing – it varies, depending upon time of day, how i am feeling – and yet even if I can partake of such normal activities without panic, it is always in the back of my mind “you may have a panic episode”). Throw in all of the extra stimulation’s of noise and light and too many people and activity, that just adds to the claustrophobic/GET ME THE FUCK OUT OF HERE feeling.

It feels like I have this unwanted energy ball attached to me. And I want is GONE. Here is what I have tried to alleviate me of this issue:

EMDR
Rapid eye therapy
Holographic repatterning
Hypnosis
Cognitive behavior therapy
Subliminal’s
Binaural’s
Energy/reiki
Homeopathy
Somatic Therapy
Exposure therapy
Pleading praying and more pleading and praying

You get the picture. I have tried it. And I don’t know what else to do for it at this point. I had it under control – in remission you could say – about 20 years ago. At the time I used exposure therapy and pure will power. Lasted for several years. Without going into detail, stress and trauma’s and general feelings of unhappiness/lack of purpose lead to it to flare up where it has remained. The fact that the issue reappeared showed I never had it fully healed to begin with (when I thought I did).

Is past-life experiences a part of this? Likely, yes.

I realize self-talk is important. I realize good nutrition, exercise and the like – equally important. Sense of purpose. Love and Support (I have needed much more of that).

So I am asking you – my readers – for ideas. For help. Suggestions. Support. Please private message me here.

I am so ready to shine “out there” and not just through a computer screen from the comfort of my home. I am so ready to share All Of ME and my gifts with the world. I know I have much to offer. It is time. And I need help getting there.
