Playgrounds For The Elderly Boost Activity And Decrease Loneliness

Someone recently came up with the idea to build playgrounds for the elderly and this is just such a wonderful idea! It’s normal that as you grow older, you grow a lot more sedentary and especially a lot more lonely. For years, playgrounds have been primarily for children and teens to enjoy for daily activity. Now, seniors can enjoy the same benefits of playing on a playground.

Of course, most senior citizens can’t jump around, run, and hang on the monkey bars. However, these senior-specific playgrounds have low-impact equipment that helps them to remain active and improve their balance! They can also enjoy using exercise bikes, cross-trainers, flex runners, sit-up benches and other pieces.

With health problems such as depression, anxiety, and diabetes, loneliness only makes them worse. Elderly people in Asia and Europe already have their own senior-specific playgrounds. Back in 1995, someone built a park in China to help ease things for the elderly, so they have been around there for quite some time already.

editor victoria’s comment ~ the “very big” thing that happened is likely the death of the head of ISIS. as my mate just brilliantly speculated, he withdrew troops from Syria, which lured the ISIS caliphate back in, then took out the leader.  announcement tomorrow morning is speculative at this point…and as i just read – it is possible ISIS stands for Israeli Secret Intelligence Service

UPDATE AT END: President Trump set Twitter ablaze Saturday night with the cryptic tweet, “Something very big has just happened!”

Within fifteen minutes of Trump’s 9:23 p.m. EDT tweet it garnered well over a combined 50,000 replies, retweets and likes with thousands more interactions very minute.

Fox News Channel host Judge Jeanine Pirro told viewers that Fox has reached out to numerous White House contacts to ascertain what Trump’s tweet is about with no answer so far.

Update: There is speculation the tweet is in reference to this raid in northern Syria near the town of Barisha by unknown forces caught on video (mainly audio as it was night):

10/26/2019 ~ Today’s Energies (!!!) and a reflection

 

wow – looks like, ala yellow rose – looks like we are getting closer to the eye. (LASCO C3 captures below)  my mate had a dream last night (he rarely remembers his dreams these days) where he saw some huge round wheel-like object in the sky with about 18 spokes.  it had a blue glowing light behind it.  people were watching it – there was no fear – just excitement and anticipation.  the feeling was “ok what’s next?”  (fyi anyone interested in some explanations from yellow rose as far as a general synopsis of what happened here – where we are and where we’re headed – just go to the comment section in her latest video – she’s sharing a lot of useful/interesting info)

you will also see the intense spiking of the protons – low and high energy. literally almost “off the charts”.  the schumann has also had some ongoing intense “off the chart” spikes.  all below.

UPDATE:  captured this on the LASCO C2 (don’t normally see “glitches” appear on this one – well for as long as i have been monitoring it)…checking the time this was captured – around 5am – the two above were captured around 5pm….don’t know if this is UT or pst, est, etc……….

California Faces “Biggest Blackout Ever” As 2.5 Million PG&E Customers May Have No Power For Days

 

editor victoria’s comment ~ if this was really about concern over an aging infrastructure and weather concerns, the majority of this country alone would be undergoing these blackouts.  and we have seen the power is cut – then there is a fire that suddenly pops up.  the plan continues onward – and these fires may just be counter attacks by the d/s….

Earlier this week we joked that with PG&E now scrambling to enforce intentional blackouts every time there are powerful winds for fears the bankrupt company’s aged infrastructure could cause a new fire, “every time the wind blows California will become Venezuela.”

On Friday, with its stock crashing to a new all time low amid speculation it may have been responsible for the latest California inferno, the Kincade Fire…

… PG&E warned it will shut off power again on Saturday to as many as 2.5 million people as violent winds batter the state, in what according to Bloomberg will be “California’s largest intentional blackout ever.”

editor victoria’s comment ~ watching w/the sound off allows you to focus on just what you see.  and what i see are pictures of “disney” scattered all throughout the background – the family member in the front trying not to smile and laugh throughout (wth??) – and parents that do not look to be distressed as they discuss the death of their son.  and this video is from july 13 2016 – just 3 days after their son was killed.
