thank you to patricia for the heads up on this one. not sure what to think – the words “humanity must raise their vibe to match the exit” does not align and gives me pause. it sounds like some of those alleged pleiadian messages that say we cannot reach down to you – you have to reach up to us vibrationally. love reaches down and pulls up ALL who are good – who have a good heart, good intentions – especially considering the energies of here. i was a bit surprised she would say that but with rose you never know at times what she is really saying – and often she says something and later explains herself in such a way that you understand.
there is indeed so much going on right now – that much i know. i feel it – i sense it – and it is intense and happening quickly. today was intense energetically with detachments and old stuff coming up that do NOT represent who i really am and wish to be. this realm and the experience here and all of the low energies and just all of it has really taken a toll and that is what i felt today in full. i sneezed a lot today – and went through something where i felt i was going crazy – and i just allowed it all out – a lot of moaning ensued. the experience overall was a summation of the moments in which i have sucked it up and been too afraid to stand up to the real person i felt was attempting to control/power over me and instead take it out on myself or others i felt “safe” with in showing such emotional states. and for that i feel the grief and regret and asked for forgiveness.

Thank you for all your posts, I resonate with a lot of what you share!
I feel Rose might be right and possibly accurate about what she’s putting out.
It’s just my personal sense.., (I do have some question marks as well, if you like we can lay them out and share). We all feel it in the air (one way or another), somewhere beneath the mundane stuff . From what I’ve heard from other sources too, the opening has very intense, high vibrational field with specific high frequency resonance.
I always watch Aug Tellez videos, and in the last week or two, they seem good indication that we are close to some kind of major transition event, just like many of us feel that.

Also you can check Fleurbrun’s update ‘Eye Am Back Nu, Upgraded (2)5G’ – but I’m not sure if the things she saw are exactly East or West in terms of YRFT, could be ‘East’, I know she is genuine lovely Soul.

thank you Serenity. when i look at this logically it does make sense. and i also want to see all “get out” – even those not awake. we’ve all been rather blind-folded here and not all are in awareness of that. the flash event, as she has said, comes at the time of the exit which makes the vibrational match possible. this is what i have seen/felt in the event dream i had (which i now feel was more of a comfort for me to know ALL are affected in varying ways – but no more is the term “asleep at the wheel” going to apply). i will check out the other sources you provided.
