this morning i awoke hearing some lines from the Boston song: Peace of Mind.  in particular i was hearing “take a look ahead”.  as i shared in my previous piece – Lisa Harrison DTC update – i also woke up knowing she had an update.

so i know to listen to this first-thing-in-the-morning thoughts.

as i got going on the day’s doings, i forgot about the morning messages, instead focused on tasks of the mind.  a couple of hours later brother rick sent me a message saying he felt a big shift today – the feeling was no one is holding us back.  the interference is gone.

i told myself i would need to create the space to tune into that and put it together with the messages i was getting this morning.  where do i do that best?  the shower portal.  and that i did.  and here is what flowed through me:

first i received a visual of the “take a look ahead”.  i had felt some confusion in that.  that’s not being in the now.  that’s living in the future.

nope.  wrong.  lol  what came to me was i am now quite literally and energetically standing focused forward.  my back is my past and it is fading – being pulled away from me – becoming distant.  it’s as though it happened but almost to someone else.  or a temporary version of me is fading.  the illusion that was created for this game/experience here.

i felt a good comparison was how we compare waking vs. sleeping here.  we give more focus on the “reality” of our waking state as compared to our dreams – which we view as only temporary.  we forget most of them.  that will be our experience once we exit and are Home.

i also felt that the trauma portion of the program that enabled the traumas to “stick” to us – is over.  removed.  i received a visual too – double sided sticky tape.  the sticky part is gone.  this explains why some of us are feeling our past is being pulled away.  (perhaps that is why i was able to finally find a local counselor to help me w/the trauma releasing – the energies that is.)

what then came through was that as a program gets removed – there can be a build up of heavy energies which can be felt as anxiety, depression, anger, frustration.  once it is removed in our bodies we feel light again.  that has certainly been my experience – indeed from yesterday into this morning.  the visual i had was a rubber band being stretched to the max until finally KAPOW it gets detached – released.

this had me question:  how many programs and cords have we each had??

i feel this process is collective but is largely individual – varies for each of us.  it is based on our individual experiences here.  the more trauma we experience the more the programs “stick”.  the more “sensitive” – in tune – we are the more “stickiness”.  to help with this process now – the visual i received was to be in the Heart and feel and see ALL that does not serve Love being removed.  it should be easier now.

i felt into lisa’s reference to the #27 – how important it is here.  for now – i feeeeel this could indicate that since much of our body processes (in these bodies here) can be attributed to the #27 – perhaps that is an indication that the cycle for having bodies designed as they are now – is over.  i still have to finish listen to her latest – likely more than once – and will comment or update on that if i feel the need.

for now i am off to explore magical things.  my girl just said she saw an Orb – a rainbow orb – in grandpa don’s house where his chair used to sit.  we had another experience last night at 4:30am when suddenly something fell off our wall in our bedroom.  no earthquakes.  all were sleeping.  and it was securely in place.  frequency shift or a blending of realms or a bit of both. who knows!

Today I am most definitely feeling this at an even stronger level.  This feeling only grows.  It is not slowing down and it is not lessening.  Any attempts to the contrary are only temporary – if they work at all.

So I am allowing myself to feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel the way I feel.

My daughter is having the experience herself as well – today suddenly whining how we have “walked every street in our area!  I want NEW streets to explore!”

I saw other vibe tribe people saying/expressing similar today.

Then I see KP’s video today lamenting the same feeeeeeeeeel.

“I don’t belong here.”  Absolutely KP.  I hear ya!

this morning i spent some time tuning in.  i awoke feeling “inflamed” so i worked w/that to release the energies causing it.  now that i am actively working w/stored trauma energies/memories, i am witnessing how this release work is also activating everything that has remained dormant.  so now i see the importance of continuing the work beyond the regular sessions.

after i did some energy releasing techniques, i had the desire to tune in and get some information – some intel – if this was possible.  i expected nothing to come (as that is usually the experience).  something did come through.  i share this as is – as i remember.  on the very rare occasion this has happened, the info flows FAST so remembering is difficult.  please take it as is.  as always, i remain discerning – in faith with a watchful eye.

1. there is a new program – new programs – that essentially replaced the old OS (operating system).  a program is benign until given an agenda – a focus – just like a thought or action.  the best way to put it is the old programs have been taken over by Home.  The Alliance.
2. there is no longer the “starting over” program – instead it was replaced with the “continuing on/ongoing” experience.  i was confused by that one – but then had a feel and a visual.  when we come into this experience in this realm we essentially “start over” – mind is wiped and we start “fresh” with essentially nothing to go on.  most of us already know that.  my feel on the “ongoing” experience indicates we are once again now FREE to CHOOSE our own experience – no outside influence.  Assistance perhaps if we wish – but no one tells us what to do or even what is “best”.  Our experience = Our choices.

That’s all I can recall receiving.  I was pretty tuned out and in and didn’t even quite know what was going on until my mate said something – interrupting the experience and I realized oh wow – I just had an experience.  lol

So there you go.  Take it as it is.  I have my bias of course – my own desires of what I intend to occur.  However, this feeeeeeeeeeels to me like an experience of Freedom Of Choice – which is what every one of us has the right to have/Do/Be.

