Wikileaks co-founder Julian Assange on Thursday was hit with new federal criminal charges alleging he published secret documents obtained by former Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning, some of which included the disclosure of foreigners who were aiding the U.S. military abroad.
Assange was charged with 17 new criminal counts, which included violations of the Espionage Act.
The charges, contained in an indictment issued in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, were revealed during a press conference held by Department of Justice officials in Washington.
Wikileaks co-founder Julian Assange was hit Thursday with new federal criminal charges alleging he conspired with former Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning to obtain and publish secret documents, some of which included the disclosure of identities of foreigners who were aiding the U.S. military abroad.
The new set of counts immediately raised alarms among press freedom advocates, who argue that charging Assange with violations of the Espionage Act could set a dangerous precedent for journalists.
Assange was charged with 17 new criminal counts: One count of conspiracy to receive national defense information, three counts of obtaining national defense information and 13 counts of disclosure of national defense information.

perfect…i am already there, and have been there for a while now, as every one has had the opportunity to do expansion at the pace (including not at all) that they felt to do…my body is just now catching up…and as the indiginous elders so helpfully pointed out, “never look back”…of course that was after a day of them watching me giving myself whiplash from, yes, “looking back”, to see if i had actually moved! lol! That feeeeeeeeeeeeels forever ago! 😉

The Attorney General of the State of Ecuador has agreed to register one of the stays of the embassy of that country in London, in which the cyber-activist has resided during the last seven years, and to deliver to the US all his documents, mobile phones, computer files , computers, memory units, CDs and any other device, as indicated by an official notification to which EL PAÍS has had access.
The United States demands the extradition of Assange to the United Kingdom. A US court asks to judge the founder of Wikileaks, whom he accuses of a crime of computer intrusion punishable by up to five years in prison. In 2010, the Australian website leaked to the media 450,000 secret documents from thousands of internal US communications about the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. The activist was arrested on April 11 at the diplomatic headquarters of Ecuador and handed over to the British authorities.

yes, i expect, accept, and appreciate all from ALL…lol, remember?…one of the primary choice points for the last 5+ years (all ways) was “to be or not to be”…the specific and particular choices that were made by each are evident now for ALL to see, injoy/enjoy, and celebrate (laugh about!).
before i share this i wanted to add something (i forgot to share this in my reflection’s piece) – an experience i had when i braved the holiday crowds and went to one of the big stores today. i was prepared for chaos – and while it was really crowded – i seemed to be a light for others. people kept staring at me – everywhere – almost as though they were searching – needing something. my heart said “smile from your heart” so i did – and when i did – every one of them lit up and smiled back. it kept happening – over and over to the point where i laughed a happy laugh and thought “this is crazy wonderful!” if i can help brighten someone’s day…. the most beautiful moment happened as we left the store. there was a bus on site, picking up a group of disabled and elderly people. a small group was waiting to board and for some reason, each of them turned my way and watched me walk across the parking lot. i smiled at them and again – each of them smiled back. the love i felt in my heart was so big – and so overflowing – i had to share. it was such a beautiful experience – i want more of it. i will say one last thing: i have had an ongoing feeling that Heather (and Trump) are not just human….

thank you to Robin for first passing along the photo w/the image (of Barr). i hesitated sharing it at first because, upon watching X22’s latest report, i saw what looked to be the same photo only it didn’t have the image. however after exploring into this further, i was told there were 2 different photos of JA w/the thumbs up position. both are below and yeah – obviously not the same pic. and….an ongoing discussion about this on DTL facebook group are also saying it is Barr. but a couple are saying it looks like Michael Moore. lol
first a video of his arrest – which to me shows how shielded he was – and how he is holding tight to that Gore Vidal book. then you will see the two different photos.
the game just cranked up several notches. and now with the daily indicators that the matrix is breaking down (those cracks are widening) i would say we are getting ready to see the final show of this experience.

editor victoria’s comment ~ maybe this is part of what i am feeling….the impact of these filings….i was told this is the last and final action (her recent paperwork filings which were done by hand w/a golf pencil)…i am far too depleted to go further w/this one in understanding although i do want to say the synchronicity with the reference to “Portia” in a recent Gaia Portal and the similarities in the movie listed below – the main character being named Portia – that character appearing like Heather is quite wild……you can find a copy of the filings here..…speaking with a friend now who says he feels “so drained”….off to bed shortly….

My inner codex has been pinging like crazy over the Gaia Portal reference to “Portia”. The name has come up so many times in my life and it’s not an American name…
In sophomore year of high school we had a year of Shakespeare and I know we read the Merchant of Venice, but at 15 and flooded with hormones I didn’t pay much attention, and I’m sure I thought Portia was pronounced “Port-Tee-A”. When the movie fish called Wanda came out there has a comedy scene where the American thinks Portia is spelled Porsche… “Why did you name your daughter after a car?” First clue I had no clue…
So I watched the movie The Merchant of Venice this morning that had Al Pacino as Shylock the banker, and Jeremy Irons as the one bonded to pay a pound of flesh to the banker… wow what a download!
Jeremy Irons looks like my Atlantis inbodyment (not the prettiest one I admit)…
But Portia [disguised as a man in the Merchant of Venice] acts as the Commerce Lawyer and Venice is clearly running completely by commerce law and they way she worked the case…. Wow… all I can say is someone has been thinking about these issues [of commerce law] a long freaking time!!!

…giggled when the Queen of England gave Pres Xi the “shakespeare” original poetry writings “as a gift” (righhhhhhhht, lol) during london visit 🙂
Terran note: Heather told me in 2015 she had what some might term “past life memories” of being Queen Elizabeth the 1st and writing the Shakespeare plays under a pseudonym (writing plays for the masses was considered too vulgar for a Queen in that time). If it was contracted it was allowed, including Shylock’s “pound of flesh” if the bond defaulted.
If you look at the art works from that time the heads of QE1 and Shakespeare are nearly identical. The Chinese had an interest in Shakespeare original text, as they thought perhaps the energetic signature might open up certain energy locked banking accounts (it didn’t).
