Pence shakes deep states hand gets a note puts in his pocket

editor victoria’s comment ~ new channel – check her out!  not sure what to think of this one.  a note was given and yet i also noticed the woman put something back in her pocket.  wouldn’t protocol be to give the letter immediately to POTUS?  who knows.  this could be nothing or it could be a something.  appreciate her for sharing.