UPDATE:  i just remembered something else.  lol  we can now “talk” with this particular program.  they have now been created/refurbished you could say to work on our behalf.  to work for us.  so give it a try and see if anything comes through.  the feel i have now is tuning in and receiving Authentic/Truth is now clearer than we have had since the original hijack.

the inner clearing and cleaning up continues.  i see how i seem to be two different people inhabiting this body.  one part of me likes to be in the flow – easy peasy let things just happen and come to me.  sometimes this looks like plain ‘ole laziness (which it is – i am an expert as “putting that off for another moment”)….

then i have another part of me that is very driven.  get up get going get ‘er done.  this part i rely on to engage in the trauma release work i am doing. today during my session, the counselor working with me paused when she saw me struggling.  “this is hard work,” she said.  “you can take a break if you want.”

No, i said. This isn’t hard work.  What’s been hard is living with this crap inside of me.  I want it O U T.

So we continued.  At another point she said “You don’t have to do this work each session.  You may just decide to talk at times.”

No, I said (again).  I am here to release this baggage and be the Me I know I can be. I am here to do this work and not just sit and talk about it.

Maybe if I had employed that with consistency in my younger years, my experience here would have looked different.  Been different.  Felt different. Coulda, woulda, shoulda…….None of this is an indication that I can’t or won’t have different and new while I remain in this experience.

We hit upon something near the end.  The subject:  Control.  She said how we don’t have complete control over our body.  I said “inside this realm, no.”  The tension I felt within…..I KNOW I am supposed to control this vessel.  I once had that ability – easily.  We all did.  I went on to share my view on Freedom.

That’s not how it is here, she said.

“Doesn’t that bother you?” I asked.  She shrugged.  That’s just how it is.

Just how it is.  That allowing for all.  U G H

(btw – this is why talk therapy never did work well for me – many of my conversations w/otherwise wonderful, well-intentioned counselor’s went nowhere – lol)

So – I keep things pretty p.c. in order to stick to my focus of releasing trauma using this particular method  by bringing up the event so my brain can finish processing.  I’ve done similar work in the past but not to the level I am with this woman.  And today I saw the amazing ability of the human brain.  It seeks to finish a task – even if it was interrupted for decades.  I gained new awareness of the particular situation worked on today and found reason to smile – and put another notch on the empowerment ladder.

Other than that, energetically I am feeling pretty up.  Pretty energized – until I’m not when, like tonight, I was suddenly and strongly hit with the “go to bed and sleep – NOW”.  I listen to that voice and when I do, like tonight, I am out within moments – sleep deeply – and wake up just as quick as I fall asleep – often confused.  Where am I?  What time is it?  Where have I been?  I swear, I “go places” during those particular naps.

I also saw the importance of having my personal space and solitude.  I felt, within, the impact how this has been missing.  I’m not talking about having an hour or two – but days.  I looked back over my experience and saw my most favorite moments, overall, where I felt best, where I felt most connected and at peace was, believe it or not, when I was alone.  I really do enjoy my own company.  I love my family.  I love connecting (in as much as I can) with friends in my area.  But nothing gets me back to Center Self than the freedom to Be when I am alone.

I wanted to add something I recently read – the virus within these vessels – the ability to purge that should now be easy to do instead of the ongoing struggle it has been for us.  I feel this aligns w/Yellow Rose’s latest where she spoke of their fear pushing at us is virtually powerless.  The time is now to focus on what we really want – what awaits us – what calls us – what Home is and all is has to offer….that deeply aligns w/my own feeling now as well.

the energy “out there” felt chaotic today – a new level of frantic.

the headlines i saw matched.  wow – the push to scare us all into beLIEving a mass extinction event is upon us is all over the place now.  from the corona virus to the asteroid NASA says is approaching this weekend and if it hits will wipe out humanity – RIDICULOUS.  so…. i have decided not to share any of it.  not giving them further attention.

as my mate said – we are so much more awake and sensitive now to “them” and their agenda.  we can now feel how the day will go (according to their narrative they are pushing that is) before we check any of the headlines.

i continue to find my Truth within.  i have been on this particular awakening journey that has lead me to where i am.  and NO WAY do i feel that now suddenly i have to throw it all away because everything i was guided to do – that came completely from w/in – was a lie.  most everything i read by THEM through education and media and church – THAT was a lie.

and they are pushing their lies BIG TIME right now – as i felt they would do at the very end.

so i remain focused within – while also having a discerning eye.

given tomorrow is one of “their” days – they likely engaged in their sickness this week – and are pushing fear big time right now – even in our face.  the in your face is in reference to a John McAffee tweet today.  i am not sharing that either.  you have either seen it or can go searching for it (hint: not worth your time to watch.  some are saying it’s disclosure but that is NOT the way to disclose a sick truth.)

the weather matched the mood out there.  all day i focused on lifting the mood – intending the sun come out.  it did not work.  so i will continue on regardless focused on what i want and need.  i am also creating space to focus on NEW and i use that word in its truest definition.  NEW as in expanding my consciousness and heart so expansively, i am able to see and feel and bring in new ideas new creations, new ways of Pure Creation i have not experienced here.

