Sleep. WTF is that? I was up at 6am – in tears – praying – breathing slowly – to find my center again. I’m so exhausted – concentration and the ability to THINK on my own………i honestly feel like a sleep deprived toddler – not able to function well. Putting on the “big girl panties” as often as I can remember.
