editor victoria’s comment ~ the 7.2 in Russia would not create this signature globally. Â not strong enough of a quake. Â (unless we are not being told the truth as to the actual measurement of the quake). Â so whatever this signal is, is not seismic – in my mind – until/unless i know different. Â
