A lot coming out today – more details I should say – and my mind/body cannot go there. Trying to find spiritually-oriented things and so far all I’ve seen talk about the planets, ascension to 5D and activating these bodies (really?! I’ve been feeling more depleted the last couple of months). Seeing new dates – next April. Next March. One even said activation will be indefinitely. F’ing g.d. UGH on all of it. Are any of you into spending the rest of your physical experience here going through all of these alleged “upgrades” and “go within and heal”? NO THANK YOU. I want to live my life without getting hit or impacted by any frequency/energy that is allegedly “upgrading” me. So I don’t know what’s going on – where this is going much less where I am going (aside from what I continue to see and want for myself).
You know what is most present for me now? After waking up wondering about L. Wood then others, and seeing someone claim Flynn was not to be trusted, I am just DONE trying to figure out this sheot. Deception BEGONE. We need one of those To Tell the Truth (TV game show here in the states) moments. “Will the real _____ stand up?” And then there is the endless carrot dangling, which I speak of and which I saw tonight in an image on telegram:

Oh gosh. I’m sure most of the 5D/ascension bunch are good people with good intentions, but I don’t resonate at all with that narrative. In fact, those alleged “upgrades” were one of the key reasons I started doubting my “guides” (who turned out to be false light and my enemies). My best friend around 2012 and I got many of those “ascension symptoms” and “downloads” then, but once, she had been “told” by her “guides” to lie on the floor while they worked on her stomach. I watched her abdomen jerking her up and down like puppeted sit-ups until it hurt her and she got scared, and I yelled at them, “Stop it! You’re hurting her!” But it didn’t stop for a minute. I was mad. Especially when they refused to explain themselves. 😡 So, no, I don’t believe “upgrades” are what they’re getting, or that “ascension symptoms” are a good thing. Not anymore. And I do NOT consent to any of them! 😓
Like you, have felt very depleted lately. Have to sleep so much and still tired. But on a positive note, I love the pretty pictures, and WOW with the ambience video! Me and my mom have been watching those like normal people watch shows for the last few weeks. Finding the little details, like a horse or a cat, or admiring the decor, the steaming hot cups, etc. Super relaxing! Ahhh! 🧘🏻♀️💆🏻♀️😁
YES! ANYTHING to distract at this point. we’re listening to those videos a lot too – just playing them on tv. and yes – i have beautiful people i know who follow the ascension/3d/5d narrative. for me i think of ascension as being lifted up and out of a physical space – which is pretty accurate (aligns with what i feel) – and not the “you have to x y z in order TO (get out of prison)”. yeah, NOT. how frightening what you and esp. your friend went through. so wow you were getting all of this in 2012. i fired my guides years ago. i know there’s good around out there somewhere – but until evil is gone i listen to myself.
