So the weather has gone from summer to late Fall. 85 to 58 and rain. Pouring rain. 48 hours of it. Good for the fires though so I won’t dwell on it. Soup weather. Ginger tea. I have both on the stove. And the heat. I had to turn on the heat. Weird weather to match the weird times we are in. No motivation whatsoever ATM. And I am not remembering my dreams either. It’s like everything is – flat-line at this time. Anyone else?

Vance said he found the idea of people taking advice from chatbots deeply disturbing. He said this in the context of the rising trend among young people seeking romantic advice and relationship counselling from AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini. He said AI is “kind of satanic” for reducing genuine human relationships. He described the overall nature of AI as spiritually dark.
Elaborating further, he mentioned the example of a tech company that held a burial ceremony for a retired AI model. He said the physical burial ceremony was bizarre as the retirement of the AI model left company’s staff in tears. The excessive dependence on AI is causing people to detach from one another and rely on AI for emotional support.

The wacky Missouri Supreme Court on Thursday threw out the state’s new congressional map that favored the GOP and eliminated one Democrat seat to Congress.
According to the ruling, the new map will only go into effect in 2028 if voters approve it during the 2026 midterms.
Missouri already held primaries! So Missouri Candidates have to figure out which district they are running in – after they already won their primary!