so…..after reading my latest daily notes piece, brother rick sent me a message saying last night he heard a “loud metallic rumbling” sound from the sky.  it was foggy in his area as well.

then tonight at dinner we suddenly heard a loud crash/tumble out back.  we all jumped up and quickly realized it was our wood pile.  so we go out back to take a look.  3/4 of the pile had collapsed onto the grass.  we have lived here 8 years and have had 4-5 cords of wood per winter season we have had stacked against the house.  we have NEVER had anything like this happen.  once or twice – in the middle of the night – a small animal has jumped up on it knocking down just a few pieces so this was a new occurrence.

the weather was calm and clear – dark of course.  no big truck came through (we’re on a quiet residential street).  so we concluded some frequency came through.  we checked on earthquake sites – no earthquakes in our area or city in the last 24 hours.

as we spoke of it my mate said he felt these are cymatic frequencies coming in.  these energies have the ability to totally change physical space.  he wanted to know more.  the Flow responded.  next i will share the latest video from Steve Olson/WSO which shows what looks like cymatic energies coming in – NEVER seen anything like it!  the hologram is being changed.  let us STRONGLY HOLD THE INTENTION that this is not another one of their resets.  not this time.  this time we are SEEING and FEELING what is happening and this time the deception game is OVER and we are FREE.

first – my child had a dream last night where suddenly the sky was dark – the sun had gone out.  people were running around saying “the sun went out!”  she also said in one of her dreams she felt like the entire earth was shaking.

when we woke up – we noticed our yard had big pine tree bows all over the place.  (we have a pine tree out front).  that only happens if there’s been a wind storm.  last night was quiet though – it was foggy all night and lifted late morning – so if we had had a wind storm the fog would have not been present obviously.  so we found that odd and i was going to shrug it off – however i decided to go to rose’s channel – recent video – to check on the comment section.

turns out – we weren’t the only one who had a similar experience.  check out these comments:

“Hmmm wondering if our vah is moving… there was an unprecedented thunder clap right above my home that sounded very like something heavy being dragged. Never heard anything like it in my life. Got me excited though startled lol”

rose commented that she was working on an updated video.  here is her response to the “vah is moving” comment:

i wasn’t so fond of the energies today or how i felt.  my family was up almost all night last night with either anxiety or strong body reactions or sensing and seeing unusual “things”.  frustration and irritation are off the charts. body’s itching.

we all went to bed early too – exhausted.  and yet – couldn’t sleep.  i finally got up around 3:30am to eat something (marionberry pie – lol) as i was suddenly quite hungry as well.  ok – “quite hungry” doesn’t accurately describe my experience.  i was ravishingly hungry.

speaking of food (some days it’s all about food w/me)- i became quite fond of ginger the past few years.  i drink the fresh root tea regularly.  each morning i sprinkle powdered ginger on my eggs (soooo good w/greens and scallions mixed in – dollop of greek yogurt). my latest ginger obsession? crystallized candy ginger.  it packs a zing and my body loves it.

the inner relaxed a bit today – but feeeeels like it has picked up in the last couple of hours.

earlier today, as i stated in the Q post, i had some questions – in particular about the event.  we know Q/Trump, etc. has used looking glass or similar tech to see future timelines play out.  we have seen past proving the future.

ok then.  therefore they likely have seen the event.  now i understand why they would not share this.  however – i want to know what makes them more privileged to access that information and those tools.

those of us who want to know such information – we have that right.

yeah maybe it’s my ego at play here.  definitely it is.  and yet – we have that right to KNOW what’s coming.  and when.  at least a general timeline.

this tension is at the surface now.  no keeping it hidden.  heck, no keeping anything hidden now.  lol  so…….for now i am locking myself into the back room to be left with my own silence.  i utilize my tools.  the resins.  the sage. candles burning.  deep breathing.  walks.  crystals and rocks.  and yet – i feel the need to keep it simple now.  the outer stuff is not where the power is. within – those tools – that’s where it is and what i know to rely on.

my mate just said something that is quite true.  everything we are feeling and thinking is being amplified.

i had a dream last night where i was in a former neighborhood of mine from childhood/teen years.  i was visiting individual homes of people i knew at the time.  quick pop-in visits before i walked out.  i then saw a family from my current experience and saw them driving away from me.

i let that go too.

and on i continued….walking up a hill feeling quite weary – heading towards the home in which i lived in at the time.  it felt metaphoric as i knew i wasn’t actually going to this home.

just when i was thinking i couldn’t go on a figure appeared – dark at first – until a street light shined upon them.  i paused – observed – and realized it was Rocky Balboa.  i approached him – he spoke to me the way Rocky would – brooklyn accent.  he encouraged me to carry on – and as he did – we did this swirling/twirling dance and upon doing that – he energetically “pushed” me uphill – giving me a boost of energy.

i woke up thinking “Rocky Balboa?!  what was that about” – kind of laughing it off.

until i saw this – first thing on my facebook feed this morning – a picture that accompanied a discussion about how we are about ready to all Go Home…

You really can’t make this stuff up….
