Thanks to LH for sharing this one. I’ve had my share of this throughout my life – at the time I would always think it was me. I would end up having stomach issues, panic and anxiety – loss of sleep. Why couldn’t I be stronger and sustain that strength of mine and just learn to live with it. Now I see how that strength was being drained.
